高职院校政治学科考试作弊的原因与对策探析

近年来,高职院校的政治等理论型公共基础学科考试作弊频发,已日益成为影响高职院校学风建设的一大问题。本文拟从高职院校政治考试作弊的原因、预防政治考试作弊的措施和对策等几方面内容进行分析,力求创建教风务实、学风浓郁的“零作弊”校园。     

威胁、引诱、欺骗审讯方法的理论思考

2012年《刑事诉讼法》修改虽保留了原刑诉法有关威胁、引诱、欺骗为非法方法的规定,但立法过程中的争论、冲突显示出立法机关以及理论界对于威胁、引诱、欺骗的审讯方法的合法性存在着不同看法。威胁、引诱、欺骗的审讯方法在刑事司法实践中是有一定存在的空间的,理清威胁、引诱、欺骗的取证方法与非法取证方法之间的界线,有利于解决我国法律规定之间以及法律规定与司法实践相脱节的矛盾。     

Speech Education in West German Universities

ABSTRACT

Academic dishonesty has evolved to keep pace with changes in higher education. Websites now advertise the service of taking online courses for students. This study examined one such online company. Representatives from the company were professional and delivered the advertised services. Two experienced faculty members who co-taught the course used in this study were unable to identify the cheating company. The cheating company earned an “A” for the student. This article discusses the process by which the company was initially identified as well as provides an account of the interactions with the company that resulted in the student earning an “A.”     

Understanding Student Cheating and What Educators can do About it

Abstract. This article reviews the empirical evidence on college student cheating and places it in a context that combines economic theories of benefit/cost analysis and unobservable behavior with social network analysis of how widespread rule breaking can develop in an organization. The implications are that students cheat because the benefit/cost tradeoff favors cheating; that the problem of unobservable behavior can be substantially mitigated by promoting academic integrity as the social norm; and that many factors that have contributed to the development of more and stronger relationships between college students have helped to promote cheating. The article makes ten specific recommendations for educators.     

基于实证方法下高职院校学生考试作弊预防研究

通过对高职学生考试作弊的调查,分析了影响学生考试作弊相关因素。从学生诚信道德品格培养、学生自信重塑、加强教学改革、完善考试管理、同辈群体学风建设五个方面,提出了预防和减少学生作弊的方法路径。

会计舞弊作为主观故意行为是行为人利用会计的不确定性、内部控制制度的局限性、法制的缺失、外部监督不健全等外部环境因素而实施的违法行为。环境因素的治理是防范和治理会计舞弊的重要途径。

目前国内各高校学生考试舞弊现象比较突出。研究生,作为一类新型舞弊群体备受关注。本文通过阐述高校研究生考试舞弊现状,进而从学生本人、高校以及社会三个方面出发,探究考试舞弊的主要原因并提出相应的应对策略。     

体育保险欺诈及其防范方法探讨

体育保险欺诈是保险消费者诚信缺失的一种表现形式。随着国内体育保险业的发展,体育保险欺诈也随之而来。文章在分析界定体育保险欺诈的定义、特征及类型的基础上,提出了具体的防范体育保险欺诈的三种途径:即体育保险欺诈的测量分析法、识别技术分析法和防范法。

运用理性人假设和博弈论的有关原理对考试作弊行为及其互相影响进行深入剖析，探讨作弊行为的成因与制约因素，并提出了针对性的治理建议。
