护理层级管理模式在血透中心管理中的应用

目的实施护士分层级管理模式,以提高血液净化中心护士的业务素质和能力。方法以分层级模式为研究对象,比较实施护士分层级的管理模式前后护理质量情况。结果护理质量指标较前有了显著提高。结论有效进行环节质控,增强了护士工作的责任心,调动了工作积极性,提升了护理质量和患者满意度。     

人体血浆中Tb(Ⅲ)物种的计算机模拟研究

建立了人体血浆多相模型,研究了人体血浆体系中Tb(Ⅲ)物种的分布.结果表明,Tb(Ⅲ)的物种形式随着Tb(Ⅲ)的量浓度的变化而变化.当Tb(Ⅲ)的量浓度低于4.000×10-8mol/L时,大部分Tb(Ⅲ)物种以可溶态存在;当Tb(Ⅲ)的量浓度高于4.000×10-8mol/L而低于1.667×10-2mol/L时,沉淀物种(TbPO4和Tb2(CO3)3)成为Tb(Ⅲ)的主要物种.可溶的Tb(Ⅲ)在量浓度低于1.0×10-4mol/L时,主要与运铁蛋白键合,分布于[Tb(Tf)]中;当Tb(Ⅲ)的量浓度高于1.0×10-4mol/L时,运铁蛋白耗尽,可溶的Tb(Ⅲ)主要分布于[Tb(HSA)],[Tb2(Tf)],[Tb(Ox)]和[Tb(Cit)]等物种中.     

Cancer in south Karnataka and its paradoxical relation to diabetes mellitus

The present work identifies a high incidence of oral cancer in south Karnataka. The primary reason for this could be due to extensive addiction to tobacco alone or tobacco and alcohol in most of these patients. The next in intensity was cancer of the breast and cervix among the cancer patients surveyed in south Karnataka. Majority of these patients had no specific addiction and the exact reason for this high incidence remains unclear. Only a small percentage of patients exhibited other types of organ related cancer. It has been reported that the incidence percentage of diabetes mellitus and cancer in India, parallel each other. However, we observed a low incidence of diabetes mellitus patients also having cancer in south Karnataka. Though the exact reason for this remains unclear an attempt has been made here to explain this phenomenon, hypothetically using information in literature, which suggests a suppression of cellular regenerative activity by sugar and sugar phosphates. Cellular regenerative activity is well known to be a prerequisite for cancer.     

Influence of aerobic treadmill exercise on blood glucose homeostasis in noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus patients

The role of treadmill exercise on blood glucose homeostasis in noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) were studied using males between age of 45 and 60 years (X-52), who were clinically and biochemically-confirmed cases of NIDDM were taken into study group. Control group comprised of 10 males between age group of 45 to 60 (X-53) years. All the subjects were assessed by physician and were investigated to confirm diabetic status. The whole study period was extended for 6 weeks. The significant decrease in postprandial blood sugar (44.4 mg% for the study group and 32.2mg% for the control group) with a significant inter group difference (P<0.05) was observed. The mean decrease in fasting blood sugar (39.4mg% for the study group and 27.4mg% for the control group), with a marginal inter group difference (P<0.05) was observed. The treadmill exercise was found to be a definite tool in addition to drug and diet in glycemic control.     

血压降比例与年龄的联系

从上海１１２４１９人血压的分析中得出，人的收缩与舒张血压降的比例总是接近黄金数，血压降偏离黄金数的程度跟年龄和性别有关。人的一生，可分为收缩与舒张血压降比例不同的的三个阶段，人到一定年龄，血压降和黄金数的偏差急性增大，延边地区３９８人血压的检测和分析，亦符合上述规律。     

英美分析教育哲学的涨落--基于分析哲学与分析教育哲学关系的探讨

20世纪50-70年代,英美教育哲学的主流是“分析教育哲学”。分析教育哲学在50年代异军突起,60年代盛极一时,70年代日渐式微。分析教育哲学与分析哲学存在“血缘”关系：分析教育哲学的特征与分析哲学在教育领域中的运用息息相关,分析教育哲学遭受诟病与分析哲学受到批评息息相关,分析教育哲学的涨落与分析哲学的兴衰势呈呼应。这种“血缘”关系是影响分析教育哲学涨落的一个重要因素。分析教育哲学之潮在教育哲学领域涌过之后,并非遗产全无。分析教育哲学或改头换面,或新瓶旧酒,对现代教育哲学产生潜移默化的影响。     

金樱子总黄酮对大鼠全血黏度和血小板聚集的影响

以金樱子为原料,用60%乙醇为提取剂提取金樱子总黄酮,设计大鼠急性血瘀模型及体外二磷酸腺苷、血小板活化因子诱导的血小板凝集实验,分别用低（0.06g/kg）、中（0.12g/kg）、高（0.24g/kg）3种不同浓度的金樱子总黄酮作受试对象,并用丹参、阿司匹林为参考,探讨金樱子总黄酮对大鼠全血黏度和血小板聚集的影响。结果表明,中、高浓度的金樱子总黄酮能明显降低大鼠全血黏度,且有一定的抑制血小板聚集作用（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,具有进一步的研究价值。     

Acute effects of a cluster-set protocol on hormonal,metabolic and performance measures in resistance-trained males

Abstract

Limited research exists on rest-pause or cluster-set (CS) protocols. Acute effects of a traditional set (TS) and CS protocols of resistance exercise on serum growth hormone (GH), cortisol (C), blood lactate (BL), countermovement vertical jump (CMVJ) and standing long jump (SLJ) were compared. Eleven resistance-trained males (22.9±2.6 year; 176.9±10.6 cm; 78.5±1.6 kg; 12.9±3.1% BF) completed one repetition maximum tests for clean pull (CP), back squat (BS) and bench press (BP). Subjects were then randomly assigned to TS or CS protocols for sessions 2 and 3, and performed CP and BS lifts followed by two circuits of three sets of three exercises. GH, C, BL, CMVJ and SLJ were measured pre-exercise (Pre), mid-exercise following completion of CS or TS protocol (Mid), immediately (IP), 15 (15P) and 30 (30P) minutes post-exercise. Repeated measures ANOVAs examined differences in GH, C, BL, CMVJ and SLJ. No differences (p>0.05) existed between protocols for GH and C. GH levels 15P were elevated (p<0.05) above 30P (15.78 + 4.66 vs. 12.10 + 4.66 µg^.L^?1). C levels 30P were elevated (p<0.05) above Pre (716.85 + 102.56 vs. 524.79 + 75.79 nmol^.L^?1). Interaction (p <0.05) existed between protocol and time for BL; mid-BL was lower for CS than TS (7.69±3.73 vs. 12.78±1.90 mmol^.L^?1). Pooled data for CMVJ and SLJ were greater (p <0.05) across the CS protocol. The less metabolically taxing CS protocol resulted in better sustainability of jump measures.     

1500m耐力训练中实施心率和血乳酸监测的研究

为了探求1500m运动员耐力训练的最优效果,采用实验法、数据统计法等研究方法,对哈尔滨市省属3所高校10名男子1500m运动员运用5级递增负荷法进行无氧阈的测试,并对心率和血乳酸等生理指标进行监控、分析和评价。实验结果显示:(1)无氧阈强度时血乳酸与心率的变化曲线高度相关,可以用心率来代替血乳酸指标指导训练,是1500m训练中控制运动强度的简便易行的有效方法;(2)高校1500m运动员耐力训练可以参照171±9.2这个范围作为男子无氧阈强度的临界心率,以3.9mmo1/L作为乳酸无氧阈的临界值。(3)在实际训练中可以采用低强度训练负荷、长时间中强度耐力训练和间歇性大强度训练等方法。     

高血压病靶器官损害与动态血压监测指标的相关性研究

目的：探讨高血压病靶器官损害（TOD）与动态血压监测的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）及平均动脉压（MBP）指标的相关性。方法：采用无创便携式动态血压监测仪对社区l24例高血压病患者进行24小时动态血压监测,根据MBP分为：I组,MBP〉I20mmHg,共108例;Ⅱ组,MBP〈120mmHg,共116例。每组再以脉压（PP）分为三个亚组：A组,PP〈60mmHg、B组,PP在60～79mmHg、C组,PP〉80mmHg。比较各组TOD发生率的差异。结果：I组的SBP、DBP、MBP均大于Ⅱ组（P〈O．05）;随SBP增加,TOD发生率逐步增加（P〈O．05）;而两组中相同亚组的TOD发生率无差异（P〉0．05）。结论：高血压病患者TOD与PP关系更为紧密。
