基于重叠矩形图像表示方法的贝塞尔-傅里叶矩快速计算

贝塞尔-傅里叶矩作为一种图像特征在计算机视觉、图像处理等领域得到了广泛的应用。提出一种基于重叠矩形图像表示方法的贝塞尔-傅里叶矩快速算法。该算法利用重叠矩形图像表示方法,将灰度图像的贝塞尔-傅立叶矩的计算转化为对一系列仅包含单个矩形区域的二值图像的贝塞尔-傅立叶矩的和,使得最耗时间的积分运算与具体图像无关,从而可以利用查表法提前完成大量的运算,提高算法的执行效率。实验结果表示,新算法比贝塞尔-傅里叶直接生成算法在速度上有较明显的提高。     

基于EFM的手机教育游戏中的任务系统设计研究

随着移动学习的兴起,手机教育游戏应运而生。教育游戏具有教育性和游戏性的双重特点,平衡两者的关系对于教育游戏至关重要。在EFM教育游戏设计模型的基础上,结合移动学习理论体系中的活动学习理论和非正式学习理论,从系统论角度阐述了手机教育游戏系统中任务系统、资源系统和规则系统之间的关系,从多个角度分析了任务系统的重要性,并针对任务系统的设计提出一些关于游戏性设计的相关建议,以期为手机教育游戏设计中平衡两者关系提供指导。     

教育制度设计对大学生机会型创业意向的影响——来自重庆的实证研究

教育制度不仅通过"自主学习"体系深刻影响着个体的"责任感"和"自我实现需要"等个性特质的形成,也通过"创业教育"和"实践教育"体系直接影响到"机会型创业意识"。来自重庆的调查数据证实,"学习自主性"对大学生的"创业责任感"和"自我实现需要"存在显著的正向影响;"创业责任感"、"自我实现需要"、"创业教育"、"创业牵涉程度"对大学生"机会型创业意向"存在显著的正向影响。改革现行教育教学模式,鼓励学生"自主学习",培育学生的"责任感"和"自我实现的需要";同时,为学生提供完善的创业教育和企业实践磨炼,提高学生创业素质,使大学生产生机会型创业的内外驱动力量,可以大力推动大学生机会型创业。     

Model tests on interaction between soil and geosynthetics subjected to localized subsidence in landfills

In a landfill, excessive tensile strains or failure of the liner system due to localized subsidence underneath the geosynthetic liner, is a concern in design and operation of the landfill. The localized subsidence can be commonly withstood by reinforcements such as geogrids. A total of nine model tests were carried out to study the influence of soil arching in overburden sandy soil on the geosynthetics and the interaction between the soil and the geosynthetics. The localized subsidence was modeled by a strip trapdoor under the geosynthetic reinforcements. The reinforcement includes several layers of polyvinylchlorid (PVC) membrane or both PVC membrane and a compacted clay layer. Test results show that the vertical soil pressure acting on the geosynthetics within the subsidence zone is strongly related to the deflection of the geosynthetics. The soil pressure acting on the deflected geosynthetics will decrease to a minimum value with respect to its deflection if the final deflection is large enough, and this minimum value is almost independent of the overburden height. Otherwise, the deflection of geosynthetics cannot result in a full degree of soil arching, and the soil pressure within the subsidence zone increases with the increase of overburden height. Deflections and strains of the geosynthetics obviously decrease with the increase of their tensile stiffness. The presence of a compacted clay layer buffer can therefore reduce both deflections and strains of the geosynthetics. Finally, a composite liner structure is recommended for landfills to withstand the localized subsidences.     

Surface settlement caused by twin-parallel shield tunnelling in sandy cobble strata

City metro tunnels are usually constructed as twin-parallel tunnels and their adjacent construction may lead to surface deformation, affecting the surface environment and the safety of the tunnels. Due to its strong dispersion, sandy cobble strata can be easily disturbed by shield tunneling. Based on the project of the Chengdu Metro Line 1, field and model tests were carried out to study the surface settlement caused by shield tunneling in sandy cobble strata by measuring surface settlement curves, ground loss ratios and construction influence zones. The discrete element method (DEM) was used to study the factors affecting the formation of ground arches in sandy cobble strata at the microscopic level. Results show that the shape of the surface settlement curve in sandy cobble strata is different from that in soft soil. The buried depth and clear spacing of the two tunnels had a significant impact on the formation of ground arches.

在利己心理的驱使下,经济行为是否只具有利己的一元性,或者是利己与利他二元属性相互博弈的结果？本文运用改进的支付矩阵模型与KMRW声誉模型来分析市场经济环境中利己心理会导致怎样的经济行为,以及经济人的行为对个人和社会的影响问题。模型考虑了信息的不完全性,局中人的理性程度以及博弈的次数等影响因素,得出合作共赢才是最优策略的结论,并提出相关具有现实意义的建议。     

乌坎模式对我国农村基层民主建设的启示

扶贫开发是中央政府实施的为改变西藏落后面貌的一项重要工程。西藏经济的相对落后性和发展的战略重要性决定了西藏扶贫开发与经济发展的逻辑机理是国家主导与地方互动相结合。国家主导主要体现在"对口援藏"上,地方互动则主要包括新农村建设和发展特色经济等路径。国家主导与地方互动的扶贫开发模式成效是显著的,无论是"对口援藏"还是西藏的自身探索都取得了公认的成就;国家主导与地方互动的扶贫开发模式尽管还存在援建项目效益较低、当地农牧民参与程度仍较低等缺陷,但其对西藏经济社会跨越式发展具有重要意义,这种模式还将继续下去。应建立财政预算约束,切实提高援藏项目的效益;变"局外人"援藏为"参与式"援藏,进一步增强西藏自我发展能力。
