我国地方政府信息服务业发展模式和热点领域分析

通过对地方政府“十一五”规划的内容进行分析,解读和比较我国地方政府发展信息服务业的三种战略模式和24个热点领域,并对各热点领域进行聚类分析,划分为东部应用、中西部应用、政府基础、网络基础和数字内容产业5类,并发现东西部发展信息服务业的政策侧重点具有明显不同。

An interview was arranged with the current President of FORCE11 in order to discover how this group arose, what its mission and activities are and how and why it might be of interest to readers of Serials Librarian.     

9·11事件对美国穆斯林的冲击与影响

在谈论9·11事件带来的影响时,美国国内的穆斯林少数族群很少被人提起。然而,此次恐怖袭击却对这个在美国拥有数百万人口的群体产生了极大的冲击。美国官方制定的相关法律法规在诸多方面对穆斯林群体的生活造成了负面影响,与此同时美国社会中亦充斥着针对该群体的言语虐待、恐吓威胁、非言语敌意、就业偏见与歧视等。从历史上看,每当美国面临国家危机时,其国内的种族排斥倾向就会加强。9.11事件后美国穆斯林群体的遭遇也符合这一历史规律。     

数字签名在OA系统中的应用

伴随OA系统在各行各业的广泛运用,其安全问题也逐渐被用户关注,分析了OA系统在网络安全方面面临的问题,介绍数字签名的基本流程和数字签名算法,结合校园网OA系统的实际情况,设计了不同场景下的数字签名方案,并用Java实现,提高了OA系统的安全性。     

"十一五"期间版权输出与引进研究述评

十一五期间中国版权贸易逆差仍然严重。以版权输出与引进为经线,梳理、评论我国出版界与学术界对版权输出与引进存在的问题、版权引进原则与策略和文化安全的学术观点。     

完善全国运动会媒体村运行管理的研究——以第十一届全运会媒体村为例

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、比较分析法。以管理学为视角,从运行目标、运行内容、组织机构设置及职能划分、组织机构内外部的沟通协调、管理方法等方面,对十一运会堪体村的运行管理进行分析。认为十一运会媒体村在运行管理上还存在职能定位欠准确、知行合一需加强、配套设施需加强、服务项目需丰富、各类资源需合理利用、专业水平有待提高、管理方法欠精细等不足。十一运会媒体村的运行管理总体是成功的,但还存在待完善的方面,针对性地提出完善全运会媒体村运行管理的建议。     

The September 11 Attacks on the US in the New Interactive Media Space in Estonia

This paper examines how Estonians dealt with the news concerning the September 11 attacks in the new electronic communication space of the Internet. This work will summarize people's discussions on the Internet relating to the September 11 attacks by outlining the different narratives that carried people's attitudes and knowledge. The paper aims to show that the Internet was used, not only as a medium for obtaining more information about the attacks, but also as a medium for discussion and crisis support. This research is based on: (1) a survey amongst Tartu University students and follow-up semi-structured interviews; (2) an analysis of the comment pages on Estonian electronic newspapers; and (3) an analysis of three chat logs from Estonian talkers.     

体育专业大学生英语学习动机研究

以体育专业大学生为调查对象,采用自制体育专业大学生英语学习动机量表,用主成分分析法分析体育专业大学生英语学习动机的类型。结果发现体育专业大学生英语学习动机主要为利用英语作为专业工具、英语学习兴趣、挑战自我、外力作用和利用英语作为交流工具等。
