浅谈阅读世界的延伸服务

在网络信息时代背景下,公共图书馆工作也面临巨大挑战,到馆人数剧减,纸本图书量和经费、场地难成正比等等,如何克服这些困难,让公共图书馆在城市文化建设中依然发挥应有的作用,本文拟公共图书馆延伸服务角度对此进行探讨。     

International student satisfaction with,and behavioural intentions towards,universities in Victoria

International students make a vital contribution to the Australian economy. Due to their importance, a number of studies have been undertaken to examine the living experiences, attitudes and behaviours of international students in Australia. However, very few studies have examined international students' overall satisfaction with their university experience. The primary objective of this paper is to measure the influence of six individual university service factors on international students' satisfaction, and its subsequent impact on behavioural intentions. The results from the structural equation modelling analysis revealed that overall student satisfaction is influenced by the level of satisfaction with academic services, courses offered, access and augmented services. In contrast, administrative services and physical evidence were found to have a non-significant impact on overall satisfaction. Analysis also revealed a strong relationship between overall satisfaction and behavioural intentions.     

‘If there is a job description I don’t think I’ve read one’: a case study of programme leadership in a UK pre-1992 university

This paper reports on an exploratory study of the role of programme leaders (PLs) in a pre-1992 university, based on interviews with PLs (7) and a survey of taught Masters students (54) in a single school. The study elicits PLs’ activities, most of which might be categorised as managerial and administrative, with leadership required intermittently; the preeminent role involves managing programme quality. The study finds that institutional guidelines overlook important aspects of PLs’ work (such as organising enrichment activities and student advocacy) which affect the quality of provision, and the findings challenge the notion that PLs are engaged in a ‘disesteemed’ service.     

甘肃省现代服务业发展影响因素的实证研究

通过统计2003年到2012年甘肃14市州现代服务业影响因素的面板数据,在对面板数据进行单位根检验基础上,利用所建立的面板数据模型分析各因素对甘肃省现代服务业发展的影响程度,采用协整检验法对主要影响因素变量进行协整检验,认为相关变量存在协整关系。由此,提出甘肃省现代服务业的发展路径。     

公益广告多模态隐喻表征方式研究

以认知语言学隐喻理论为基础,以具有代表性的中外公益广告为研究对象,探讨公益广告多模态隐喻表征方式和语类特点。研究表明,公益广告隐喻表征方式主要可分为六类,图像和文字互动构建的多模态隐喻能在视觉和心灵上给广告受众带来强烈震撼,进而达到劝谏效果。     

“机械制图”课程多元化评价体系的探索与实践

“机械制图”课程是高职机电类专业的一门专业基础课,是后续专业课程学习的基石。基于教学资源共享,苏州市职业大学制图课程团队改进教学方法,注重过程化评价、客观化评价,借助企业案例评价和优秀作业展示,激发学生学习的兴趣,通过多元化评价体系,提高学习的评价效率和课程的社会服务能力。     

基于服务质量的宁波市全民健身基本公共服务质量评价体系构建与研究*

以构建宁波市全民健身基本公共服务质量评价体系为目标,对全民健身基本公共服务质量评价构成要素进行深入研究。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、AHP法、德尔斐法等,公共体育设施质量、公共体育服务质量、健身环境质量、附属体育设施质量以及群众健身服务人员质量构成宁波市全民健身基本公共服务评价体系,5种构成要素相互交叉、联系,共同影响着宁波市全民健身基本公共服务的发展;最后构建了宁波市全民健身基本公共服务质量评价体系——包括1个一级指标、5个二级指标、32个三级指标。

Re-examining and developing the notion of academic citizenship: A critical literature review

The notion of academic citizenship has been largely associated with the service role which is a part of academic work seen as additional to teaching and research. The changing landscapes of higher education and the increasing diversity of academic work have prompted debates on what academic citizenship means. This paper challenges the conventional association of academic citizenship with the service role and presents a critical review of the key themes and issues explored in extant literature on the subject. Drawing upon the general view of citizenship as practice, it proposes that the different dimensions of academic work be seen integratively, with academic citizenship reframed beyond the service role. We argue that academic citizenship needs to be conceptualised as a practice of enactment, that is, by the values, processes and means by which it is enacted and asserted as academics draw on freedoms, autonomy and individual motivations.
