摘要:Chesbrough教授提出的开放式创新为创新管理提供了一种全新的思维模式。本文基于209家中国创新型企业的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型对开放式创新的机理与作用路径进行了实证分析。研究结果表明开放式创新主要是通过获取市场信息资源和技术资源,以弥补企业内部创新资源的不足,进而提高创新绩效。机理研究揭示了开放式创新体系下各创新要素对促进创新绩效的作用,为企业在创新实践中根据自身资源的拥有状况,有选择地与外部创新要素有效联接,获取外部创新资源,更有效地实施开放式创新提供理论指导。 相似文献

以企业国际化的网络理论研究为基础,通过广州146家国际化企业的问卷调查所获数据,对我国企业外部关系网络与国际化绩效的关系进行实证研究。结果表明企业外部关系网络水平与企业国际化绩效存在显著正相关关系,但关系网络的不同维度对国际化绩效的作用呈现差异,其中关系维度的影响最为显著,其余依次为结构维度和认知维度。我国企业应构建坚实宽广的国际关系网络,建立合作伙伴间的识别机制、信任机制和互动互惠机制等途径提升企业国际关系网络各维度水平以促进企业成功国际化。 相似文献

与先前主要研究生物质资源文献不同的是,本文首先提出了“生物质资源减碳化利用”这一概念,并引入TAM理论分析框架,应用SEM模型分析方法,从微观农户视角探讨其对生物质资源减碳化利用需求及影响机理.本文证实了感知有用性、感知易用性和便利条件对农户生物质资源减碳化利用需求具有经济意义上的显著影响,其标准化路径系数分别为0.060、0.213、0.141,社会影响则通过感知易用性的中介作用而对农户生物质资源减碳化利用需求产生间接的正向影响.本文同时还发现,便利条件、感知易用性对感知有用性具有显著正向影响.这意味着,突破既有限定,发挥生物质资源减碳化利用的福利效应,需政府、农户共同努力. 相似文献

Open Government efforts are criticized for providing limited value. Instead of looking at a value, we investigate the usefulness of web-based open government portals and apps. Specifically, we investigated the relationship between digital transparency and usefulness. We analyzed perceived digital transparency and usefulness in a survey of 112 respondents using Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that perceived functionality, transparency, and efficiency influence usefulness but that functionality of apps and efficiency are more important than transparency. Usefulness can be created without having high levels of transparency, as the public wants answers to their questions. Apps should be designed for efficient use, as users have limited time and resources. Apps having pre-defined functional views can be useful to provide quick insight but might limit transparency by not offering other views and insights. Opening raw data using portals can provide higher levels of transparency, although more time and effort are needed to analyze. Both portals providing access to raw data and apps having pre-defined views are needed for open government and transparency as they serve other stakeholder groups and purposes. 相似文献

This study examined how resilience is connected to psychological distress among Korean Americans (both U.S. born and foreign-born). Specifically, we explored the mediating role of perceived racial discrimination and the association between resilience and perceived racial discrimination moderated by different levels of social support. A structural equation model (a moderated mediation model) was employed with a sample of 781 participants. The data were obtained through online surveys for variables of interest. We employed this structural equation model to examine the association between variables using the bootstrapping method. We found that the indirect association of resilience with psychological distress through perceived racial discrimination was statistically significant. We also found that the mediating association of perceived racial discrimination was moderated by the extent of social support, especially when the level of social support was low and moderate. We discovered the roles of social support and perceived racial discrimination during the COVID-19 pandemic and the link between resilience and psychological distress for Korean Americans. The findings suggested that social services and culturally sensitive/responsive resilience-focused treatments (including a mindfulness program) alleviate heightened psychological distress among Asian Americans who experienced racial discrimination during the pandemic.
