基于B/S组件的学生信息综合管理系统的研究

针对目前高校学生信息综合管理现状,本文提出基于B／S的组件技术来分析和设计学生信息综合管理系统（SIMS）,较好地解决了高校学生管理信息的分散采集、综合利用、统一管理、资源共享等问题,提高学生信息综合管理的效率。

身体活动量对老年医疗费的影响

以日本仙台鹤谷地区70岁以上国民医疗保险纳付者为调查对象,采用现场调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法进行调查.通过对医疗费的前瞻研究发现,在规定运动时间的情况下,1级身体活动量组平均每人每月所消耗的总医疗费为474美元,2级身体活动量组为517美元,3级身体活动量组为573美元,3组间随着运动强度和运动量的下降,呈现出较大的医疗费差异.提示:在规定运动时间的条件下,维持相对较高运动强度和运动量的身体活动,对预防慢性病发生和抑制医疗费增长起到一定的作用.     

成年居民体力活动与慢性病的相关回归分析

基于第三次全国群众体育现状调查的开展,获得金华市成年居民的相关数据。对影响金华市成年居民惠慢性病的相关因素进行Logistic回归分析,其中包括与体力活动相关的体育锻炼情况和日常活动两部分。发现体育锻炼情况中的是否参加体育锻炼、性别、职业、年龄、城乡、BMI值对慢性病发生的概率有显著的影响;日常活动中的是否做家务、每天步行时间、每天自驾车时间、日常工作方式对慢性病发生的概率有显著的影响。     

Effect of Certain Antibiotics Against Filarial Parasite <Emphasis Type="Italic">Brugia malayi</Emphasis> In Vitro: Possible Role of Oxidative Stress

WHO-Tropical Disease Research scheme highlighted the need for development of new anti-filarial drugs. Certain antibiotics have recently been found effective against Wolbachia, co-existing symbiotically with filarial parasites. Inflammatory response entails oxidative mechanism to educe direct anti-microbial effect. In the present study microfilariae were maintained in vitro in medium supplemented with varying concentrations of tetracycline, doxycycline (20–100 μg/ml) or ciprofloxacin (50–250 μg/ml) separately to find out any involvement of oxidative mechanism in the anti-filarial effect of these antibiotics. Loss of motility of the microfilariae was measured after 48 h and correlated with the levels of MDA, nitric oxide and protein-carbonylation. Significant loss of microfilarial motility was recorded with increasing concentration of tetracycline and doxycycline but with ciprofloxacin the effect was not marked. Agents with high antifilarial activity revealed significant association with oxidative parameters in a dose dependent manner. The result suggests that oxidative effect might be exploited to design novel antifilarial drug candidate.     

Rapid Detection of Mutation in RRDR of <Emphasis Type="Italic">rpo B</Emphasis> Gene for Rifampicin Resistance in MDR-Pulmonary Tuberculosis by DNA Sequencing

To detect the site of mutation in RRDR of rpo B gene for rifampicin resistance in MDR-TB by DNA sequencing. 50 MDR-TB patients were enrolled in our study after informed written consent. Mycobacterial DNA was extracted from sputum samples by Universal Sample Processing (USP) method and RRDR of rpo B gene was amplified by PCR using primers RP4T and RP8T and then sequenced by automated DNA sequencing. The nucleotide sequences of RRDR of rpo B gene were compared with the reference sequence. We observed three different types of mutation in the RRDR of rpo B gene. The frequency of mutation in codon 531 (TCG → TTG), 526 (CAC → TAC) and 516 (GAC → GTC) are 60, 26.6 and 6.6% respectively. Of the total cases studied, 6.6% cases, although resistant to rifampicin, did not show any mutation in the RRDR of rpo B gene. Codon 531 (TCG → TTG) is the most common site of mutation in RRDR of rpo B gene for rifampicin resistance in MDR-pulmonary tuberculosis followed by codon 526 (CAC → TAC) and codon 516 (GAC → GTC).

B2C电子商务中消费者信任的影响因素分析

信任问题是制约电子商务发展的关键因素。从在线公司本身、公司网站、消费者个体特征、电子商务环境等角度分析了B2C电子商务环境下信任的影响因素,在此基础上提出构建B2C电子商务信任的对策建议。     

基于二元语义的B2C电子商务网站评价方法

针对网站评价具有主观性、难以精确的特点,提出了一种基于二元语义信息处理的综合评价方法。首先在现有网站评价研究的基础上,确立了B2C电子商务网站评价指标体系;然后在二元语义概念基础上,给出了利用二元语义信息处理对电子商务网站评价的过程,计算出网站综合评价值,最后通过算例证明了该评价方法的有效性。
