基于Delphi和AHP的区域城镇体系发展条件评价研究

本在实践的基础上探讨把Delphi法和AHP法结合起来研究区域城镇体系发展条件评价指标体系的构建和指标权数分配，然后以闽侯县为实例研究城镇体系发展条件等级评价，并据此提出该县城镇体系未来空间格局规划措施。最后。章对Delphi法和AHP法的结合作了简要的评述。

知识经济与企业的生存和发展

在知识经济时代，知识成为企业乃至整修经济发展的主导力量。在激烈的市场竞争中，企业只有不断地引入和运用高新科学技术知识，不断进行技术和产品的创新才能生存发展下去；而企业创新的源泉在于拥有雄厚的人力资本，人力资本创造性的发挥又依靠企业良好的结构性资本作为保障。     

全面资本观及其对传统会计的影响--兼谈现代人力资源会计模式

本阐明了包括人力资本在内的全面资本观对传统会计理论、会计要素、会计核算体系所产生的影响，并着重介绍了人力资源会计模式下的人力资源成本会计与人力资源价值会计方法。通过分析，作还揭示了人力资源会计与传统财务会计的差异及现有人力资源会计模式的局限性。     

欠发达地区农村人力资源开发初探

在全党、全社会高度重视“三农”问题的今天，特别是十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村，对欠发达地区农村人力资源的开发和利用，怎样促进农村经济发展，切实提高农民的生活水平，是我们面临的新课题，在实践中需要不断探索。     

Adoption of Soil Health Improvement Strategies by Australian Farmers: I. Attitudes,Management and Extension Implications

Abstract

Purpose: There is inconsistency in the design, understanding, implementation and monitoring of soil health programmes. Despite mounting scientific evidence for the credibility of certain soil health indicators, an increase in the reporting of programme benefits, and progress in communicating these benefits, many farmers remain hesitant to implement structured management plans and strategies tailored to address soil health. The purpose of this research is to investigate the proportion of Lachlan and Macquarie Valley landholders who implement a structured soil health programme and to better understand the role of extension in the management of these.

Design: Non-parametric analysis of a mail-based survey supported with content analysis of landholder comments was used.

Findings: Results suggests that the overall landholder attitude towards soil health management is positive, although soil health management programmes are often inconsistent, unstructured, or ad hoc. Ongoing communication between landholders, agronomists, extension agencies and scientists is shown to be vital in the adoption of soil health management programmes.

Practical implication: By understanding landholder attitudes and management practices, as well as the role of extension, extension efforts can become more targeted and effective.

Value: This article shows that soil health management is a primary focus of Australian farmers and elucidates the importance of extension efforts in management and planning. Areas where extension should be focussed are identified.     

Social support satisfaction,on‐line communication apprehension,and perceived life stress within computer‐mediated support groups

This study used an on‐line questionnaire to examine the relationship between social support satisfaction, on‐line communication time, on‐line communication apprehension, and perceived life stress among members of various on‐line support groups (N = 140). The results indicated that on‐line support satisfaction was predictive of on‐line communication time while on‐line communication apprehension was not related to on‐line communication time. On‐line communication apprehension was found to be predictive of on‐line support satisfaction. On‐line support satisfaction was found to be predictive of perceived life stress. The implications of findings for communication and social support research as well as the limitations of the study are discussed.     

The Rules-Based Process of Revealing/Concealing the Family Planning Decisions of Voluntarily Child-Free Couples: A Communication Privacy Management Perspective

Critical literature has largely ignored the element of purpose in Kenneth Burke's dramatistic pentad, along with its attendant philosophy of mysticism. Chiara Lubich's 1977 Templeton Prize Acceptance Speech presents rhetorical critics with a valuable opportunity to observe in practice the features of a rhetoric of purpose, as Burke has disseminated them. In fact, analysis of Lubich's speech according to Burke's criteria of purposive rhetoric suggests the existence of a discrete sub‐class of purposive rhetoric identified here as the mystical narrative.

我国西部农村学校＂特岗计划＂的思考——以贵州省威宁县为例

自2006年＂特岗计划＂实施至今已7年,为了了解该计划的实施成效与问题,在联合国儿基会和教育部支持下,＂特岗计划＂项目贵州调研组在威宁地区进行了为期12天的基线调研。通过对该地区特岗教师情况的基线调查,分析＂特岗计划＂政策,并提出建议与思考。
