李延熙打破三级跳远亚洲记录技术特征分析

本文通过文献资料法、录像分析法等方法对我国著名三级跳远运动员李延熙在2009年8月柏林世锦赛和2009年11月山东西柳举行的全运会三级跳远的比赛录像资料与世界著名三级跳远运动员爱德华兹在第五届世界田径锦标赛决赛创纪录一跳的录像资料进行比较分析,分别通过比较两者三次比赛的助跑速度。三跳的腾起角、速度利用率,膝角变化、和三跳比例等技术参数,得出李延熙打破全国及亚洲记录的真正原因;同时指出与世界最高水平的差距,为李延熙今后进一步提高提供技术参考。     

浅谈青少年三级跳远运动员的基础训练

由于三级跳远技术比较复杂,对运动员的身体素质要求较高,因此对正处于身体发展阶段的青少年来讲,学习三级跳远技术就比较困难。但这一时期的青少年,对新事物接受得快,反应敏捷。本文从田径运动训练与实践角度,着重对青少年三级跳远运动员的基础训练进行研究分析,总结基础训练的手段和方法,为提高三级跳远运动员基础训练的科学化水平提供参考。     

Modelling the Triple Helix of university-industry-government relationships with game theory: Core,Shapley value and nucleolus as indicators of synergy within an innovation system

The Triple Helix of university-industry-government relationships is a three-person cooperative game with transferable utility. The core, the Shapley value and the nucleolus are suggested as indicators to measure the synergy between innovation actors. The core is the expression of actors’ interests and constraints exerted on them; it measures the extent of the synergy. The Shapley value indicates actors’ strength to lead to and create synergy; and the nucleolus determines the power of coalitions to maintain synergy. The Triple Helix games of the South Korean and the West African innovation systems are studied, based on bibliographic data collected from Web of Science over a ten-year period (2001–2010). Results show that the core of South Korea is larger than that of West Africa, meaning that synergy occurs more within the South Korean innovation system than in the West African one. University has more power to lead to and create synergy and coalitions involving government work in order to maintain synergy.     

我国大学跨界协同创新的耦合效应研究——基于SCI合作论文的互信息计量

创新已成为知识经济时代的主旋律,大学-产业-政府之间的跨界协同创新是知识创新、技术革新、技术商品化和产业化的重要路径选择。在我国大学积极开展协同创新的进程中,本研究采用三螺旋互信息算法,以我国1998-2013年间发表的SCI论文为基础,从历史发展的纵向维度,定量测度了我国大学与工业企业、政府研发机构之间跨界协同创新的耦合效应,分析诊断了其潜在的结构性问题。

在国家三网融合的进程中,通过对光纤到户工程的实施、对各运营商操作,及对现实楼内光纤综合布线施工方案进行分析,据此提出科学合理的光纤到户在城市建设综合光纤布线策略.     

国内高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质指标体系及评价标准的研究

本文通过综合运用文献资料与调研、因子分析、回归分析等方法,研究构建我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质指标体系和专项素质发展水平的评价模型,并制定相应的评价标准。研究结果:1)我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质指标体系由专项速度、专项力量和专项跳跃3个层面,助跑三级跳远、立定跳远等5个要素(评价元)构成;2)建立了我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项成绩的预测模型;3)制定了我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质的综合评价标准。为教练员确定训练重点、科学诊断运动员专项素质发展水平提供了理论参考依据。     

中外优秀女子三级跳远运动员体能特征比较研究

体能在三级跳远运动员的竞技能力构成中具有主导与核心的作用,与运动员各机体形态结构、系统器官的技能水平、物质储备、代谢水平等均有密切的关系.通过对中外优秀女子三级跳远运动员的体能结构特征进行比较研究得出:我国优秀女子三级跳远运动员的形态结构符合三级跳远运动项目的要求;优秀女子三级跳远运动员的机能特征表现为白肌纤维含量和ATP-CP含量比较高;我国优秀女子三级跳远运动员的速度能力和专项素质与专项技术的结合能力比较差.     

Triple Helix indicators of knowledge-based innovation systems: Introduction to the special issue

When two selection environments operate upon each other, mutual shaping in a co-evolution along a particular trajectory is one possible outcome. When three selection environments are involved, more complex dynamics can be expected as a result of interactions involving bi-lateral and tri-lateral relations. Three selection environments are specified in the Triple Helix model: (1) wealth generation (industry), (2) novelty production (academia), and (3) public control (government). Furthermore, this model somewhat reduces the complexity by using university-industry-government relations for the specification of the historical conditions of the non-linear dynamics. Whereas the historical analysis informs us about how institutions and institutional arrangements carry certain functions, the evolutionary analysis focuses on the functions of selection environments in terms of outputs. One can no longer expect a one-to-one correspondence between institutions and functions; a statistics is needed for the evaluation of how, for how long, and to what extent institutional arrangements enhance synergies among different selection environments. The empirical contributions to this Triple Helix issue point in the direction of “rich ecologies”: the construction of careful balances between differentiation and integration among the three functions.
