通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对舞龙舞狮竞赛规则的发展历程进行回顾并分析现代舞龙舞狮竞技运动的发展规律。研究指出：在不同的时期内,舞龙舞狮竞赛规则的修改和完善,对舞龙舞狮运动的发展都起到了巨大的推动作用。因此,突出编排的创新,加强基本动作的高规格,提高难度动作的稳定性,不断追求艺术表现的完美,是当今舞龙舞狮运动发展的主要潮流和趋势。

运用文献资料、数理统计、分析归纳等研究方法,对新周期2013-2016国际艺术体操评分规则变化特点进行深度解读,前瞻国际艺术体操个人成套动作编排的发展趋势。结果表明:新规则的重新梳理使难度与完成两大评分体系对成套动作编排的艺术性起到决定性的作用,难度评分结构的重新调整,为艺术体操成套动作的编排带来新的发展空间,促使成套动作的编排向艺术性方向发展;完成评分结构的重新归纳,凸显完成艺术性在成套动作中的重要地位,指引艺术体操成套动作的完成向艺术性发展,助推艺术体操成套动作编排艺术性的升华;编排的艺术性和编排的规格化将是艺术体操追求的主要目标,是项目持续、稳步发展的生命线。

本文回顾了我国文献信息编目工作标准化的发展历程,总结了现有的成就与问题,提出了发展的对策。     

基于同组项目集关联规则集排冗方法

关联规则挖掘是数据挖掘领域的一个重要研究课题,目的在于从大量的数据库记录或交易中发现所有频繁出现的项目子集,并以规则形式给出项目子集之间的相互影响关系．但是用传统关联规则生成方法所生成的规则一是数量庞大,二是其中包含许多具有相同意义的规则,这必然对用户理解和提取信息带来干扰．本文通过引入同组项目集概念定义了冗余规则类型,并给出了有效排冗关联规则挖掘算法．     

Community Networks: Rules of Behavior and Social Structure

This article investigates the intertwining relationships between the Gemeinschaft and the Gesellschaft dimension of a community network (CN)—that is, of a virtual community whose members' common interest is a locality, in our case the city of Milan, Italy. The article looks through the experience of the last 7 years of life on RCM—the Milan Community Network—to reflect on the role that the sharing of rules of behavior has on the evolution of social structure in a virtual community. It identifies three phases of development—the design phase, the first growth phase, and the most recent phase—and presents the social structure set up to guarantee governance of the CN. The conclusions show that the third phase is not an actual stable state, as the continuous evolution of the societal and technological context requires continuous redesign of the CN itself in order to meet the renewed demands of a new context.     

Innovators and imitators: Organizational reference groups and adoption of organizational routines

Firms vary greatly in their rates of creating and adopting technological and organizational innovations, in part because of their choice of reference group. We argue that the selection of a reference group is a crucial and neglected source of firm heterogeneity. Comparisons to the average of other firms in a population cause most firms to adopt innovations once they are widely accepted. A distinctive feature of the minority of innovating firms that create innovations or adopt them early is that they compare themselves with, compete with, and try to differ from other innovating firms, whereas the majority of firms compare themselves with, and conform to, a broader group of firms. We elaborate this argument based on the behavioral theory of the firm and institutional theory, and test it on a two-period survey on adoptions of innovative organizational forms in Europe and the US. The analysis shows the predicted differences in the adoption patterns of innovating and imitating firms.

教师专业化教育改革作为一种朝向预期目标、改进实践的有意识尝试,在增进未来教师专业知识、锻炼专业技能、陶冶专业精神等方面取得成效的同时,面临的最主要风险是如何处理不同类型教育间的协调、平衡与融合,包括:通识教育与专业教育的同步优化,文理学科知识与教育专业知识的有效融合,以及专业针对性与职业普适性的兼顾并重。为规避和防范可能的风险,需要深入探索教师教育规律,树立代价意识,强化教育学术意识,建立多元参与的改革决策体系。     

教师专业能力自评分层命题的求证——《教师专业发展自评量规表》有效设计的实证性研究

试从架构的视角解析自评分层下专业发展维度和指标体系,要对自评分层量规表的实施流程、运行方式和管理途径,从组织行为学的角度审视它的可行性。学校管理要审视通过自评是否提升了教师自我意向?同事的互助性评价和教学研究共同体的协商性评价是否唤醒了教师专业发展的意识?行政评价对教师专业发展的定向和规劝是否具有真实的效度?通过对专业分层指标细则的研修,教师是否形成个性化的专业规划?通过自评、互助性评价和协商性评价的管理,我们是否实现了管理目标的聚合?基于分层后项目的自主运行是否具有个性化的特征?这都是对教师专业能力实施评价分层解答的问题。

运用分析对比研究法和文献资料法,在前人研究的基础上试从规则和裁判两方面重新定位思考并提出建议,以期为武术套路竞赛体系改革提供参考的理论依据。
