美国篮球经典进攻战术体系形成的必然性研究

摘要：以4个美国经典进攻战术体系为研究案例,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法及实地考察法对美国经典进攻战术体系形成的必然性进行了剖析,以期对我国篮球教练员构建进攻战术体系提供参考。研究认为竞争基因是美国篮球运动发源和发展的基础,发达的社会经济和巨大的资金投入、激烈频繁的赛事、高等教育及多元化哲学思想的影响、Scouting技术和篮球规则的改变等因素的综合作用使美国篮球进攻战术体系的形成成为必然。我国应借鉴美国大学篮球的成功因素,从而推动我国大学篮球运动的快速发展。     

本土异域间：我国民俗体育文化“本土化”研究的审视与论绎

摘要：民俗体育文化“本土化”回归不仅是我国民俗体育国际化发展的时代诉求,也是传承中华民族优秀文化不可回避的话题,然而当前这种回归却陷入“土洋之争”的对峙困境中。主要运用文献资料法等研究方法,以我国民俗体育文化“本土化”研究为研究对象,以文化全球化和社会转型期为背景,通过对当前我国民俗体育文化“本土化”研究的症结进行论析,旨在为全球化背景下我国民俗体育文化“本土化”研究提出新的建议。研究认为：我国民俗体育文化研究应立足于本土文化流失、传统理论根基缺失、研究范式生命力缺失、研究定位迷迭的现实,剖析理论依附、文化失语、文化异化等问题;坚持学术批判与扬弃,构建自主学术理论;坚持整体思维的研究范式,促进研究范式多元互补;坚持研究内容的多元视角,加强民俗体育文化多元区域互动;坚持研究方法的交叉互补,拓展文化研究的深度与广度;坚持“兼容并蓄,和而不同”的原则,促进民俗体育文化与时代衔接。     

图书馆学学科知识地图的构建

简要介绍了知识地图的概念及构建方法,通过对CSSCI2003-2005年数据的统计分析,构建了图书馆学关键词关联图、学科专家知识地图、学科交叉图等学科知识地图,并提出了应用聚类分析来构建图书馆学关键词聚类树状图的方法。     

《奥林匹克2020议程:奥运会新规范》改革关键点及北京冬奥会的践行策略研究

《奥林匹克 2020议程：奥运会新规范》(下文简称《新规范》)是当前国际奥委会系列改革的前沿指导文件,对 2022年北京冬奥会具有重要的指导价值。文章对《新规范》进行了文本解析,归纳了《新规范》的 5个改革关键点：降低办奥成本、优化遗产举措、促进组织善治、提升品牌影响、改善服务水平。 鉴于当前北京冬奥会的筹办进展与现实需求,探讨北京冬奥会后续系列工作对改革关键点的践行策略： 规划场馆后续运营、能源消耗与资金利用的行动方案;不断完善遗产发展方案,确保遗产与城市协调发展;促进利益相关者的协同参与,提升赛事治理能力;借鉴国内外优秀经验,制定本土文化教育战略;围绕服务体系的核心领域,不断提升赛事水准。     

College/University Counseling Centers Supporting Study Away: Challenges and Opportunities

Research points to significant numbers of students on college campuses experiencing mental health distress and an ever increasing number of college students who are choosing to make an off-campus educational experience a part of their college careers. When we consider both of these trends together, it is quite apparent that a significant number of students with mental health concerns will spend periods of time studying away from campus, with converging concerns among college mental health and study away professionals about how to best support these students. This article seeks to outline both challenges and opportunities inherent in the collaboration between campus professionals in supporting students with mental health issues before and during their study away experiences.     

新形势下高职院校学生法制教育管窥

加强高职院校学生的法制教育,是依法治国基本方略的要求,是培养高素质职业技术人才的法制观念和心理健康的内在需要,并且是素质教育的重要组成部分。在新形势下,高职院校法制教育具有重要意义。而现实高职院校法制教育存在着一定的误区。要加强高职院校学生法制教育应采用新方法,构建新体系,增强师资力量,加强网络法制教育。     

Stability and dissipative analysis for a class of stochastic system with time-delay

This paper deals with the stability and dissipative problem of a class of stochastic hybrid system. The system under study involves Markovian jump, impulsive effects and time delay, which are often encountered in practice and are the sources of instability. Our attention is focused on analysis of whether the stochastic hybrid system with time-delay is stochastically asymptotically stable and strictly (Q, S, R) dissipative. By introducing an extra artificial time instance, the equivalent system is obtained and the sufficient conditions are derived by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques. The main results of this paper unify the existing results on H_∞ control.     

Collaborative risk method for information security management practices: A case context within Turkey

In this case study, a collaborative risk method for information security management has been analyzed considering the common problems encountered during the implementation of ISO standards in eight Turkish public organizations. This proposed risk method has been applied within different public organizations and it has been demonstrated to be effective and problem-free. The fundamental issue is that there is no legislation that regulates the information security liabilities of the public organizations in Turkey. The findings and lessons learned presented in this case provide useful insights for practitioners when implementing information security management projects in other international public sector organizations.
