对社会结构、社会基本矛盾和社会发展规律的再认识

人类社会发展的基本规律是通过社会结构和社会基本矛盾的运动而被揭示出来的。作为人类社会结构之基础的社会经济结构,又可以被分析为生产的技术关系和生产的经济关系。前者标志着人类生产活动和生产力所达到的技术水平,后者则是制约这种技术水平的生产力实现的社会性力量。只有通过社会经济关系这个中介,我们才能够理解社会经济结构的变动对社会政治结构变动的推动作用;才能够更为深入地把握社会的内在规律。     

跳舞活动对中老年知识妇女红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的影响及其与衰老关系的探析

对18例长期坚持跳舞健身活动的中老年知识妇女红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和含量进行测定与同龄健康对照组比较,并探析其与衰老的相互关系。结果表明,以有氧代谢为主的跳舞健身活动可提高人体红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的活性及含量,增强红细胞抵御超氧自由基损伤的能力,阻止体内自由基水平的升高,减少自由基对组织细胞的损伤,从而起到妊鳐衰老、延长寿命的作用。     

Molecular basis of familial hypercholesterolemia: An Indian experience

Modification of platelet proteins by free radicals and glycation has been studied in the present work, as anin vitro model. The results of the two parameters, SDS-PAGE and carbonylation study are quite corroborative. We observed that the inducers like ferrous sulphate, ascorbate (mainly in supraphysiological concentration) and glucose attack the protein in a dose dependent manner, of which ferrous sulphate is most potent. Proteins from aged and degenerative conditions like malignancy and diabetes mellitus have suffered greater damage than normal adult and foetal proteins. The individual life expectancy in terms of biological versus chronological age may also be worked out from the individual stress level.     

短裙竹荪多糖清除O2·—及对人红细胞膜自由基氧化的影响

短裙竹荪 [Dictyophora duplicata(Bose) Fisher]经热水抽提 ,乙醇沉淀 ,Sevag法去蛋白 ,乙醇分级分离 ,再经 DEAE-纤维素柱层析得多糖组分 PS.在体外产生 O·2 的反应体系中 ,竹荪多糖组分 PS在较低浓度下 (<2 0 0 mg/ L)具有清除 O·2 的作用 ,而在较高浓度下 (>2 0 0 mg/ L)作用不明显 .同时用荧光法研究了竹荪多糖组分 PS对人红细胞膜脂质过氧化的影响 ,结果表明竹荪多糖能够抑制人红细胞膜的脂质过氧化     

Format Preferences of Performing Arts Students: A Multi-institution Study

The article describes a follow-up to Clark's 2012 examination of performing arts students' format preferences; it also explored their preferred sources for course-related information. This mixed-methods study was implemented at three institutions and included an online Qualtrics survey and focus groups. Results indicated a continued shift toward digital resources, with strong preferences for obtaining electronic journals and reference materials through the library. Print scores and books remained popular; however, students appeared more open to electronic options when compared to the 2012 results. Freely available online video and audio continued to enjoy popularity. Students want the libraries to acquire a mix of both physical and electronic resources, and they favor print books and scores.
