如何培养和提升高职院校核心竞争力

高职院校为了在激烈的竞争里获得发展，不断培养和提升自己的核心竞争力，就必须形成理念，强化特色，面向市场，坚持创新，积蕴文化，捕捉机遇，这样才可以在服务社会的同时实现自我的强大与完善。     

Cross-cultural confusions amongst diverse colleagues: what teachers’ narratives reveal about intergroup communication

ABSTRACT

Teacher-led initiatives built upon relationships, moral purpose, and a commitment to act have the potential to bring about change in twenty-first century schools. In order to implement and sustain change, teachers must collaborate with diverse colleagues and members of the school community. Intergroup communication across cultural and linguistic divides, though not impossible, is challenging as the data from this study shows. The purpose of the qualitative study was to explore factors that influenced teachers’ thinking, behavior, and interactions as they designed and implemented a dual language education program for English Language Learners. Narrative inquiry though a heuristic lens allowed for the gathering of stories that illustrate the lived realities of the participants. Teachers’ narratives reveal emergent themes regarding cross-cultural confusions amongst colleagues, warranting further study of intergroup communication in schools.

聚焦学科核心素养,彰显教材育人价值——普通高中生物学教材修订的总体思路

教材践行社会主义核心价值观,注意渗透中华优秀传统文化,落实建设“美丽中国”“健康中国”的要求。教材全面落实课程标准要求,聚焦生物学重要概念,发展生物学学科核心素养,并促进学生的全面发展。教材的组织方式和呈现形式都力求符合学生的认知规律和学习心理,因此易教利学。     

新形势下,有关高职教育的理论思考

本文立足于技术空前发展、经济全球化的新形势，探讨了技术型人才的重要性、知识能力结构以及职业教育能力观、课程内容等一系列重要的理论问题，并对我国高职教育的发展趋向进行了预测和展望。     

基础教育信息化发展调查研究 ——基于江西省W县的调查

基础教育信息化优质均衡发展是实现基础教育公平的重要力量。研究以中小学教师、校长、初三学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法深入调研和分析江西省W县基础教育信息化发展。本研究先构建了中小学教师信息技术应用能力模型、校长信息化领导力模型、学生信息素养模型,然后运用验证性因子分析模型效果,通过描述统计、差异分析其应用水平,找到县域基础教育信息化发展存在的问题。基于实证分析,本研究提出五点政策建议:加强顶层设计,擘画县域基础教育信息化优质均衡发展蓝图;深化县域基础教育信息化应用,提升教育教学质量;通过集群发展提升教师信息技术应用能力;以数据驱动为核心,通过人工智能等技术推动县域基础教育信息化优质均衡发展,以期为教育信息化2.0时代提升县域基础教育信息化发展提供参考。     

基于素质提升的创新创业教育课程体系研究

课程体系建设是创新创业教育的基础。文章基于创新创业素质提升视角,提出创新创业素质的核心要素,构建素质模型;基于素质提升路径,分析创新创业教育课程体系的构成,构建了理论课程内容体系。     

订单式职业教育课程开发和胜任能力模型构建的比较研究

分析了订单式职业教育办学模式的产生背景,比较了企业人力资源开发过程中的胜任能力模型的构建过程和职业教育课程的开发流程,提出了该办学模式的核心问题是课程开发,并对订单式职业教育的课程观等重要问题进行了讨论。     

Spanish parents’ perception of family media literacy / Percepción de padres y madres españoles acerca de la alfabetización audiovisual familiar

The family is the main network of relationships in which the values and norms for living in society are transmitted. In a society where the presence of the media is prominent, media literacy in the family is more important than ever. For this reason, this study aims to analyse Spanish families’ perception of all aspects related to their knowledge about the media, their use of the media, their critical and expressive capacity and their perception of the weaknesses and risks of the media. To do so, we have analysed data from nine Spanish regions through focus groups (FG) with the participation of parents representing different kinds of families. The evidence collected highlights the need for media training for all family members so they can actively, critically and creatively take advantage of the potential afforded by the technologies and media in education for active, participatory citizenship.
