文学视野关照下的佛教植物简

佛教典籍对植物表现出极大兴趣,主要有馨香轻软的花类植物、高大华关的乔木以及神奇夸张的灵异植物。这些佛教植物以客观可感的实体承载着深奥的佛教思想和佛教文化,是佛教文化的生动阐释,同时也增强了佛教典籍的文学意味,成为佛教文化中非常重要的一部分。     

植物多倍体特征与诱导及其应用

通过查阅大量相关的文献,阐述了植物多倍体的特征;总结了大量文献中的诱导途径和方法,包括物理、生物、化学等方法;概述了多种多倍体的筛选鉴定方法。阐明了目前多倍体在生产与育种研究中的广泛应用。指出了植物多倍体诱导中存在的主要问题,并讨论了出现问题的原因。根据植物多倍体的研究现状,展望了其诱导及应用的发展前景。     

基于创新能力培养的园林专业园林植物类实践基地的建设与发展--以铜仁学院为例

对应用型背景下园林专业园林植物类实践基地的建设与发展做了较深入的研究,提出为适应应用转型需要,园林专业园林植物类实践基地的建设与发展必须基于学生创新能力的培养,创造性地建立园林植物类实训基地,从而更好地培养学生的创新意识和动手能力,为进一步探索培养园林专业应用型专门人才创造良好条件。     

巴蜀方志植物名命名理据

巴蜀方志中记载了大量的植物名称,为我们保留了丰富的资料,这些植物名的命名理据分为以下四种：特征理据、相似理据、功能理据和文化理据。     

Studies on Pongamia pinnata （L.） Pierre leaves： understanding the mechanism（s） of action in infectious diarrhea

While data are available on the effect of medicinal plants on intestinal motility and their antibacterial action, there is a paucity of information on their mode of action on various aspects of diarrheal pathogenicity, namely colonization to intestinal epithelial cells and production/action of enterotoxins. Crude decoction of dried leaves of Pongamia pinnata was evaluated for its antimicrobial （antibacterial, antigiardial and antirotaviral） effect; and its effect on production and action of enterotoxins （cholera toxin, CT; Escherichia coli labile toxin, LT; and E. coli stable toxin, ST）; and adherence of enteropathogenic E. coli and invasion of enteroinvasive E. coli and Shigellaflexneri to epithelial cells. The decoction had no antibacterial, antigiardial and antirotaviral activity, but reduced production of CT and bacterial invasion to epithelial cells. The observed results indicated that the crude decoction ofP. pinnata has selective antidiarrheal action with efficacy against cholera and enteroinvasive bacterial strains causing bloody diarrheal episodes.     

基于植物防沙工程的沙产业技术进展——以肉苁蓉种植产业为例

沙产业的内涵是在防沙治沙中有效利用沙漠资源,拓展节能绿色农业型产业空间。文章从植物防沙工程中寄生药用植物的模式出发,探讨了肉苁蓉种植产业的技术进展,重点对肉苁蓉产业发展趋势和种植技术的突破进行了简要阐述,并分析和计算了肉苁蓉种植产业的经济效益,最后对肉苁蓉种植技术的推广应用及发展前景进行了展望。
