万维网信息智能检索及其在语音网站中的应用

A scheme for designing a voice Website-based intelligent WWW information retrieval system is presented.It provides convenient and rapid information retrieval service for more users.Combining the advantages of full-text retrieval and intelligent retrieval,it can improve the response speed,recall ratio and pertinency ratio.Meanwhile,by using ASR,TIS and natural language processing,it can enlarge the scale of Internet users.     

信息伦理学研究中若干问题的思考

The further development of information ethics needs to solve some important ethic problems involved with disciplinary construction. These problems include the cause of the formation of information ethics; the research method,attribution and features of information ethics; the connotation and systematic structure of information ethics; the enlightenment we gain from the studies of the guiding principles of information ethics in foreign countries. The scientific analysis and exposition of these problems are helpful to the prosperity and perfection of information ethics and to the construction of social information ethics.     

基于现场总线的控制器间的数据共享

通过现场总线实现控制器之间的数据共享是工业网络中的重要课题。以Rockwell自动化公司的Controlnet和Ethernet为例,系统地介绍了控制器之间数据共享的方法。根据实际现场工业数据的性质,针对两种不同数据类型(对时间有严格要求的(Scheduled)类型数据和对时间没有严格要求的(Un-scheduled)),分别提出Producer/Consumer和MSG指令方式两种方法,在实验室实现了基于网络的不同控制器之间的数据共享实验。     

金融危机的观察:以风险与法为视角

过于关注危机监管的法律人忘记了一点,在认识论意义上,对危机的观察都预设了某种区分,区分不同,观察结论各异,因而危机应对之法也有差别。以危机／风险之区分为出发点来观察金融市场,可发现危机的不可避免性和监管的滞后性。这不仅源于危机的风险本质,还在于基于风险／安全、风险／效益和风险／文化的不同观察图式来审视金融风险,亦可能带来危机对策法上的冲突与对立,因而在治理上很难达成共识。尤值得关注的是,只有在风险／文化这一区分指引下,法律人才有可能增进在中国语境中的危机观察能力,找到契合“本土资源”的危机应对策略,而不为美国主流意识形态话语所支配。     

基于遗传算法的实验室排课系统设计与实现

由于排课问题是一个NP完全优化问题,采用遗传算法来搜索近似最优解。遗传算法是一种借鉴生物界自然选择和进化论发展起来的随机搜索算法,能够非常有效地解决NP完全的组合优化问题,并且解决了遗传算法在排课过程中的冲突问题。系统采用的是B/S网络结构,实践证明,系统运行良好。     

拼音文字为背景的外籍学生对汉字形音认知的倾向调查

本文针对拼音文字为背景的外籍学生,以问卷形式调查其汉字输出的过程中,是否表现了识记过程中的认知倾向。问卷以取得形、音作答的分布数据设计,前半部采用汉字形、音填充形式,此时受试者对施测字仅有语义或词组语境的线索;问卷后半部采问答形式,调查受试者在汉字学习时的策略使用情形。藉由以上的资料分析,本文尝试观察以拼音文字为背景的汉语学习者,其汉字输出在认记途径上表现的相异性,及汉字字音、字形与字义的联系特征。

The Saljuq Turks’ Conversion to Islam: The Crusading Sources

This article contributes to the important debate over the conversion of the Turks to Islam. Previously, it was thought that the Turks abandoned their former steppe faith and customs very swiftly to become staunch Sunni Muslims, but this view has recently been challenged by a number of studies. The current consensus seems to be that the Turks’ adoption of Islam was a process of far longer duration, spanning many decades. This article broadens this discussion by demonstrating that the chronicles written by the First Crusaders contain much useful information that is pertinent to this question. It works through these texts, showing that they can shed new light on this point.

The history of ice in medieval Arab societies is obscured behind a mosaic of a variety of references and scholarly citations. Beyond al-Qalqashandī's reference to organised ice trafficking in fourteenth-century Mamluk Egypt, we do not have conclusive evidence on the origin and use of ice as a consumer product. In this paper we trace its presence based on three genres of references: historical and literary quotations, medicine and literature pertaining to food. These references allow us to consider the extent of ice consumption in the Arab world before the ninth century, as well as the existence of an organised trade throughout the Middle Ages from that time. However, contrary to the Persian world, with its well-documented Iranian yakhchals, we still know virtually nothing about ice-houses in medieval Arab societies. We also know very little about the profession of the thallāj or ice-seller, or whether the widespread consumption of ice that originated in Spain in the sixteenth century was in fact a legacy of an earlier trade in al-Andalus.
