我国办公自动化系统的管理元数据方案研究

通过对国家档案局征求意见的两项电子文件管理元数据规范的比较分析,以及对我国电子政务已有的办公文档元数据与数据元标准的分析,说明我国电子文档管理元数据与电子办公文档管理元数据设计的缺陷,以及由此带来的后果.在此基础上,该文对我国办公自动化系统必须建设的管理元数据方案提出了4点建议:办公自动化系统通用管理元数据标准建设,办公自动化系统的元数据格式的规范化,电子文档管理元数据与电子文件管理元数据的关联与区别,办公自动化元数据方案制定应具有可执行性.本文图8个,表5个.     

Finite-time stabilization of memristor-based inertial neural networks with discontinuous activations and distributed delays

In this paper, the finite-time stabilization problem for memristor-based inertial neural networks (MINNs) with discontinuous activations (DAs) and distributed delays is investigated. To deal with the discontinuous property of the MINNs, the nonsmooth analysis theory is invoked. Furthermore, to simplify the MINNs with second-order state derivative, an order-reduced method is adopted. Then the second-order MINNs is transformed into a simpler first-order differential system. Moreover, the verifiable algebraic criteria are derived for the finite-time stabilization of MINNs with DAs and distributed delays under the designed control approach. Finally, the effectiveness of the obtained results are illustrated via numerical simulations.     

Mechanical analysis and ultimate boundary estimation of the chaotic permanent magnet synchronous motor

In this paper, we present the dimensionless form of a chaotic permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Its Kolmogorov formalism, which can be used to describe dissipative-forced dynamical systems, shows that there exist four types of torques, i.e., inertial torque, internal torque, dissipative torque and external torque. The mechanical analysis of the dimensionless PMSM is given for five different combinations of these torques. Numerical simulations show that the occurrence of chaos depends on these four types of torques. Moreover, the ultimate boundary estimation of the dimensionless chaotic PMSM is also investigated theoretically and numerically.     

Observer-based finite-time H∞ control for uncertain discrete-time nonhomogeneous Markov jump systems

The problem of observer-based finite-time H_∞ control for discrete-time Markov jump systems with time-varying transition probabilities and uncertainties is studied in this paper, in which time-varying transition probabilities are modelled as convex polyhedron, and the parameter uncertainty satisfies norm-bounded. First of all, a Luenberger observer is designed to measure the system state. Then, observer-based controller is constructed to ensure the stochastic finite-time boundedness of the resulting closed-loop system with an H_∞ performance. Furthermore, sufficient conditions are derived in light of linear matrix inequalities. In the end, the flexibility and applicability of the developed methods are demonstrated by two illustrative examples.     

Quantitative mean square exponential stability and stabilization of stochastic systems with Markovian switching

This paper is concerned with the quantitative mean square exponential stability and stabilization for stochastic systems with Markovian switching. First, the concept of quantitative mean square exponential stability(QMSES) is introduced, and two stability criteria are derived. Then, based on an auxiliary definition of general finite-time mean square stability(GFTMSS), the relations among QMSES, GFTMSS and finite time stochastic stability (FTSS) are obtained. Subsequently, QMSE-stabilization is investigated and several new sufficient conditions for the existence of the state and observer-based controllers are provided by means of linear matrix inequalities. An algorithm is given to achieve the relation between the minimum states’ upper bound and the states’ decay velocity. Finally, a numerical example is utilized to show the merit of the proposed results.     

Scaled consensus of multi-agent systems with output saturation

This paper studies a scaled consensus problem with output saturation in the sense that the states of agents reach assigned proportions rather than a common consensus value. Specifically, we investigate single-integrator agents with output saturation under both undirected and strongly connected graphs. Some conditions for single-integrator agents with output saturation are illustrated. The main contribution is that by employing an integral Lyapunov function, a necessary and sufficient condition is first obtained to reach scaled consensus among agents with output saturation. Simulation results are presented to show the performance of the scaled consensus.

近几十年我国新建了许多中小型的排灌泵站,这些站建立至今技术上已经落后,亟待现代化改造。本文是小型泵站现代化改造的经验的总结,详述了小型泵站的自动化监测系统,包括：硬件的选择、软件的选择、组态软件的编程、数据库编程等。整个系统十分适用于小型排灌泵站的自动化改造。
