Theoretical solution of a spherically isotropic hollow sphere for dynamic thermoelastic problems

The separation of variables method was successfully used to resolve the spherically symmetric dynamic thermoelastic problem for a spherically isotropic elastic hollow sphere. Use of the integral transform can be avoided by means of this method, which is also appropriate for an arbitrary thickness hollow sphere subjected to arbitrary thermal and mechanical loads. Numerical results are presented to show the dynamic stress responses in the uniformly heated hollow spheres.     

米糠抗氧化肽的分离纯化研究

以DEAE-52离子交换柱层析和SephadexG-25凝胶过滤柱层析纯化米糠抗氧化肽,以硅胶G薄层层析测定其纯度,氨基酸自动分析仪测定其氨基酸组成。实验结果表明:米糠抗氧化肽经DEAE-52柱层析和Sephadex G-25柱层析后基本上得到了纯化;氨基酸组成分析表明,米糠抗氧化肽由14种氨基酸组成,富含两种酸性氨基酸:Asp、Glu,并含有6种人体必需氨基酸(Val、Met、Ile、Leu、Phe、Lys),占米糠抗氧化肽氨基酸总含量的31.89%,具有较高的营养价值和保健功能。

Parental alienation,coaching and the best interests of the child: Allegations of child sexual abuse in the Family Court of Australia

BackgroundAllegations of child sexual abuse provide complex challenges to family court systems.ObjectivesDespite being highly criticised in the academic research, this analysis examined whether and how the gendered concepts of parental alienation syndrome or parental alienation more broadly are still being used to rebut allegations of child sexual abuse in family court cases in Australia. Parental Alienation is broadly understood as the deliberate actions of one parent to disrupt and prevent children’s ongoing relationships with their other parent, in this case through allegations of abuse.MethodsWe examined 357 publicly available judgements of the Family Court of Australia between 2010 and 2015. Judgements were analysed qualitatively for key themes using N-VIVO software.ResultsFive themes emerged in the data, including use of the concept of parental alienation, coaching, mothers as manipulative, mothers as mentally ill, and impact of the best interest of the child.ConclusionsResults indicate that judgements made in the Family Court of Australia are both similar and divergent from those made in other jurisdictions internationally. The complexity of responding to allegations of child sexual abuse for parents is discussed.     

别居制度在我国婚姻家庭法中的导入——浅议我国目前婚姻家庭状况

别居制度是外国亲属法中的一项重要制度,符合婚姻的本质和婚姻自由原则;我国婚姻家庭法中没有对其规定。一方面,目前我国婚姻家庭状况不容乐观,婚姻的不稳定性加剧,离婚率不断上升,迫切需要别居制度的建立;另一方面,司法审判实践中,基层法院面对纷繁复杂的离婚诉讼已探索和尝试了相关的审判方式,急需立法以别居制度的方式加以明确下来。我国婚姻法构建别居制度要考虑我国婚姻家庭的特点,又要与现行婚姻法相衔接。     

乳状液膜法处理苯胺废水的实验室研究

研究了苯胺水溶液的乳化液膜处理过程,对溶剂和表面活性剂的选择及用量、膜增强剂用量、搅拌速度、乳水比(Rew)、油内比(Roi)、外相pH值及处理时间的影响进行一系列的研究.结果表明,在适宜的操作条件下,当水中苯胺浓度为510.8 mg/L时,经过一级液膜处理,水中苯胺的含量可降到1.405 mg/L,苯胺去除率可达99%以上,达到国家二级排放标准.

传统商法仅仅是历史上欧洲这一特定地区在缺乏统一的中央集权国家,政治经济权力(利)分散于国王、封建领主、教会几大势力,封建割据长期存在这一特定环境下的独特产物,其封闭性和特殊性在纳入国家法的体系后逐渐丧失;但是学者的视野又没能拓展到民法、商法之外,这是后来民商合一与分立之争长期难成定论的历史根源与主要原因.经济法现象和思潮出现后,这一问题终于得到圆满解决:传统商法中民法不能容纳的部分正是经济法的重要内容之一,而商法从实质上已经完成了自己的历史使命,最终实现了由"民间法"向"国家法"的完全融合.在当代国家的法律体系中,"商法"这一概念仅具形式上的意义.
