具有饱和非线性输入的一类混沌系统自适应神经网络控制

针对一类具有饱和非线性输入的混沌系统,基于RBF神经网络的逼近能力提出一种控制方案。该方法利用自适应控制和鲁棒控制,使系统可在模型函数和外扰未知下,设计出结构简单有效的控制器,有效消除了现实中由于饱和非线性输入的存在而引起的控制器抖动的不良控制效果。仿真结果表明了所提控制方法的可行性。     

基于系统论的城乡医院帮扶机制构建理论与实践——以丽水市中心医院为例

在国家大力推进城乡医院对口支援的大背景下,对城乡医院帮扶机制的概念进行了解析,并以系统论为视角讨论了城乡医院帮扶机制的构建理论,提出了由七要素所构成的城乡医院帮扶机制整体框架,探讨了城乡医院帮扶机制的整体性、层次性和开放性等。在此基础上,应用所构建的城乡医院帮扶机制系统理论对丽水市中心医院的帮扶机制进行了案例分析,详细阐述了现有帮扶机制中的闪光点和短板。最后还为城乡医院帮扶机制的未来研究指出了方向。

20世纪50年代,爱国爱港诗人王一桃在广西从教多年,于80年代末定居香港,现已年近八旬,但他保持高度的政治敏感性和异常旺盛的创作激情,笔耕不辍,佳作迭出。近年又出版了沉甸甸的政治抒情诗集《预言和创举》。全书分为冬之卷、春之卷、夏之卷、秋之卷四大卷,别有创意,既有时序更替的本意,更有政治风云变幻的象征。诗集立意高远,气度不凡;政论和诗水乳交融,诗情格调骤然飞升;语言阳刚落地有声,韵律柔美彩色生辉。诗人纵情讴歌了中国特色社会主义如画如诗的美好前景。

Updating her 2003 article in Reference Services Review (“The Future of Reference: Get Real!” Reference Services Review 3(1), 2003, 39–42, DOI: 10.1108/00907320310460898), the author emphasizes the need to get a good sense of what one's users’ priorities are, concentrating efforts on successful tools researchers will actually use; responding to changes that have taken place in research and scholarship; devising instruction for use in actual environments, spaces, and timeframes; focusing on local user needs; and working to influence user-centered design of library online systems.

The Prevalence of Quality Management System Options in United States Academic Libraries

This article examines the different types of quality management systems and extent to which academic libraries in the United States have implemented these approaches. This discussion is based on a preliminary study that supports a larger research agenda on adaptation of ISO 9000 standards for quality assurance in technical services. Various forms of quality management systems and approaches are described, such as quality control, Total Quality Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, ISO 9000, and the Balanced Scorecard. The results of two preliminary data sets, (1) a record of the literature on these quality management systems and (2) a brief survey of technical services directors of academic libraries that are members of the Association of Research Libraries, are presented and discussed.     

Bibliographic Management Software: A Focus Group Study of the Preferences and Practices of Undergraduate Students

With the growing population of undergraduate students on our campus and an increased focus on their success, librarians at a large midwestern university were interested in the citation management styles of this university cohort. Our university library spends considerable resources each year to maintain and promote access to the robust bibliographic management tool RefWorks. A team of librarians wondered whether RefWorks might be used by undergraduate students with the same perceived enthusiasm that we have sensed in graduate students and faculty. More generally, we explored how undergraduate students were managing their citations, if and what kinds of tools they were using to ease the process of creating bibliographies, and their general workflow in incorporating citations into their academic work.     

The Service Side of Systems Librarianship

Abstract

Describes the role of a systems librarian at a small academic library. Although online catalogs and the Internet are making library accessibility more convenient, the need for library buildings and professionals has not diminished. Typical duties of a systems librarian and the effects of new technology on librarianship are discussed. Services provided to other constituencies on campus and the blurring relationship between the library and computer services are also presented.
