让阳光自由洒落——浅谈小学数学教学中的“闲暇教育”

新课程标准积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,培养学生自主、合作、探究的学习能力。闲暇学习能够给学生自主构建的机会,能够激发学生的创造力,提高学习效率,培养学生的自主学习能力。将这种＂闲暇意识＂渗透到数学课中,一定会给数学课堂带来前所未有的改变,必将改变老师的教学观,也改变课堂那种程序化、神圣化的教学方式,还课堂一个自由、轻松、活跃的氛围,也必定能改变学生的精神状态,让学生高效轻松地学习,还学生以精神自由,还数学和数学课堂以常态。

Artificial intelligence implication on energy sustainability in Internet of Things: A survey

The massive number of Internet of Things (IoT) devices connected to the Internet is continuously increasing. The operations of these devices rely on consuming huge amounts of energy. Power limitation is a major issue hindering the operation of IoT applications and services. To improve operational visibility, Low-power devices which constitute IoT networks, drive the need for sustainable sources of energy to carry out their tasks for a prolonged period of time. Moreover, the means to ensure energy sustainability and QoS must consider the stochastic nature of the energy supplies and dynamic IoT environments. Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhanced protocols and algorithms are capable of predicting and forecasting demand as well as providing leverage at different stages of energy use to supply. AI will improve the efficiency of energy infrastructure and decrease waste in distributed energy systems, ensuring their long-term viability. In this paper, we conduct a survey to explore enhanced AI-based solutions to achieve energy sustainability in IoT applications. AI is relevant through the integration of various Machine Learning (ML) and Swarm Intelligence (SI) techniques in the design of existing protocols. ML mechanisms used in the literature include variously supervised and unsupervised learning methods as well as reinforcement learning (RL) solutions. The survey constitutes a complete guideline for readers who wish to get acquainted with recent development and research advances in AI-based energy sustainability in IoT Networks. The survey also explores the different open issues and challenges.     

基于职业认知教育的秘书职业概论课程开发

职业认知教育应该成为高职教育教学的重要课题。秘书岗位要求秘书人员具备“有形”的硬技能和更多“无形”的软技能,其中职业意识是软技能的灵魂所在。在高职秘书专业教育教学中,要“树心”与“树技”并重而甚于“树心”,让学生学会做人、做事是秘书职业对于秘书人才培养的特殊要求,也是对秘书教育的强烈提醒。独立开设以职业认知为主旨的职业基础课——秘书职业概论,让学生在正确的职业认知的基础上养成良好的职业意识、职业精神是有益的。     

Name writing but not environmental print recognition is related to letter-sound knowledge and phonological awareness in pre-readers

This paper reports a study exploring the associations between measures of two levels of phonological representation: recognition (epi-linguistic) and production (meta-linguistic) tasks, and very early reading and writing skills. Thirty-eight pre-reading Ottawa-area children, aged 4–5 years, named environmental print (EP), wrote their own name, identified correct names and EP words amongst foils and detected foil letters within EP and names. Results showed that phonological awareness and letter-sound knowledge were not related to EP recognition. Name writing accuracy and name identification were related to both levels of phonological awareness. Furthermore, name writing showed a unique association with phonological awareness even after letter-sound knowledge was controlled statistically. Pre-readers may first use meta-linguistic phonological awareness in their name writing and identification prior to learning to read.

在20世纪70年代回归民族、传统、乡土、现实的社会思潮与文学思潮中,台湾新世代诗人开始崛起。他们的诗歌创作沿着＂文化中国＂和＂地理台湾＂两个向度,呈现出充满活力的创新精神和新奇别致的审美气象。在＂地理台湾＂的维度上,新世代诗歌除了关心人的生存以外,更注目脚下的台湾土地,体现出台湾新一代知识分子开阔的艺术视野与鲜明的现实主义精神。     

What makes a skilled writer? Working memory and audience awareness during text composition

This study investigated the role of working memory capacity as a factor for individual differences in the ability to compose a text with communicative efficiency based on audience awareness. We analyzed its differential effects on the dynamics of the writing processes, as well as on the content of the finished product. Twenty-five graduate students composed a procedural text explaining how to assemble a model turbine. They were free to consult a documentary source, featuring captioned pictures of turbine parts and assembly steps, at any time. Graphomotor and eye movements were recorded using ‘Eye and Pen’ software with an eye-tracker and digitizing tablet. Results showed that high WM capacity writers used a different strategy to explore the visual source, making longer writing pauses and producing more detailed procedures, and achieved the communicative goal more efficiently, by introducing more reader supports. In conclusion, we discuss the feasibility of audience awareness training.     

关于高职院校档案管理工作的几点思考

高校院系资料室专业化服务新思路

高校院系资料室是图书情报系统中的重要组成部分,专业化的服务是其独特的优势。但是由于各种原因,目前院系资料室也存在着诸多问题。针对这些现状,文章提出资料员应明确身份意识,高校应该给予院系资料室以充分的重视,明确其定位,改善资料员的构成,使其充分发挥专业化服务优势。
