绿色产品制造工艺的评价与选择

制造绿色产品是目前制造业研究的热点,制造工艺的合理选择是提高制造绿色产品的重要途径之一。根据绿色产品制造工艺的特点,可建立由资源、产品、能耗、环境和费用等五大决策目标及22个评价指标组成的绿色产品制造工艺数学选择模型与评价体系,并运用AHM与模糊综合评价法相结合对决策模型进行了求解。结果表明,该方法可为企业在制造绿色产品过程中正确选择制造工艺提供依据。     

一类模糊合作对策的Banzhaf指标

定义了一类新的模糊合作对策——"基于局中人权重"的模糊合作对策,研究了此类模糊合作对策的连续性和单调性。当局中人的权重用Banzhaf指标来衡量时,讨论了此类模糊合作对策的零元和模糊支集等,同时探讨了严格单调性、有效性、对称性和等价性。通过本文的讨论我们可以发现,这些性质与经典情形具有一致性。最后通过一个算例来说明这种指标的具体应用。     

Using Delphi and fuzzy DEMATEL for analyzing the intertwined relationships of the barriers of university technology transfer: Evidence from a developing economy

Universities are highly responsible for knowledge creation and technology development. However, university technology transfer (UTT) is considered a challenge in bringing innovative technologies for commercialization and community services. Thus, identifying the barriers and their complex interrelationships that hinder the successful implementation of UTT provides a better understanding of the process, which may be considered as inputs to crucial decision-making initiatives. While this approach is highly relevant in the domain field, it remains a point of departure in the current literature. This paper addresses this gap by holistically determining the UTT barriers and their intertwined relationships. Using the Delphi method and the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) to carry out this objective, a case study in a state university in the Philippines is presented in this work. Results show that lack of resources has the strongest causal relationship among the 24 UTT barriers. Whereas, poor marketing/technical/negotiation skills of technology transfer office obtained the highest impacts received and is categorized as the main net effect. These findings are intended to guide various stakeholders in understanding the influence of barriers in the formulation of strategies and initiatives to carry out effectively the UTT process.     

公共档案馆服务绩效模糊综合评价实现模型研究

构建科学合理的评价模型是公共档案馆服务绩效评价工作开展的关键。本文从公共档案馆服务绩效的特性分析入手,采取模糊综合评价方法的思想,按照设置指标体系、确定指标权重、建立评价数学模型的思路构建了公共档案馆服务绩效综合评价模型,并以我国某市A区公共档案馆为例,对该模型进行了验证。     

不完全信息下的教学质量评价研究

教师的教学质量评价是学校教学管理的重要环节和内容,在教学质量评价信息的收集过程中,一方面受评价者本身专业背景与调查时间等主客观原因所限,其所提供的教学质量评价信息极有可能出现不完整现象;另一方面在对评价信息进行集结的过程中,常选用的线性加权求和法所默认的评价因素之间相互独立的条件亦很难满足,针对上述情况,本文选用直觉模糊集的方法对教学质量进行评价,算例表明依据直觉模糊集的相关理论对教学质量进行评价,在保证了较强的实用性的同时,能处理评价信息不完整的情况,最大限度利用已有评价信息,使测评结果更加全面、科学、合理。     

一类HIV模型的T-S模糊控制

通过对HIV感染者在潜伏期的情况进行分析,讨论心理因素对艾滋病传播的影响.利用模糊控制对感染人群作心理社会干预,延缓其转化为AIDS的速度.     

实现众创空间创新功能的机制设计

关于众创空间的现有研究大多关注内在主体(创客)或外部因素(诸政策支持、生态环境等),而对于众创空间本身的机制设计讨论却十分匮乏。基于创新生态系统治理视角,采用QCA与NCA混合方法,对浙江省63家众创空间的数据进行分析,探索众创空间的合理机制设计方案。结果表明：众创空间创新功能的发挥是多种运行机制协同作用的结果,其中平台服务功能、资源汇集通道、正式联结关系、成果共享文化是众创空间不可或缺的机制支撑,配合屏蔽外部资源提供者干预行为或构建包容试错的文化氛围,可以形成两条促进众创空间创新功能发挥的有效路径。     

Pneumatic active suspension system for a one-wheel car model using fuzzy reasoning and a disturbance observer

This paper presents the construction of a pneumatic active suspension system for a one-wheel car model using fuzzy reasoning and a disturbance observer. The one-wheel car model can be approximately described as a nonlinear two degrees of freedom system subject to excitation from a road profile. The active control is composed of fuzzy and disturbance controls, and the active control force is constructed by actuating a pneumatic actuator. A phase lead-lag compensator is inserted to counter the performance degradation due to the delay of the pneumatic actuator. The experimental result indicates that the proposed active suspension improves much the vibration suppression of the car model.     

基于Simulink与模糊算法的车辆半主动悬架控制系统研究

为改善汽车的平顺性,将模糊控制算法引入半主动悬架,对其控制系统进行研究。首先以四自由度汽车半主动悬架为研究对象建立了其数学模型与仿真模型;在Matlab中利用模糊逻辑工具箱Fuzzy Toolbox设计了半主动悬架模糊控制器;在此基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建半主动悬架模糊控制系统并在白噪声路面及阶跃路面信号激励下进行仿真试验。实验结果表明,所设计的模糊控制器可以有效改善汽车的平顺性并提高汽车的行驶安全性。     

Signal frequency based self-tuning fuzzy controller for semi-active suspension system

A new kind of fuzzy control scheme, based on the identification of the signal's main frequency and the behavior of the ER damper, is proposed to control the semi-active suspension system. This method adjusts the fuzzy controller to achieve the best isolation effect by analyzing the main frequency's characters and inspecting the change of system parameters. The input of the fuzzy controller is the main frequency and the optimal damping ratio is the output.
