运动与老年人健康体适能的研究进展

通过文献资料法,在探讨我国老年人体质健康状况的基础上,从运动对老年人健康体适能的五个方面——心肺耐力、肌肉力量及耐力、柔韧素质、身体成分以及平衡能力的影响来探析运动与老年人健康体适能的关系,为老年人科学健身提供理论指导。     

从历届全运会看我国女子竞技田径的发展趋势

对中国女子竞技田径进行了系统的分析,结果表明:中国女子竞技田径发展轨迹呈倒V字型,其最好竞技成绩大部分出现在国内赛场上,与奥运战略所背驰;中国女子竞技田径各项目发展极不平衡,从项目所属项群看,中长跑类项群、短跑类项群、投掷类项群发展较好;从单项发展速度看,铅球、铁饼、标枪发展速度最快。     

National Qualification Frameworks: from policy borrowing to policy learning

This article takes up the issue of the internationalisation of Vocational Education and Training (VET) reforms, expressed in the way policy instruments such as National Qualifications Frameworks (NQF) are introduced in the European Training Foundation's (ETF) partner countries. There is an international debate and different perspectives regarding NQFs. These perspectives have largely talked past each other. The article brings together these perspectives and highlights the issues at stake in this field. Through the analysis of ETF interventions in different regions, the article makes a case for new approaches of intervention, namely policy learning, that aim at enabling national stakeholders and that are conducive for home-grown VET policies. The discussion is broad in scope, not only because the article reviews developments in qualifications frameworks across-regions, but also because it highlights the complex interaction of the global and local development when introducing NQFs and the impact of such reforms on VET systems.     

从2000-2001年全国男篮甲A联赛看江苏南钢队与上海队的差距

通过２０００－２００１年全国男篮甲Ａ联赛技术统计，对江苏南钢投篮技术，得分能力，得分形式，投篮命中率，篮板球，断球，封盖等技术与上海东方队进行对比与研究，分析江苏南钢队与上海东方队的差距。江苏南钢队在远投三分球、罚球命中率和抢后场篮板球技术方面有一定差距。     

建立健全违宪审查制度——在人民代表大会制度基础上的改革设想

违宪审查是指特定的国家机关对某项法律或某种行为是否合宪所进行的具有最高法律意义的审查和处理。在我国,建立健全违宪审查制度的关键是解决同体监督和无暇监督的难题。为此,本文建议,在全国人民代表大会内部实行两权分立,成立专门的宪法监督机关,即建立隶属于全国人民代表大会,与全国人大常务委员会平行的全国人大宪法委员会,专司解释宪法和违宪审查之职权。     

Many districts left behind: An individual change analysis of inequity in the Kenyan primary educational opportunities (2001–2007)

The study examined variations in district performance in KCPE national examination in Kenya between 2001 and 2007. The individual change model revealed that district poverty rate was not a significant predictor of either the initial district performance (2001) or the rate of change over the seven-year period. The regional context of North Eastern Province had the lowest initial KCPE performance rates followed by the Gusii districts of Nyanza. However, the model revealed that the KCPE performance rates among districts located in the North Eastern Province are predicted to improve at an annual rate of 10.31 percentage points. The study recommends that educators and policy makers seek ways to address educational under-performance and low participation rates in Kenya without over-reliance on poverty reduction programs alone.     

湖南、湖北第十一届全运会成绩的比较研究

以湖南与湖北竞技体育第十一届全运会成绩为研究对象,主要采用文献资料法、历史比较法、数理统计法分析了湖南与湖北十一届全运会之间存在的差距与不足,为湖北备战十二届全运会提供参考。结果表明：湖南省明显在金牌与奖牌排名上比湖北省处于领先地位,但两省总分差距不大;从全运会奖牌榜上来说湖南成绩较湖北成绩占有优势,而赛会成绩优势更加明显;从前三名的数量和获得名次各项比例来看,湖南省比湖北省优势依然明显,但前八名数量基本持平接近;项目结构来看,湖南存在着夺金项目分布面窄,湖北各个项目发展水平很不平衡的特点,上述两个不均衡现状的存在,严重制约着两省竞技体育整体实力的提高。
