温控炭焙对武夷岩茶生化品质的影响

温控炭焙结合传统炭焙的优点,并结合现代温度控制技术,对于保持茶叶品质的稳定和高效利用能源具有重要作用。采用武夷岩茶为材料,在130℃、120℃和110℃温度下分别烘焙6h,分析不同炭焙温度对武夷岩茶水仙感官品质、主要理化成分的影响。结果表明：以温控炭焙130℃6h处理的茶样感官审评得分最高。氨基酸、茶多酚、咖啡碱含量呈下降趋势,水浸出物含量差异不显著。汤色RGB值CK处理最大,A3处理最小。     

Teaching and learning in microsystems engineering

Whereas research in MicroSystems Technology (MST) has grown rapidly over the last twenty years, the education of engineers at postgraduate level is still in its infancy. The number of dedicated MST research institutions, companies and university laboratories worldwide has grown at a dramatic rate and all require trained individuals who can be immediately operational in the workplace. With the possible exceptions of Germany and Switzerland, the authors of this article believe that the training requirements for such scientists, engineers and technicians have not been satisfactorily addressed as yet. Realising the need for adequate training in MST, the British funding agency for research in science and engineering, the EPSRC (Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council) awarded a substantial grant to Heriot-Watt University in order to set up a Masters Training Package (MTP). The context of this grant, the syllabus developed for this Master of Science as well as its implementation are presented in this article. Advantages and drawbacks of block-based delivery of the course are presented from a pedagogical point of view for the different categories of students (full-time students, part-time students and company delegates).

基于Web服务的网络教学系统的研究

尽管网络教学系统在网上随处可见，但是只有少部分系统能相互共享它们的构件。若开发一个新的网络教学系统，则几乎不能重用已有的构件。因而，要让以不同编程语言在不同平台上开发的构件进行交互是需要耗费很多时间和精力的。本文通过引入Web服务技术，把网络教学系统细分成可重用的构件，使这些构件对外提供的是一种可编程的服务即Web服务，从而解决了传统网络教学系统间构件不能共享的问题。     

一个带有回收费用和短缺费用的ATO系统

在本文中,我们对Hale,Pyke和Rudi提出的模型进行了改进。他们考虑的是一个有两个产品且每个产品都由两个元件构成,每个产品有一个元件不可替代。低价产品中另一个元件短缺时．可用另一产品中的一个高价元件代替。但是这个模型只考虑了回收费用而不包括短缺费用。本文则建立了一个包括回收费用和短缺费用的新ATO模型,在保证商家收益最大的条件下得到了这四个元件存贮的上下界。     

Diagnosing word decoding problems: A process-analytic approach

In this article we attempt to demonstrate the theoretical and practical limitations of traditional subgroup classifications of acquired and developmental dyslexia. As an alternative, we suggest a process-analytical approach. A variant of a dual-route model for word processing is presented. The model guided the design of a computerized test battery for assessing strategies in word decoding and processes underlying each strategy. The usefulness of the approach was demonstrated on two cases, which according to traditional criteria, were classified as auditory dyslexics. Although both cases displayed marked deficiencies in the phonological route for word decoding, they differed in terms of underlying processes. In one case the primary problem could be located to phonological synthesis, whereas the other case had poor access of letters (phonological recoding). Such individual processing characteristics are not normally revealed by the traditional subgrouping approach.
