本实验对黄酮提取方法进行了研究比较,研究证明,煮沸法优于索氏提取法;所用提取剂,乙酸乙酯优于乙醇,并提出了进一步改进的设想.

介绍了中学化学计算中常用的一种简化运算形成一“十字交叉法”,并通过例证加以说明,以澄清部分老师和学生不明其理只会引用的模糊概念,弄清其来龙去脉。     

基于“海洋科学城”背景下的舟山水产品品牌构建模式的研究

基于舟山创建"海洋科学城"、大力打造水产品精品的背景下,对当地水产品品牌经营中存在的问题进行了调查与分析,从品牌创立战略、品牌扩张战略、品牌维护与发展战略的角度出发,提出了有鲜明地方特色的水产品品牌构建模式。通过研究,希望能在水产品品质、塑造知名品牌、改善地方水产品品牌管理水平上提供一定的发展思路。     

试析郭汉民教授的研讨式五步教学法

郭汉民教授的五步研讨式教学是在教师的具体指导下充分发挥学生主体作用,通过学生自我学习、自我教育、自我提高来获取知识和强化能力培养与素质提高的一种崭新的教学方法。它符合了教师主导作用和学生主体作用相统一、传授知识与发展能力相统一、知识能力教学与思想教育相统一的教学规律,又满足了大学生主动获取知识、注重掌握方法和提高职业能力的心理倾向,具有鲜明的科学性。     

Role of teacher-related factors and educational resources in science literacy: An international perspective

The study evaluated the relationship among teaching, leadership, teacher certification, student and teacher number related factors, and index of economic, social and cultural status (ESCS), and science literacy from an international comparative perspective. 2015 dataset of the Programme for International Student Assessment for Turkey, Singapore, the United States, Korea, Italy, and Brazil was used. Two-level hierarchical linear models were established for analysis. Results revealed that school ESCS was the best predictor of science literacy across six countries and additionally teacher-related factors came to the forefront of science literacy performance. The study underlined policymakers should focus primarily on policies that increase equity in education. Furthermore, the effectiveness of investments made in factors related to leadership, teacher certification, the number of students and teachers, which contribute very little to science literacy performance, need to be more questioned. Inferences about the findings were discussed in detail, and recommendations for further research were made.     

国家科技图书文献中心资源建设与服务发展分析

国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)在资源建设和服务发展方面不断取得新的进展.通过现状调研,分析总结NSTL在面向科技创新的基础文献保障服务、数字资源建设、第三方接入的支持以及基于知识库的信息揭示服务等方面取得的服务效益.NSTL在国内科技文献服务领域具有重要的保障和支撑作用,但仍存在服务深度和广度的问题.NSTL未来的发展思路包括:可持续规划国家层面的数字资源战略保障,拓展第三方文献信息服务能力,建设基于深度揭示和关联的知识组织体系,以及创新科技信息服务模式.     

Constructing explanatory models from text-based information: Why instructional tools help

Scientists frequently construct explanatory models based on information they read about scientific phenomena. Modeling is a complex task involving reasoning about what information from multiple texts, including verbal and visual representations, is task-relevant and how it relates to the model. In this study, ninth graders were randomly assigned to a text-based modeling task with or without an instructional tool designed to support selection and elaborative processing of relevant information. Participants completed prompted self-explanation protocols during the modeling task and a learning task afterward. Participants with the instructional tool demonstrated better model construction and learning. Self-explanation analyses indicated more elaborative processing of relevant information for those with the tool. Elaboration of relevant information significantly mediated the instructional tool effect, indicating that it is not the tool, but the forms of processing that it encouraged, that underlies better model construction and learning. Implications for science literacy instruction are discussed.     

自动化专业工程认证的研究与分析——以郑州大学为例

工程专业认证作为专业建设的有效手段在国内已经得到政府、高校、学生和社会的广泛认可,近年来,已有二十余所高校的自动化专业通过了工程专业认证。 文章基于国际工程专业认证标准分析郑州大学自动化专业在工程认证过程中培养目标、毕业标准、课程体系的修订和改进,强化“自动化专业导论”,调整“复变函数与积分变换”教学内容和加强实验实践教学等四个方面进行分析,从而使课程体系更加有效地支撑毕业标准的要求和培养目标的达成,为其他参与自动化专业工程认证的高校提供借鉴意义。     

联合培养：高校创新人才培养质量保障的新模式

优化人才培养模式,实现高校内涵式发展已经成为高校发展的一种共识。与国内重点高校开展联合培养是促进高校之间实现优质资源共享和互补的一种有效人才培养模式, 对西部开发具有特别重要的意义。经过多年的探索和实践,新疆财经大学与中国人民大学等支援重点高校在联合培养优秀本科生的模式和实施效果等方面积累了一定的经验。本文介绍了这两所高校在上层沟通设计、学生选拔和建立长效机制方面的做法,有利于为其他高校在开展联合培养人才方面提供借鉴和启示     

法律硕士专业学位实践基地建设的路径选择

高质量的专业实践是专业学位研究生教育质量的重要保证。当前,在法律硕士专业学位实践基地建设方面,存在着职业导向性不明、导师队伍不强、实践基地规模落后、运作成本不够等诸多问题,需要加强对法律硕士专业学位实践基地的建设路径探索,并在国家层面、高校层面和社会合作单位层面进行改革,从方向上、手段上和资金上全面支持这类专业学位实践基地的建设。
