杜仲叶提取物的体外抗氧化作用

通过测定杜仲叶提取物对O2-和.OH的清除率,对小鼠红细胞氧化溶血的影响和对各脏器MDA生成的抑制率,评价杜仲叶提取物的体外抗氧化作用。实验结果表明,杜仲叶提取物具有明显的体外抗氧化作用。

鸭儿芹体外抗氧化作用研究

为研究鸭儿芹的体外抗氧化活性,考察了其对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除作用,以及对小鼠肝脏自发性脂质过氧化和对Fe2+-Vit C诱导肝脏线粒体氧化损伤的抑制作用.结果发现,鸭儿芹对DPPH、O-2·和·OH自由基均具有良好的清除作用,其最大清除率分别为85.4%、82.4%和94.2%,其IC50分别为5.48 mg.m L-1、4.23 mg.m L-1和2.78 mg.m L-1.而且能明显抑制肝脏自发性脂质过氧化和肝脏线粒体氧化损伤.结果表明,鸭儿芹具有良好的体外抗氧化作用,是一种优良的天然抗氧化资源.     

顾客感知视角下设计驱动力对创新的影响研究

设计作为技术和市场之外的第三种创新驱动力已开始得到越来越多的研究重视,但从顾客感知的视角来探讨产品设计如何对渐进性创新和根本性创新产生影响的经验研究尚不多见。基于"产品设计→顾客感知质量→顾客购买意愿和口碑传播"的理论模型,通过针对渐进性创新和根本性创新分别展开调查研究,实证分析结果显示设计驱动力的美学维度和功能维度对于渐进性创新和根本性创新的顾客感知与行为的影响并不一致,对渐进性创新来说,设计的美学维度和功能维度除了对于顾客购买意愿和口碑传播具有直接的正向影响,还通过顾客感知质量对其产生间接作用;对于根本性创新来说,设计的美学维度和功能维度均要完全通过顾客感知质量来间接作用于顾客购买意愿和口碑传播。此外,设计驱动力的象征意义维度对于渐进性创新和根本性创新的顾客感知与行为的影响具有一致性,即设计的象征意义维度对于两种创新类型的顾客购买意愿和口碑传播均有着直接的正向影响,但对于顾客感知质量的影响都不显著。     

Ecopedagogy and radical pedagogy: Post-critical transgressions in environmental and geography education

This critical essay/review of The Radicalization of Pedagogy: Anarchism, Geography, and the Spirit of Revolt, edited by Simon Springer, Marcelo Lopes de Souza, and Richard J. White, is a geneaologically oriented “conversation” of the discourse of critical environmental education, in particular critical pedagogy and ecopedagogy, and anarchic geography education, in particular deschooling. The purpose is to restory a critical materialist and symbolic frame of “post-critical” inquiry and praxis in EE and EER (environmental education research).     

Latina/o Parent Organizing for Educational Justice: An Ethnographic Account of Community Building and Radical Healing

This article describes a parent organizing effort with Latina/o immigrant parents in a large, high-poverty, racially and linguistically diverse urban school district. Drawing from ethnographic research and the theoretical framework of mujerismo, it examines the relational processes of community building and radical healing that occurred in weekly community-based parent workshops. Findings suggest the need for more research that empirically examines the relational, embodied, and pedagogical dimensions of parent organizing work.

Participation, Remediation, Bricolage: Considering Principal Components of a Digital Culture

Within media theory the worldwide shift from a 19th-century print culture via a 20th-century electronic culture to a 21st-century digital culture is well documented. In this essay the emergence of a digital culture as amplified and accelerated by the popularity of networked computers, multiple-user software, and Internet is investigated in terms of its principal components. A digital culture as an underdetermined praxis is conceptualized as consisting of participation, remediation, and bricolage. Using the literature on presumably “typical” Internet phenomena such as the worldwide proliferation of independent media centers (indymedia) linked with (radical) online journalism practices and the popularity of (individual and group) weblogging, the various meanings and implications of this particular understanding of digital culture are explored. In the context of this essay, digital culture can be seen as an emerging set of values, practices, and expectations regarding the way people (should) act and interact within the contemporary network society. This digital culture has emergent properties with roots in both online and offline phenomena, with links to trends and developments predating the World Wide Web, yet having an immediate impact and particularly changing the ways in which we use and give meaning to living in an increasingly interconnected, always on(line) environment.     

组织距离、知识流动对联盟企业突破式创新的影响

本文基于战略管理理论和知识管理理论，研究组织距离对战略联盟企业突破式创新的影响，并探索知识流动在其中扮演的中介作用。同时，引入知识保护能力作为调节变量，从而构建了本研究的理论模型。以471家战略联盟企业为研究对象，采用回归分析方法进行实证检验。结果表明：技术距离越远越有利于联盟企业实现突破式创新，社会距离越近越有利于联盟企业突破式创新；知识获取和知识泄漏在技术距离和社会距离与突破式创新之间发挥部分中介作用；知识保护能力负向调节知识泄漏与突破式创新之间的关系。     

影响突破性创新的环境因素分析和实证研究

本文着重于对影响突破性创新的环境因素进行实证研究。首先在文献综述基础上提出有关理论假设;其次通过问卷调查获得相关的资料与数据,运用SPSS软件分析各个环境因素对突破性创新和渐进性创新的不同影响;最后得出研究结论以为促进企业进行突破性创新提供有效借鉴。
