An ethical decision-making process for computing professionals

Our comments focus on the ACMCode of Ethics and situate the Code within ageneral ethical decision-making process tospecify the five steps which logically precedehuman action in ethical matters and determinethat action, and the individual differencetraits in these five steps which bear upon theresolution of an ethical problem and lead tomorally responsible action. Our main purpose isto present a cognitive moral processing modelwhich computing professionals can use to betterunderstand their professional rights andduties. It is clear that the Code providessubstantial guidance in the areas ofintellectual property rights, unauthorizedentry into computing systems, and privacy. Inother areas, such as obscenity onbulletin-board systems, the Code is silent. Aninteractive software program which allows theuser to see the ways in which the Code isintegrated and instructive in the six-stepmoral decision-making process is accessible viathe internet. Our secondary purpose is toreformulate the Code as a set of questionswhich allow the computing professional to seepractices which diminish the human person asunethical and those which enhance the humanperson as ethical.

由于集成创新理论的发展以及产学研合作过程中存在的问题,越来越多的学者开始重视集成创新在产学研合作过程中的应用。因此,在阐述产学研合作与集成创新互动关系的基础上,识别出基于关系视角产学研集成创新影响因素,利用解释结构模型分析各影响因素之间的相互关系,找出影响产学研集成创新的关键因素,从而为产学研集成创新的运行和管理提供科学依据。     

Gazes in the post-colony: an analysis of African philosophies using Legitimation Code Theory

This article reports on an analysis undertaken in the field of African philosophies using selected conceptual tools from Maton’s Legitimation Code Theory (LCT). In response to calls by South African students for ‘decolonising’ the Humanities curriculum, the practical purpose of the analysis was to generate theoretically-informed guidelines for developing a curriculum for an undergraduate course in a new African Studies major. The field of African philosophies is of theoretical interest because historically it has been premised on responding to and challenging dominant, Western ideas imposed on African intellectuals through processes of colonization and modernization. LCT was employed to uncover principles that legitimate knowledge claims in this field – with a view to determining what content should be selected, recontextualized and pedagogized for the new curriculum. The analysis includes the author’s meta-reflections on the affordances and limitations of LCT for working with knowledge in the South.     

基于ISM-AHP的民航维修人的差错影响因素研究

为查明影响民航维修人的差错的因素及其影响重要度,根据航空公司数据统计并通过现场调研与理论分析,分析了与人、技术设备、组织管理、环境有关的19个影响因素,建立了基于ISM模型的影响因素三级递阶结构模型,包括表层因素、中间因素和深层因素,并利用AHP方法对影响因素的重要度进行了计算。结果表明:与组织管理有关的因素权重值为0.4632,对民航维修人的差错影响最大;在所有深层因素中按重要度排在前四的是:信息沟通不足、记忆差错、教育培训不足、工作单可操作性差。

用一种基于伪随机序列的水印实现方法,对需要保护的数字图像作品进行防伪水印的嵌入与检测研究,嵌入到作品中的水印信息与嵌入位置相关联,不易被人为攻击。     

J2EE轻量级框架代码生成工具的设计与实现

目前,具体的业务模型向应用程序代码的转换是软件开发领域的一个重要研究方向。对此,本文设计并实现了基于SSI（Struts,Spring,Ibatis）J2EE轻量级框架的代码生成工具。设计过程中,以层接口规范为根据,采用层次化软件设计方法,并使用了Freemarker模板技术。该代码生成工具通过读取数据库信息以及加载模板,完成代码的自动生成,能够显著提高软件开发效率与质量,同时还能降低开发风险与成本。     

《民法典》施行背景下足球伤害法律适用的新发展

在《中华人民共和国民法典》（以下简称《民法典》）施行背景下,足球伤害法律适用出现了新发展,对足球治理带来新挑战和新影响。就足球伤害的侵权归责原则而言,过去广为适用的公平责任原则不再适用,这将极大地增强社会足球和校园足球活动参加者、组织者的信心。《民法典》第1176条第1款明确规定了文体活动自甘风险规则的构成要件,对于足球运动参加者明确足球伤害法律适用规则提出了新要求。在三阶层的体育伤害侵权构造下,足球伤害的法律适用将从构成要件该当性、违法性和有责性三个层次递次考量。其中,对于作为违法阻却要件的自甘风险规则认定和作为有责性组成部分的重大过失认定将成为《民法典》时代足球伤害法律适用的核心议题。
