高校教材选用原则及其贯彻途径

高校教材选用工作,直接关系到教学质量。在目前的选用工作中,存在诸多问题。解决之道是必须坚持思想性、科学性、校本、择优、以人为本等选用原则,并从学校领导、管理部门以及教研室（组）和教师等途径加以贯彻。

Education sector reform: The Ugandan experience

In 1998 the Government of Uganda (GoU) began implementing an ambitious reform programme called the Education Strategic Investment Plan (ESIP) in order to effect Universal Primary Education (UPE). This paper offers a perspective on how the GoU has met the challenge of financing education reform, addressed the need to improve the quality of basic education and increased access and equity while improving efficiency at primary and post-primary levels of education. The development model described in this paper privileges good governance and donor co-operation within a Sector Wide Approach. Important lessons have been learned in Uganda including the need for political commitment to universal primary education within a clear conception of whole sector reform. However, the discourse of SWAPs tends to function primarily in the formal sphere and not at the level of the experience of most teachers, pupils and their families, yet it is at this level that national education policies have to be mediated in practice. More attention needs to be given in education sector reform to the processes as well as the context of change.     

城乡统筹背景下失地农民社会保障的路径分析与选择

失地农民的社会保障问题,已经成为我国城市化过程中的焦点问题之一。目前,我国失地农民社会保障的路径模式主要有三种：全封闭模式、半封闭模式和城乡对接模式。它们产生于各种不同的具体条件,各有其特点。在城乡统筹背景下,将失地农民纳入城镇社会保障体系,既有利于社会保障政策的可持续发展,又有利于保障失地农民的公民权利,更好地体现社会公正。     

Action researchers encountering ethical review: a literature synthesis on challenges and strategies

Action research (AR) comprises a diverse family of methodologies. Common amongst most types of AR are both an emergent design – leading to action or change – and participation or community involvement. While this type of research has expanded considerably since the early 2000s, the criteria used for ethical review have apparently been slow to adapt to the emergent and participatory nature of this research. This has resulted in researchers reporting negative attitudes towards, and experiences with, review boards and ethics review processes; painting ethical review committees, at times, as insufficient or unnecessary. A review of the literature was undertaken to assess the state of play in this regard. Few articles disclose the side of the ethical review boards or committee members and the issues they face in undertaking ethical review of studies with an emergent, action, or participatory focus. A larger number of peer-reviewed journal articles report on the views of the researchers, but mainly through specific case examples where ethical review processes presented challenges to researchers and communities employing a participatory approach to research. The focus of this article will be on both the generic challenges researchers report in managing ethical review and of strategies utilized or recommended to conduct participatory research in an ethical manner. The contrasting experiences of researchers and ethical review committee members will be considered where available.     

新时期党委中心组学习有效途径与方法——对广西部分基层党委中心组学习情况的调研与思考

通过对广西部分基层党委中心组学习方法的现状调查,了解到基层党委中心组学习方法总体体现了求新、求实、求深、求活的特点,但也发现一些中心组学习的途径和方法仍显单一等问题。在新的历史时期,基层党委中心组学习要做到,把个体学习与集中学习相结合、理论学习与调查研究相结合、中心发言与广泛讨论相结合、“走出去”与“请进来”以及传统学习方法与现代传媒手段相结合,才能提高理论学习的有效性。     

A study of teachers’ integration of interactive whiteboards into four Australian primary school classrooms

Interactive whiteboards (IWBs) have become increasingly available in Australian primary schools. However, little is known about how they are being integrated by teachers into their teaching practices. This paper reports on a study of the introduction of IWBs into an Australian public primary school. Data were collected for one day per week over two school terms, involving four classroom teachers. Data collected included a log of time allocation, lesson observations and a series of interviews with the teachers. The study found that participants used IWBs to a varying extent over the course of a teaching week, with lessons that integrated the use of IWBs tending to focus on literacy and numeracy. The technology was readily incorporated into the classroom environment by teachers and considered easy to use. Teachers adopted a range of pedagogical approaches when using the IWBs and these approaches were consistent with those they usually employed in their teaching.

党的执政能力建设问题研究开辟了党建研究的新视域，成为近五年来党建学界研究的新热点。学界围绕党的执政能力的科学内涵、加强党的执政能力建设的意义、路径选择等问题，进行了有意义的探索，取得了一定的理论成果。但从总体上看，研究尚处于初步阶段，对许多问题的理论研究亟待进一步深化。
