高校教育信息化成本效益分析与评价

教育信息化成本与效益评价是一项复杂的系统工程。其核心工作是理清制约教育信息化建设成本与应用效益的关键因素。教育信息化成本指标包括信息化基础设施建设成本、教学科研信息化建设成本和信息化保障体系成本三个方面,效益指标包括教学效益、科研效益和管理效益三个方面。根据这一评价体系,对浙江省19所高校的信息化成本与效益进行分析发现：影响高校信息化成本的关键因素有基础设施、信息资源、电脑设备、人员规模、网络规模和培训经费;影响高校信息化效益的关键因素有管理科研人员素质、多媒体网络利用、信息化管理应用、信息资源科研利用、信息网络普及和多媒体教学利用;各高校信息化成本与效益之间有显著的相关性;这些关键因素是对成本和效益指标的进一步具体化,有利于指导教育信息化绩效评价的实践。     

关于进一步完善我国智慧城市评估体系的建议

完善智慧城市评估体系,有助于揭示智慧城市发展内在本质、科学衡量智慧城市发展水平,并正确引导城市智慧化发展。本文系统地回顾了国内外已有智慧城市评估体系的特点,分析了存在的共性问题。从"两大基础、四大应用"基本框架出发,给出了建议性的评估体系,并从评估组织体系、加强统计调查和开展试点评估三个方面给出了完善评估机制的建议。

Going beyond Kirkpatrick's Training Evaluation Model: The role of workplace factors in distance learning transfer

Abstract

This article emanates from a longitudinal study of the impact of a distance education programme for teacher training on graduates' job performance, in which the authors built on the findings of a previous pilot study. After using Kirkpatrick's Training Evaluation Model in a previous study, one of the authors found there to be a strong relationship between graduates' completion of the programme and their performance at school. However, the model does not probe factors that impede on transfer of learning. Quite a number of the graduate participants indicated that they were faced with this problem. In order to further probe this phenomenon, the authors fused Baldwin's Transfer of Training Model with the second level of Kirkpatrick's model by using a mixed-methods enquiry. It became clear that the organizational climate of schools has a strong influence on the transfer of learning in the workplace. Suggestions are presented on how educators and school managers can work together effectively.

"入园贵、入园难"是我国学前教育突出的难题,建设普惠性幼儿园是破解这一难题的有效路径。普惠性幼儿园建设标准是能够保证普惠性幼儿园正常运行和发展的条件标准。普惠性幼儿园的建设原则是"够用、适用",不追求豪华和特色,以为大众和低收入家庭的幼儿提供保底的、基本的早期教育为目的。     

Soundscape of the West Lake Scenic Area with profound cultural background—a case study of Evening Bell Ringing in Jingci Temple,China

From the case study of Evening Bell Ringing at Nanping Hill,one of the West Lake Cultural Landscapes in Hangzhou,China,we investigated the soundscape of a scenic area with a profound cultural background.First,we conducted the soundscape physical index of the area in both winter and spring seasons to analyze its objective graphical expression.Second,we focused on people’s reactions to the soundscape in order to obtain a subjective evaluation of each component in the soundscape and integrated environment.Then,the relationship between the objective data and the subjective evaluation was analyzed.Finally,the impacts of the natural environment,history,and cultural factors on the evaluation of the Jingci Temple soundscape were studied.It was found that natural sounds,cultural sounds,and historic sounds were widely acclaimed in people’s subjective feelings,which indicated the close relationships among historical and cultural background,soundscape,and natural environment.Thus,the conclusion was made that soundscape should be consistent with the local natural environment and the historical and cultural background.

Education and training: Impacts on farm management practice

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a large Australia‐wide survey which collected farm financial information and information about changes to farm‐management practices, as well as information about education and training, and a smaller survey of farmers who attended one of three training courses for farmers. The paper considers the relationship between education and training outcomes at macro and micro levels. At the macro level, education and training as well as prompts for change are considered, while at the micro level the influence of training on changes to practice is examined. Education and training enhance farmers’ ability and willingness to make successful changes to their management practice. The training program is generally only one of several factors which influence participants to make changes in their practice. Training events are opportunities for interaction between participants and with expert trainers. This interaction assists in altering values and attitudes toward new practices.     

现代优化算法在葡萄酒质量评价中的应用

本文在使用统计方法的基础上,讨论遗传算法和支持向量机算法在反映葡萄酒质量各属性评价中的应用,依据遗传算法和支持向量机算法的框架设计算法的实现步骤;并且以实际数据为依据实现算法,对实例结果进行评价分析,提出针对此类问题的分析思想,最后对实测葡萄酒的各项指标数据进行检验并得出了较满意的结果。     

论教师课堂评价体系的构建

教学工作是高校工作的中心,人才培养质量是学校的生命线。随着社会科技的进步和高等教育的深入发展,如何提高高校教育教学质量是教育工作者关注的问题和焦点。高校的教学形式主要是课堂教学,因此课堂质量评价是保证高校教学质量的一个重要环节。教师课堂质量评价是质量监控体系的有机组成部分,对激发教师和学生的积极性,保证教学的正常运行,促进教育教学改革有着积极的作用,但目前也存在着评价目的不明确、评价方式单一化、评价标准不合理、反馈渠道不畅、评价结果不公平等问题,本文从教师课堂教学评价的现状入手进行分析,并从评价制度的完善、评价方式的改进、评价结果的计算和反馈渠道的拓宽几个方面提出解决的策略。
