中职学校音乐欣赏课有效教学研究

随着时代的发展,音乐教育作为提升学生综合素质的关键环节,已日渐为学校所重视,教学手段已从以往的一面黑板一支粉笔一架钢琴,教师主动讲学生被动学,发展为借助更多手段提升音乐课堂有效教学。音乐教学应该是师生共同体验、发现、创造、表现和享受音乐美的过程。本文着重讨论以信息化技术为依托,运用恰当的教学工具和方法进行音乐课堂的创新性教学,通过教学内容和教学方法的选择和优化,激发学生学习兴趣和主动性,达到潜移默化的审美享受和育德效果。     

Relative age effect: implications for effective practice

Physical and psychological differences related to birthdate amongst athletes of the same selection year have been characterised as the “relative age effects” (RAEs). RAEs have been identified in a variety of sports, both at youth and adult level, and are linked with dropout of athletes and a reduction of the talent pool. This study examined the existence, mechanisms and possible solutions to RAEs using qualitative methodology. Seven experts in the field of talent identification and development were interviewed. Inductive analysis of the data showed that, while there was mixed evidence for the existence of RAEs across sports, the eradication of RAEs was attributed to controllable features of the development environment. The factors reported included the structure of “categories” used to group athletes within the sport (e.g. age, weight, size, skills), recognition and prioritisation of long-term development over “short term win focus.” Education of relevant parties (e.g. coaches, scouts, clubs) about RAEs and the nature of “talent” within a long-term context was suggested, along with careful consideration of the structure of the development environment (e.g. delayed selection, provision for late developers, focus on skills not results, use of challenge). Implications for research and practice are discussed.

神经认知语言学认为语言是个信息系统, 交际的过程即为信息的传递过程。信息系统的工作目的是传递最大的信息量, 而交际的目的是获得更多的新知识。从信息论的基本观点出发, 结合神经认知语言学的某些理论, 可以解释交际法教学中存在的问题, 并找出一些相应的对策。     

课堂教学中信息技术与课程整合的误区分析与方法反思

信息技术与学科课程的整合是为了实现教学内容的呈现方式、学生的学习方式、教师的教学方式和师生互动方式的变革。然而在课堂教学中,信息技术与课程的整合还存在许多误区,主要包括多媒体课件屏幕代替传统的黑板板书、多媒体课件的演示代替教师与学生的活动、计算机多媒体教学完全取代传统媒体教学、过于注重信息技术使用形式忽视对学科具体内容及特点的研究、模拟实验代替分组实验训练等。信息技术与课程整合,需要先进的教育思想,信息技术是手段,课程的有效实施才是目的,二者的整合是长期的过程,整合的理论与方法需要体现在教师培训的课程与实践之中。     

移动通信电波传播预测模型选择研究

能否准确预测基站信号的覆盖情况是移动通信网络规划的优劣所在,提高预测准确度的关键在于选择最能接近实测值的预测模型,通过对五种预测模型的分析对比,并与实测数据的仿真比较,得出了在郊区环境下,Okumura-Hata预测模型更接近实测值的结论。     

移动学习在教师继续教育中的应用探究

国内外教师继续教育取得了新进展,目前我国教师继续教育中还存在一些问题,新的教师继续教育方式——移动学习,有助于提高我国教师继续教育的水平。移动学习具有无线移动性、高效便携性、广泛性、交互性、共享性、个性化等特征,并具有特定的基本结构以及实现形式,其在教师继续教育中的应用对教师教育产生深远的影响。     

What works in values education

Values education (alternatively, moral education, character education) is the attempt, within schools, to craft pedagogies and supportive structures to foster the development of positive, ethical, pro-social inclinations and competencies in youth, including around strengthening their academic focus and achievement. Recent research has uncovered evidence of effective practices that apply broadly to schools at different levels and varied contents. Reviews of the empirical research have allowed for the identification of effective practices, including interactional practices, professional development, parental involvement, role modeling, and service opportunities. This article reviews the existing research and presents such a set of research-based effective practices.
