我国竞技体育基本组织类型及其对体育公共服务的影响

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对竞技体育的基本组织类型与体育公共服务的关系进行分析,认为：竞技体育逐渐成为大众需求的社会公共文化,通过体育公共服务的平台对其进行传播和普及。竞技体育各个基本组织类型由于其自身的特点,对体育公共服务的发展拥有着独特的作用;各个基本组织类型和体育公共服务之间相互作用、相互联系,影响着体育公共服务的发展。     

Allograft rejection-related gene expression in the endothelial cells of renal transplantation recipients after cytomegalovirus infection

Objective: To explore the effects of cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection on rejection-related gene expression in the endothelial cells of renal transplantation recipients. Methods: Endothelial cells (ECs) were cultured and stimulated by a variety of factors: A, normal control group; B, inactivated human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection group; C, HCMV infection group; D, HCMV supematant infection group; and E, ganciclovir HCMV group. Expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and major histocompability complex (MHC) class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ antigens was detected by flow cytometry (FCM) and immuno-histochemistry. Results: We found characteristic CMV-infected ECs in this study. There were no significant differences among groups A, B and D (P>0.05). Although the expression levels of ICAM-1 were not significantly different between groups C and E (P>0.05), the ICAM-1 expression in these two groups was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). ICAM-1 expression was detected in groups C and E, while there was no expression in groups A, B and D. Furthermore, there was no significant difference of ICAM-1 mRNA expression between groups C and E (P>0.05). Human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-ABC expression was detected in all the groups, while HLA-DR expression was only detected in groups C and E. There were no significant dif-ferences of HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression among groups A, B and D (P>0.05). However, the HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression levels in groups C and D were higher than those of the remaining groups previously reported (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression levels in group E were lower than those of group C (P<0.05). Conclusion: CMV could up-regulate the expression levels of ICAM-1 and MHC antigens, which was closely related to allograft rejection.     

Reference Values for Some Renal Function Parameters for Adult Population in North-Rift Valley,Kenya

A population based, cross-sectional study was carried out at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in collaboration with the Regional Blood Transfusion Center, North Rift. 367 participants (211 males and 156 females) were involved in the renal function reference range establishment. Reference ranges were constructed using non-parametric methods to estimate 2.5 and 97.5 percentiles of distribution as lower and upper reference limits, respectively. Results showed significant sex and age specific reference values in some of the established renal function parameters. North Rift Kenyan population clinical chemistry reference ranges differ from the American values commonly used in Kenyan Hospitals. The renal function reference values established in this study some of which are sex and age specific can be adopted for the North Rift Kenyan population.

红花的组织培养及基因工程研究

红花是传统的药用植物,也是一种新型的油用和工业资源植物．在其组织培养过程中,试管苗的再生不仅与植株的基因型、苗龄及组织的来源、状态等有关,还受许多外界因素如盐浓度及激素的种类与配比的影响．在红花的基因工程研究过程中,农杆菌介导法较为常用．组织培养及外源基因转化技术的日趋成熟,为红花基因工程奠定了良好基础．本文对红花组织培养、DNA转化方法及其基因工程进行了较为系统的阐述．     

骨组织的张力完整性结构分析

多重右螺旋圆筒结构是张力完整性结构中与动物自然演变而成的骨形状、构造及功能相近的模型。在右螺旋圆筒张力完整性结构模型的基础上，从骨单元的力学性能出发，研究了骨单元张力完整性结构的初始预应力及其构成要素。由于骨基质构成的同一性，可以将骨组织看成由若干个n阶多重右螺旋圆筒张力完整性结构的组合；而骨基质的多样性，则决定张力完整性结构的组成单元的数量和组合方式不确定性。     

肾癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞免疫组化分析及其与肾癌愈后关系研究

目的:了解肾细胞癌(RCC)患者抗瘤免疫状况及TIL与肾癌愈后关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学PAP法和单克隆抗体对肾细胞癌原位肿瘤浸润琳巴细胞的构成与分布及活化进行研究,检测的TIL主要表面表标志包括CD_3、CD_4、CD_8、CD_(25)和HLA-DR抗原。结果:(1)RCC患者肿瘤原位TIL以·OT细胞为主(CD_3 ),其中CD_8 细胞明显高于CD_4 细胞,其CD_4 /CD_8 比值与RCC临床分期成负相关。(2)在肿瘤原位,有部分表达活化标志CD_(25)或HLA-DR抗原T细胞存在。(3)RCC患者其TIL在瘤组织中呈弥散状分布。结论 肾癌TIL反映了肾癌患者局部抗瘤免疫状况,且与分期负相关,可做为肾癌愈后的客观检测指标。     

Two-stent strategy for renal artery stenosis with bifurcation lesion

Renal artery stenosis (RAS) with a bifurcation lesion is a challenge for interventional therapy. The aim of this study is to summarize our experience in RAS with a bifurcation lesion. Five patients with RAS involving bifurcation lesion are described. In cases 1 to 3, a single-stent strategy was first adopted. However, these three patients were converted to a two-stent strategy for bailout stent implantation in the side branches. In cases 4 and 5, a simultaneous kissing stent technique was performed. Angiography showed that the reference vascular diameter of the main branch was much larger than those of the side branches. Although obvious residual stenosis existed in cases 1 to 3 after stent implantation, no obvious residual stenosis was seen in cases 4 and 5. Renal artery duplex sonography was performed in cases 1 through 5 at 6, 7, 7, 8, and 6 months, respectively, after the procedures. No evidence of restenosis or occlusion was seen. In conclusion, stent implantation with the simultaneous kissing stent technique may result in more simple and more satisfactory immediate angiographic results.

分子间多量子相干方法及其在生物组织中的应用

高分辨核磁共振（Nuclear Magnetic Resonance,NMR）波谱是一种能够在非侵入性状态下获得生物组织分子信息的有效手段.分子间多量子相干（intermolecular Multiple-Quantum Coherence,iMQC）信号源于分子间的远程偶极相互作用,仅依赖于偶极相关距离内的磁场相对均匀性,因此可用于在不均匀磁场下获得高分辨的NMR谱.文中简要介绍了iMQC的发展历程及现状,并主要讨论了iMQC方法及其在活体及生物组织中的应用.虽然iMQC目前应用在老鼠身上比较常见,但最近的研究表明iMQC方法已被用于人体小脑的研究,将来iMQC方法将有可能应用于人体的其他器官以及其他的动物研究,具有广阔的发展前景.
