雷州半岛非物质文化遗产之民族传统体育的研究

本文运用文献资料法,对雷州半岛非物质文化遗产之民族传统体育特有的社会文化特色、发展中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的发展策略,使其能跟当前的社会、经济、文化协调发展。这对于保护国家非物质文化遗产,弘扬雷州半岛特有传统文化,构建和谐社会有重要的现实意义,也为其他非物质文化遗产的生存、保护、发展提供决策参考。     

少数民族地区民俗保护与全民健身体系的同构

运用文献资料、田野实地调壹、历史比较等研究方法,对湖南省桑植县芙蓉桥白族乡"三月街"游神习俗与全民健身之间的关系等展开分析.结果表明:少数民族地区民俗与全民健身的承载者均为民众,以民间文化事象为主要活动内容,核心在于传统的延续、创新和发展.民俗与全民健身体系的同构应注重对民俗"生活相"的整体保护,注重将文化生态作为重点保护内容;政府、学校和地方组织三位一体的创新体系,有利于民俗文化保护和全民健身体系的协同发展.     

高校太极拳教学与弱势群体

文章在正确界定弱势群体这一概念的基础上,分析了弱势群体形成的原因和表现。太极拳以其自身独特的柔和、缓慢、轻灵、稳静的特点极其适合弱势群体参与,采用优化的教学模式提高弱势群体的兴趣,充分发挥太极拳的积极作用,以人为本,最大限度地调动每一位学生的学习积极性,从而全面提高弱势群体的健康水平。     

湖南省少数民族传统体育项目的整理与保护研究

文章采用查阅文献资料、调查访问、综合分析等方法,对湖南少数民族传统体育项目现状进行整理研究,并提出了相应的保护对策,为湖南省少数民族传体育项目的保护传承和全民健身工作提供了参考意见。     

Doping in sport: an analysis of sanctioned UK rugby union players between 2009 and 2015

To inform anti-doping policy and practice, it is important to understand the complexities of doping. The purpose of this study was to collate and systematically examine the reasoned decisions published by UK Anti-Doping for doping sanctions in rugby union in the UK since the introduction of the 2009 World Anti-Doping Code. Case files were content analysed to extract demographic information and details relating to the anti-doping rule violation (ADRV), including individuals’ explanations for how/why the ADRV occurred. Between 2009 and 2015, 49 rugby union players and one coach from across the UK were sanctioned. Over 50% of the cases involved players under the age of 25, competing at sub-elite levels. Reasons in defence of the ADRV focused on functional use and lifestyle factors rather than performance enhancement. An a priori assessment of the “need”, “risk” and “consequence” of using a substance was not commonplace; further strengthening calls for increasing the reach of anti-doping education. The findings also deconstruct the view that “doped” athletes are the same. Consequently, deepening understanding of the social and cultural conditions that encourage doping remains a priority.     

县级政府信息公开现状以及存在问题研究

文章通过对浙江省德清县、长兴县和绍兴市柯桥区三县区政府信息公开年报数据进行实证研究得知,目前我国县级政府信息公开存在着以下问题:第一,政府信息公开主动性不强;第二,公众对申请政府信息公开的积极性不高;第三,政府信息公开的完整性不大。同时,通过分析上述问题形成的原因,提出完善地方政府信息公开体制和引入绩效考核机制等措施,提高我国县级政府信息公开工作水平。     

Latino Portrayals in Local News Media: Underrepresentation,Negative Stereotypes,and Institutional Predictors of Coverage

Given the rise in negative rhetoric about Latinos in the U.S., it is essential to examine whether this negative tone extends to general, local news as well. An analysis of 2426 news articles drawn from 55 local newspapers in 2015 reveals several important findings. First, despite the intense spotlight on Latinos, they are still underrepresented in local news media. Relative to the other ethnic groups and whites, Latinos are more likely to be portrayed through negative stereotypes. However, the probability of this negative coverage is smaller for news media with a big proportion of Latino audiences, or for publicly-owned media outlets.

采用文献资料、田野调查、访谈法等对我国唯一海洋民族京族的民族民间体育的起源、分类、特征以及发展方向进行分析,认为京族民族民间体育可分为嬉戏娱乐、节庆习俗、比赛竞技三类,并具有亲海性、宗教性、娱乐性的特征.课题根据“四层文化理论”对京族民族民间体育进行分析与研究,科学而准确地把握其的产生、分类和发展方向,促进京族民族民间体育的发展,努力发掘京族民族民间体育文化资源,推广民族体育文化.     

新规则下中外优秀技巧啦啦操成套动作分析及发展趋势研究*

通过文献资料、数理统计、录像观察和专家访谈等方法,以中外优秀技巧啦啦操成套动作的编排发展现状及趋势作为研究对象,查阅2014年版国际啦啦操联合会啦啦操竞赛规则,旨在分析规则引导技巧啦啦操项目发展的方向,对世界技巧啦啦操编排发展态势、我国技巧啦啦操的发展现状以及与世界先进水平的差距进行了探讨,结论如下:1.当今世界技巧啦啦操主要朝着单底座托举和三层金字塔方向发展,动作的衔接串联难度由单一的空翻和转体向复合轴空翻发展;2.在“一校一球一操”的战略背景下,啦啦操普及得到了飞速的发展,但技巧啦啦操成套动作编排仍与世界先进水平存在一定的差距,且存在着托举动作稳定性和难度的不足、金字塔的动作编排较为单一、动作的衔接串联过于简单等问题;
