苦荞麦多糖清除DPPH自由基的作用

以水为溶剂提取苦荞麦多糖类化合物,并以抗坏血酸（Vc）和VE为对照品,采用DPPH法探究了苦荞麦多糖提取物对自由基的清除作用。结果表明：苦荞麦多糖具有一定的抗氧化作用,在其浓度为21．764μg／mL时其清除率可达24．85％,显著高于相同浓度下的Vc和VE的清除率。认为苦荞麦多糖是一种有前途的天然抗氧化剂。     

Assessment of vitamin D concentration in non-supplemented professional athletes and healthy adults during the winter months in the UK: implications for skeletal muscle function

Abstract

The current study implemented a two-part design to (1) assess the vitamin D concentration of a large cohort of non-vitamin D supplemented UK-based athletes and 30 age-matched healthy non-athletes and (2) to examine the effects of 5000 IU · day^?1 vitamin D₃ supplementation for 8-weeks on musculoskeletal performance in a placebo controlled trial. Vitamin D concentration was determined as severely deficient if serum 25(OH)D < 12.5 nmol · l^?1, deficient 12.5–30 nmol · l^?1 and inadequate 30–50 nmol · l^?1. We demonstrate that 62% of the athletes (38/61) and 73% of the controls (22/30) exhibited serum total 25(OH)D < 50 nmol · l^?1. Additionally, vitamin D supplementation increased serum total 25(OH)D from baseline (mean ± SD = 29 ± 25 to 103 ± 25 nmol · l^?1, P = 0.0028), whereas the placebo showed no significant change (53 ± 29 to 74 ± 24 nmol · l^?1, P = 0.12). There was a significant increase in 10 m sprint times (P = 0.008) and vertical-jump (P = 0.008) in the vitamin D group whereas the placebo showed no change (P = 0.587 and P = 0.204 respectively). The current data supports previous findings that athletes living at Northerly latitudes (UK = 53° N) exhibit inadequate vitamin D concentrations (<50 nmol · l^?1). Additionally the data suggests that inadequate vitamin D concentration is detrimental to musculoskeletal performance in athletes. Future studies using larger athletic groups are now warranted.

浅议维新变革的激进思想

戊戌变法运动是中国近代史上一次重要的社会政治运动。对于中国社会的发展、民众思想解放以及挽救民族危机,都有十分重要的意义。然而,维新运动却迅速走向失败,其失败原因是极其复杂的,维新派变革指导思想的激进、改革言论宣传的激进对维新变法失败起到了催化的作用。因此,探究维新变革的激进思想对于研究维新运动失败具有重要的意义。     

新型手性氨基酸尾式卟啉铜(II)配合物的仿酶活性

报道了L-半胱氨酸尾式卟啉铜(II)及四苯基卟啉铜(II)配合物作为超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)模拟物催化歧化O22-和催化分解过氧化氢及有毒氧自由基的活性.结果表明:这两种铜卟啉配合物具有较好的仿酶活性.

江泽民最近强调指出，必须通过体制创新铲除腐败现象滋生的土壤和条件，这一重要论述为我国当前的反腐败斗争指明了正确的方向，我国政治体制在干部任用，权力监督，法制约束三方面存在的结构性缺陷，是腐败现象滋生蔓延的深层次原因，在坚持主权在民，共产党领导，监督制衡，法治原则的前提下，以权力体制民主化为目标，以权力运行为核心，进行政治体制创新，才能使腐败现象得到全面遏制和根本治理。     

Study on the Stabilizing Conditions of W／O Microemulsion

The stabilizing conditions of W/O microemulsion of Tx-6-C4H9OH/c-C6h12/H2O system were studied by visual observation.The result shows that when the weight ratio of Tx-6 to C4H9OH is 4:1 ,the W/O microemulsion system has stabilizing and extensive regions,and the system is insensitive to the values of pH and in the range of room temperature.In accordance with the theoretical value of HLB,the suitable value of HLB for Tx-6 and C4H9OH to compose microemulsion is greater than 9,less than or equal to 10 value of HLB.the suitable value of HLB for Tx-6 and C4H9OH to compose microemulsion is greater than 9,less than or equal to 10.     

Kant on the endless struggle against evil in the pursuit of moral perfection and the promotion of the happiness of others—Challenges for education

Abstract

Kant argues that we have a duty to perfect ourselves morally and promote the happiness of others. He also argues that we have an innate propensity to evil. Our duty to perfect ourselves suggests that we struggle with our innate propensity to wilfully deviate from doing our duty. And we do this when we struggle against the depravation of our heart, namely our propensity to reverse ‘the ethical order as regards the incentives of a free power of choice’, namely, our propensity to wilfully comply with the principle of self-love and override the moral law. It seems, however, that education does not enable those concerned to fulfil their duties. It seems, instead, that education basically makes them efficacious with regard to desired ends and with the devised means. It seems, too, that education does not necessarily make it possible for those concerned with duty to perfect themselves morally and help others to do the same, which in turn suggests that those concerned are not being enabled to make themselves ‘as conscientious as possible in [their] moral self-examination’. I argue that education ought to enable those concerned to cultivate their moral strength to do so and enable others to do the same.     

Ca（OH）2对腐植酸粉末热解气化的影响研究

采用热重分析仪对褐煤腐植酸的催化气化进行了热解实验研究。通过对不同含量催化剂的腐植酸热解TG/DTG曲线对比分析,对腐植酸的催化热解过程进行了详细探讨。分析了其热解DTA曲线、残留物的SEM显微结构。实验表明,Ca(OH)2对腐植酸热裂解特性有明显的催化效果,加Ca(OH)2的腐植酸热解TG/DTG曲线在780℃附近出现了明显的失重峰。探讨了催化剂的催化机理,认为主要是由于CaO粒子的活化位的极性对环状结构π形电子云的影响。     

“学衡派”研究综述

“学衡派”研究的兴起与化界追溯自身的“人传统”的迫切愿望紧密相连。作为“新人主义”代表的“学衡派”在中国学化史上确实占有一席之地。但仔细探求其来龙去脉却发现中国并没有一个完整的、曾经确定存在的“人传统”可言。“人主义”更多地被用于指涉传统道德等因素。
