大学生因自然属性遭就业歧视的调查与分析

研究以问卷调查的方式对我国高校毕业生在性别、容貌、身高、血型、年龄、户籍及健康条件等七个自然属性维度遭就业歧视现象进行实证调查,发现我国高校毕业生因自然属性而遭受的就业歧视比较严重。文章分析造成该现象的原因,并提出应对措施：第一,在国家层面颁布《反就业歧视法》,完善法律救济手段;第二,在企业层面增强其社会责任感,转变用人理念,增加就业机会;第三,在毕业生层面,大学生要加强学习,提升自身软硬实力,学会依法维权等。     

How are graduates and alumni featured in university strategic plans? Lessons from Ireland

This paper presents research from a small-scale study analysing how graduates and alumni feature in the strategic plans of all Irish universities (n?=?7). The data suggest that the word ‘graduate’ is used to describe the work of the university as an enabler for the graduate, to prepare for the employment to acquire key skills, towards a foundation of ‘graduateness’ such as reflective thinking, moral reasoning and lifelong learning aligning with the institution’s key performance indicators. In contrast, ‘alumni’ are featured related to alumnus/alumna success. Irish Higher Education Institutions view alumni as a key enabler to contribute to the university’s mission and vision: through giving, both of their time and philanthropic donations. Based on the strategic plan discourse, the role of alumni in Irish universities suggests a similar trend, relying on alumni as an internal stakeholder with an external ability to offer value to the institution.     

让重复录取止步——有关硕士研究生调剂、录取的思考

调剂是硕士研究生招生平稳生源、保证质量的重要措施和手段,但重复录取的存在给招生院校、招生主管部门带来了不必要麻烦,由于无法及时调剂其他合格生源,造成招生单位招生计划的浪费,也使一些考生失去被录取的机会。本文分析了重复录取的原因,探讨并提出改进现行研究生调剂、录取工作的建议,对有序、安全、平稳、简便地开展第二志愿生源的调剂工作,减少重复录取具有一定实践意义。     

维稳视角下的高校毕业生突发事件分析与对策

高校安全稳定是社会安全稳定的重要组成部分和重要前提。当前高校毕业生问题凸显。突发事件时有发生。大学生毕业前夕是高校突发事件敏感期和高发期,是高校安全稳定工作关键期。针对当前高校毕业生安全稳定工作中存在问题,准确把握高校毕业生突发事件及其特点,分析其成因,理清思路,创新工作思路,积极探讨工作途径,有效开展高校毕业生安全稳定工作是非常重要且有意义的。     

做好普通本科院校毕业班班主任工作的几点思考

本文针对普通本科院校毕业班学生工作实际,就如何做好班主任工作,提出了加强思想政治教育、安全教育、教学管理、党建工作、心理疏导、就业服务、文明离校工作等方面的看法。     

Managing the link between higher education and the labour market: perceptions of graduates in Greece and Cyprus

Abstract

The paper investigates the experience of employed higher education graduates in two countries with high rates of graduate unemployment. It examines the employment experience of graduates and their perceptions regarding the contribution of higher education to their employment and career prospects. Qualitative research was used to collect information from 58 university graduates in two Southern European countries, Greece and Cyprus. Respondents provided information on the skills and competencies acquired through higher education and utilised in the world of work. In both countries, modest links were reported between jobs and graduates’ field of study, as well as between knowledge and non-knowledge-based competencies acquired through higher education, and the requirements of the graduates’ jobs. The findings are used as the basis for suggestions that can enhance graduate employability and contribute to the management of the link between higher education and the labour market.     

Perception of Aquaculture Education to Support Further Growth of Aquaculture Industry in Victoria,Australia

Abstract

Purpose: The central aim of this study was to determine the perception of aquaculture educational provisions in the state of Victoria, and whether they are sufficient to ultimately support further growth of the industry.

Design/methodology/approach: Questionnaires were formulated and distributed to participants in a variety of ways, including via mail and in person. Responses were recorded and all results analysed. Participants in this study included farm and enterprise owners and managers, as well as students and careers teachers. A wide demographic was covered, and ages of participants ranged from 17 years to over 50 years of age.

Findings: Many farm owners held a relatively negative view of academia, and were quite critical of graduates and seemingly unaware of the potential benefits of educated and trained employees. The survey data also revealed substantial inadequacies in public aquaculture knowledge, a critical factor in the further development of the industry.

Practical implications: It is proposed that while the tertiary sector is the most appropriate place for the preparation of skilled graduates, the inclusion of aquaculture study within the existing secondary school curriculum has genuine potential, and would serve to encourage interest in and awareness of the industry among adolescents.

Originality/value: No prior studies on the perceptions of aquaculture industry have been conducted in Victoria, and very minimal work has been conducted in Australia on this topic in what is the most rapidly growing primary industry in the country.     

过度教育对体育教育专业毕业生就业的影响及对策研究

随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,每年都有数以百万计的毕业生走向社会,使得就业市场的竞争压力日益增大。对于教育系统中体育教师岗位的需求而言,体育教育专业毕业生的人数远远供大于求,这就导致过度教育现象的产生。通过对过度教育含义进行解释并对体育教育专业毕业生就业的现状进行分析,找出过度教育对毕业生就业产生的影响,进而为缓解过度教育对体育教育专业学生就业所带来的负面影响而提出一些相关对策,并为高校对体育教育人才的培养提供决策参考。     

河北省促进大学生就业的政策分析及对策思考

大学生就业难是经济建设和社会发展过程中必须面对的问题。文章分析了河北省大学生就业的严峻形势和大学生就业的现状,阐述了河北省在促进大学生就业中存在的问题,提出了从转变就业观念、提升政府服务能力、加强高校自身建设、用人单位树立正确人才观等方面促进大学生就业的对策。     

天津滨海一线毕业生继续教育研究

天津滨海新区的建设正式纳入国家发展战略,开展毕业生继续教育的研究既符合终身教育的要求,也有助于满足滨海新区建设的人才需求。通过天津滨海新区继续教育需求调查与分析,提出了转变继续教育观念,树立终身学习理念;依托电大远程开放教育系统;建立毕业生继续教育服务基金;建立＂毕业生继续教育网＂等毕业生继续教育服务对策。
