A novel long-chain acyl-derivative of epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate prepared and purified from green tea polyphenols

Lipophilic tea polyphenols (LTP) were prepared by catalytic esterification of green tea polyphenols (GTP) with hexadecanoyl chloride. A novel long-chain acyl-derivative of epigallocatechin-3-o-gallate (EGCG) was first isolated from purification of LTP by high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) using a solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1∶1∶1∶1, v/v). The molecular structure of the acyl-derivative, Epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate-4′-O-hexadecanate, was elucidated by means of elemental analysis, IR,¹H-NMR and MS spectra. 生普洱与熟普洱茶中原花青素含量的比较分析

对生普洱与熟普洱茶中原花青素含量进行测定,通过条件实验确定了最佳提取条件,并建立了原花青素的光谱分析方法.方法的回收率为96.7%~101%,相对标准偏差小于0.06%.生普洱茶中原花青素的含量为56.34 mg/g,熟普洱茶中未检出原花青素.     

禅文化：中日文化交流的一种载体——从中日茶道的渊源、特点谈起

禅宗文化在中日文化的交流中起着极其重要的作用。从中国的宋朝到元明时期,日本不但吸收了中国禅宗文化,并结合本土特点形成了具有日本特点的禅宗文化。日本茶道起源于中国茶道中的禅宗茶道,并加以改造创新,成为日本传统文化的重要一部分。通过对中日茶道渊源和特点的分析来考察禅文化在中日茶道交流中的影响和作用,可以为我们研究文化交流现象提供一定的新视野。     

Experiment and numerical simulation on axial compressive performance of autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry columns

To study the influence of slenderness on the axial compressive performance of autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry columns, compression experiments were conducted on 12 samples of autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry column and 4 samples of fired clay brick masonry column. The damage patterns and compressive performance were compared and analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the compressive bearing capacity decreases as slenderness increases from 3 to 18, and the compressive bearing capacity of the autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry columns is lower than that of the fired clay brick masonry columns. The formulae for the axial compressive bearing capacity of autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry columns were derived based on the experiments. The nonlinear FEA program ANSYS was adopted to simulate the behaviors of masonry columns. By comparing the simulation results and experimental results, it is shown that the simulation results agree well with the experimental ones. The rationality and applicability of the simulation results were verified.     

从南岳云雾茶中提取咖啡因的研究

咖啡因是一种可从茶叶、咖啡果中提炼出来的生物碱,具有良好的营养价值和保健价值.文章用索氏抽提法从南岳云雾茶中提取咖啡因,对提取条件进行了实验研究,得到最佳实验条件为:以95%乙醇作溶剂,用电热套加热,煮沸时间1h,该条件下从5g南岳云雾干茶叶中提取到136mg左右咖啡因,含量约为2.7%.     

明长城的“师范”和“蓝本”——台州府城墙的特色与价值研究

台州府城墙兼具军事防御和防洪双重功能。早在宋仁宗庆历六年（1046）为增加牢固程度,将城墙两侧全面用砖石包砌。戚继光在台州抗倭时创建了空心敌台。担任蓟镇总兵时,以北调的戚家军为骨干,参考台州府城墙的形制和结构,大规模修建长城城墙敌台。因而台州府城墙被誉为明长城的“师范”和“蓝本”。
