知识流动研究范式的一个扩展--从企业网络到企业家网络

企业网络理论把企业作为研究对象,忽视网络中个体行为的分析.以网络中的一类重要主体——企业家,作为分析对象,提出了企业家网络分析框架,指出企业家网络的静态结构特征和动态演化过程都会影响企业家学习和创新的效率与效果.企业家网络是企业网络的准备和铺垫,而企业网络是企业家网络的延伸和巩固.     

BP神经网络计算法及其应用研究

研究了BP神经网络的算法,提出了权值、阈值调整的双动量算法和学习率调整的批处理半恢复自适应调整法,使网络总体收敛性较好,用所设软件计算了15种含氢原子共价键的键长。

Information Technology as Cultural Capital:Shifting the Boundaries of Power

Most researchers writing about the uses and applications of information technologies in schools adopt an 'objective,' asocial perspective that represents the activities taking place as neutral, technical events or procedures. This paper uses the critical sociological theory of Pierre Bourdieu to frame up a case study of the role played by a secondary student in an extensive upgrade to the computer network of the school at which he was a student. The application of social theory enables the reconceptualisation of technology as a material, social practice in the institutional site of the school. The implication is that pedagogical actions and relations are then open to analysis and modification. The paper proposes that, with appropriate support and guidance, it is feasible for students with technical 'cultural capital' to move from the margins to the centre of technological innovation and educational change.     

The GA-ANN method for determining calculation parameters for deep excavation

This paper presents a new method (GA-ANN) developed by combining genetic algorithm (GA) and artificial neural networks (ANN) for determining parameters of soils and retaining walls of deep excavation. This method has the advantages of nonlinear projection of neural networks, networks reasoning, prediction and good overall characteristics. it was first used for back analysis of the problem of mechanics parameters for excavation. Case studies showed that the GA-ANN method is effective and practical for back analysis of determining parameters. Project supported by NSFC(5973860) and National Civil Defence fund of China     

人工神经网络在经济控制中的应用

本文运用二次函数最优控制理论建立经济系统优化控制模型,以一个宏观经济模型为例,用神经网络建立的模型和控制器对所关心的经济变量进行控制,给出了仿真结果。     

陕西省信息产业的现状分析及知识网络发展模式初探

本文首先论述了知识经济与信息产业的关系,提出了优先发展信息产业的观点;在调研成果的基础上从宏观和微观两个层次对陕西省信息产业的现状进行分析,并揭示了存在的问题。同时,引发并阐述了发展陕西省信息产业的新模式──知识网络的初步构想．     

“丝绸之路经济带”贸易联系网络结构研究?--基于省区尺度和国家尺度的社会网络分析

选择中国西部的9省区和18个相关国家,基于两个不同的空间尺度（省区尺度和国家尺度）构建“丝绸之路经济带”贸易空间关联网络,采用1997年、2002年、2007年、2012年4个时间断面的贸易数据,利用社会网络分析方法,绘制可视化网络结构拓扑图,并对关联网络的拓扑学特征进行定量分析。结果表明：省区尺度的贸易网络密度呈现先增后减的趋势,而国家尺度的贸易网络密度则保持稳定增加;四川、重庆处于省区尺度贸易网络中心地位,陕西、宁夏、青海则处于边缘地位,新疆、甘肃逐渐向边缘移动,云南、广西则逐渐向中心移动;欧洲国家大都处于国家尺度贸易网络中心地位,而中亚五国处于边缘地位,中国的地位跃升趋势最为明显;省区尺度贸易网络内存在5个凝聚子群,国家尺度贸易网络内存在9个凝聚子群;省区尺度网络的贸易联系基本平衡,而国家尺度网络的贸易联系具有明显的核心边缘结构。应加强区域合作,以创新驱动发展,优化网络组团结构,充分发挥网络核心的辐射作用,推动区域经济一体化进程,实现“经济带”区域共同发展。     

逆向物流研究的新进展:文献综述

由于环境保护和立法以及企业经营等方面的因素,逆向物流正成为一个热点研究领域。本文综述了自从2001年以来逆向物流研究领域在逆向网络结构设计、库存、逆向配送和产品规划等方面的新进展。最后总结了2001年后逆向物流研究新进展的特征,并提出了逆向物流的未来研究方向。
