论科技期刊编辑的时效意识

发文周期过长是目前我国科技期刊界一个普遍存在的问题,增强编辑的时效意识是解决此问题的有效途径。科技期刊编辑的时效意识是时间意识和效率意识的有机统一,二者相辅相成,忽视任一方面都不会取得最佳效果。在工作过程中,编辑主体不但要牢固树立时效意识,而且还要注意克服短时效意识及长时效意识带来的不利影响。

明代后期通俗小说的编辑出版方面主要体现出以下特点：一、编辑出版小说选集，体现出精选性特点；二、一书再版异版纷呈，体现出版本多样性特点；三、编辑出版图省时赚钱，体现出同书多名的特点；四、编辑出版注重“名牌效应”，体现出伪托名牌的特点，从对以上特点的描述和说明中可以见出一些具有学，献学意义的一般规律或理论质素，基主要内容是：编辑出版上的精选性特点与小说的商品化有密切关系；通俗小说的编辑出版中体现着优胜劣汰的普遍性现象；通俗小说的编辑出版表现着浓厚的商业功利色彩。

Stop the Pity,Unlock the Potential: The Role of Non-Governmental Organizations in Disability Services: Evaluating and Monitoring Progress

ABSTRACT

The aim of this qualitative study is to evaluate the role of non-governmental organisations in disabilities services. The study group comprised of nine representatives of each of these NGOs. Data obtained by semi-structured interviews were analysed by using the content analysis method on RQDA qualitative data analysis software. Voice of disabled people is represented through non-profit organisations. In enhancing capacity for development, considering the scope of disability (physical, social barriers), societal attitudes, and religious factors’ impact on society attitudes on persons with disabilities that disabled people are sick and helpless and need to be looked after and medical models that consider disabled people as sick patients trying to recover seem to be important. Content analysis was done to evaluate service capacity of Profession NGOs for the disability. This research study revealed that Profession type of non-governmental organisations need awareness on disability. They need in-service training to understand practices for disabled people. Integration of self-help projects, networking mechanism are essential for the development. The method of Sensitivity Training which is one of the most emphasised organisational development techniques comes forward. Expression of this education with the concept of sensitivity comes from recognising and understanding the behaviour of individuals.

A Survey on English Learner Autonomy at Postgraduate Stage

Language competence is the ultimate goal of language learning.As the development of globalization,the task of improving learners’ English competence becomes even more urgent.Context Approach is first introduced,and learner autonomy is brought in as a context approach in the specified teaching environment concerned.On the basis of that,a small-scale survey is conducted to investigate the status of English learner autonomy among some students at postgraduate stage.

语音意识与阅读理解,单词拼写及记忆等方面有着极为密切的联系。利用语音意识进行语言学习已成为普遍认同的理论。该文在简单回顾了国内外语音意识发展的历史后,详细阐述了语音意识测试的步骤及方法,指出只有在对英语学习者语音意识进行有效的评估后,才能对症下药,培养他们的语音意识;同时指出语音意识的发展是一个渐进式发展的过程,英语教育教学工作者只有根据其规律,灵活施教,才能起到事倍功半的效果。     

社会“镜像”中的女性认识之悖

作为社会性别中＂他者＂的女性,是以被扭曲的＂镜像＂呈现在世人面前的。在主流话语的浸染下,长期以来,女性形象及认识仍存在着悖谬之处。这主要包括新时代女性的自强不息与依附传统观念之悖;女性的情感特色与缺乏创造性之悖;女性的日益增强的独立意识与自我性别的否定之悖。当代女性随着自觉性的不断提升,社会评价逐渐提高＂,镜像＂也开始逐渐被打破。女性的社会解放与自身解放,同等重要。     

Phonological Awareness Skills in Young Boys with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

Substantial research has detailed the reading deficits experienced by children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Although phonological awareness (PA) is vital in reading development, little is known about PA in the DMD population. This pilot study describes the PA abilities of a group of five young children with DMD, comparing the results with those of a group of children with spinal muscular atrophy and with those of a group of typically developing children. The Preschool and Primary Inventory of Phonological Awareness was used to assess the PA skills of the participants. Results indicated that the children with DMD performed significantly poorer than the typically developing group on tests of Syllable Segmentation, Rhyme Awareness, Alliteration Awareness and Phoneme Isolation and significantly poorer than the spinal muscular atrophy group on Rhyme Awareness. The findings of this pilot study indicate that children with DMD may have an increased risk of having PA difficulties, thus requiring early PA training.
