磁刺激促进骨折愈合及对血液生化参数的影响(英文)

对１２０例新鲜骨折患者进行了磁刺激对骨折愈合和多种血液生化参数影响的试验研究,分析了磁刺激促进骨折愈合的作用机理．对比试验结果表明：磁刺激可促进钙盐沉着,加强人体的钙磷代谢,从而加速骨折的愈合过程．     

Aortoduodenal fistula following aortic reconstruction of a pseudoaneurysm caused by stab wound 12 years ago

Gastrointestinal bleeding due to aortoenteric fistula is extremely rare. Aortoenteric fistula is difficult to be diagnosed timely and entails a significant morbidity and mortality. Herein, we present an uncommon case of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by aortoduodenal fistula, which was a complication of a successful aortic reconstruction 4 months ago for an aortic pseudoaneurysm resulted from a stab wound 12 years ago. An urgent laparotomy confirmed an aortoduodenal fistula and repaired the defects in aorta and duodenum, but a prolonged shock led to the patient's death. In summary, early diagnosis and surgical intervention for aortoenteric fistula are vital for survival.     

Relationships Among Daily Hassles,Optimism and Reported Physical Symptoms

Two hundred and forty one undergraduate students from a mid-sized southeastern university participated in this study. The relationships among optimism and reported physical symptoms and daily hassles were explored. As hypothesized, optimism correlated with low physical symptom scores and low daily hassles scores. Secondary analyses revealed that females reported significantly more physical symptoms than males. Freshman and fifth year seniors reported significantly more symptoms than students from the three remaining academic years. Levels of reported emotional support from both friends and families of the participants were significantly related to dispositional optimism. Implications and limitations of the findings are discussed.

广西艺术体操及体操运动员运动损伤调查分析

本文对广西优秀艺术体操及体操运动员的运动性损伤情况进行了调查分析。结果表明:损伤患病率为90.9%,处较高水平,以腰部损伤为主,以慢性损伤为多见,疲劳训练是导致损伤的主要原因。采用手法、药敷和红外线等综合疗法取得良好效果。建议:进一步加强训练的科学性,加强训科医三结合。

屈原、贾谊因出众的才能遭遇嫉妒,两人的人生轨迹、遭嫉情节及嫉妒者的多重人格及心理感受的三个阶段．即由攀比到失望、由羞愧到屈辱、由不服不满到怨恨憎恨的过程很相似。屈原和贾谊借助文学创作疗伤,只能做暂时的心理宣泄和情感寄托物。对嫉妒者的心态、行为探讨的目的,是为了达到消除嫉妒心理的目的。     

Reflections on healing: framing strategies utilized by acquaintance rape survivors

This study examines the stories acquaintance rape victims tell through semi-structured interviews. Acquaintance rape, viewed here as a particularly paradoxical crime, creates a need for women to resolve the inconsistency of their experience. By conducting interviews with victims and analyzing their verbal communication, this project explores how victims frame their rape experience. Framing strategies used by victims of sexual harassment served as a guide for the initial identification of framing strategies for victims of acquaintance rape. Women in this study utilized strategies of paradox management to assess blame, define, and reframe their experiences. Recognition of these management strategies can assist social support networks and law enforcement professionals in identifying the communicative strategies of female victims of varying types of violence.     

斜刺治疗骨骼肌损伤的疗效观察

运用斜刺阿是穴、运动创伤药、运动处方对大学生足球运动员运动损伤患者进行实验对比治疗观察 ,旨在研究运动损伤的治疗效果。结果发现斜刺阿是穴治疗后疗效的评定显著高于治疗前 (P <0 0 1)和运动创伤药组、单纯运动处方组(P <0 0 5 ) ,认为斜刺治疗是运动损伤的最佳治疗方法。     

社会体育专业开设保健康复专业方向的研究

对社会体育专业开设保健康复专业方向的必要性和可行性进行了理论分析 ,结合我校体育系开设社会体育专业的实际情况进行了论述 将传统的体育保健进行扩展 ,对人的“生物性”和“社会性”进行整合 ,提出了“整体保健康复模式” ;在课程设置中加大选修课的比例 ,从而使本专业的毕业生具备更强的社会竞争能力 ,推进全民健身计划的实施
