多重逻辑下新校园建设项目立项决策分析--以国家S科研机构研究生院新校园建设为例

以国家S科研机构研究生院新校园建设项目为案例,运用多重制度逻辑理论分析项目的立项决策过程,发现围绕立项决策的四个主体--国家、地方政府、投资企业、科研机构各有其不同的行动逻辑,项目立项的最终决策并不是最理想的方案,而是在“科学性”与“可行性”兼顾的条件下各方利益群体冲突与妥协的结果.     

Real-time temperature control for high arch dam based on decision support system

It is important and difficult to control the temperature of mass concrete structure during high arch dam construction.A new method with decision support system is presented for temperature control and crack prevention.It is a database system with functions of data storage,information inquiry,data analysis,early warning and resource sharing.Monitoring information during construction can be digitized via this system,and the intelligent analysis and dynamic control of concrete temperature can be conducted.This method has been applied in the construction of the Dagangshan Arch Dam in China and has proven to be very convenient.Based on the decision support of this system and the dynamic adjustment of construction measures,the concrete temperature of this project is well-controlled.     

A data quality approach to the identification of discrimination risk in automated decision making systems

Automated decision-making (ADM) systems may affect multiple aspects of our lives. In particular, they can result in systematic discrimination of specific population groups, in violation of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. One of the potential causes of discriminative behavior, i.e., unfairness, lies in the quality of the data used to train such ADM systems.Using a data quality measurement approach combined with risk management, both defined in ISO standards, we focus on balance characteristics and we aim to understand how balance indexes (Gini, Simpson, Shannon, Imbalance Ratio) identify discrimination risk in six large datasets containing the classification output of ADM systems.The best result is achieved using the Imbalance Ratio index. Gini and Shannon indexes tend to assume high values and for this reason they have modest results in both aspects: further experimentation with different thresholds is needed.In terms of policies, the risk-based approach is a core element of the EU approach to regulate algorithmic systems: in this context, balance measures can be easily assumed as risk indicators of propagation – or even amplification – of bias in the input data of ADM systems.     

大学新生工作：美国实践与本土设计

中美两国大学都比较重视一年级新生工作,有许多相同或相近的做法,但美国大学在体制机制、工作内容、时间分配等方面有许多值得借鉴之处。我国大学新生工作应确立职业规划、人际交往、能力提升和财政支持等四大目标;以开学为界,区分“向前延伸”和“向后拓展”两个阶段;构建适应与规划、交流与协作、学习能力与转学、财政支持等四大模块;采取直接评价和间接评价两种方法来考察大学新生工作的效果。     

An EFL Teacher Education Program Proposal

A 3-month teacher education program is proposed to enable teachers to teach more effectively and develop constantly by familiarizing them with social demand,informing them of modern language learning and teaching theories and training their ability in pedagogical reasoning and decision making.The knowledge base,rationale and overall implementation of the whole program are elaborated respectively.     

上行社会比较对大学生择业效能感影响的实证研究——以新疆兵团两所高校为例

结合大学生自身特征,构建了上行社会比较与学生择业效能感关系研究模型。通过问卷调查,分析了上行社会比较与大学生择业效能感的直接关系程度。结果显示,上行社会比较对大学生择业效能感存在直接影响,个体属性对上行社会比较与学生择业效能感之间的关系存在显著的调节效应。     

社会安全事件演进与应急管理研究综述

对社会安全事件演进过程研究进行分类总结和评析,发现社会安全事件演化过程受众多因素的影响,下一步研究重点在于分析这些因素之间如何相互关联、互相影响。对社会安全事件应急决策理论模型进行梳理,发现社会安全事件过程的多阶段性及各个阶段关联关系是建立决策模型的基础,渐进式决策的系统模型是未来一个重要的研究目标。     

网络语境下媒体生活资讯的传播责任论

网络为公众提供了几乎不受时空限制的资讯服务,极大地影响和改变着大众生活习惯和方式,网络生活资讯传播影响着公众生活的决策选择。因此,媒体必须要具有服务公众、强化生活资讯传播的责任担当,将生活资讯传播作为媒体信息传播的重要组成部分,不断强化网络环境下生活资讯传播的话语权,在第一时间实施有效的生活资讯传播。     

善治视阈下地方政府决策程序的法治化研究

通过分析地方政府决策程序法治化的意义及地方政府决策程序存在的问题,提出了从立法、合法性审查和制度保障等方面实现地方政府决策程序法治化的具体措施,以期对我国地方政府决策机制的完善有所裨益。     

决策树挖掘技术在手术诊断上的实现

在ID3算法基础上提出了基于卡方测试的前剪枝算法,并在Jbuilder2006系统下构建了一个基于决策树挖掘技术的可视化决策系统。该研究基于B/S架构的系统,通过浏览器自动将服务器上的Applet下载到客户端来访问系统,实现了医疗系统的手术诊断数据表的数据挖掘,所得到的实验结果与专家诊断结果基本吻合,取得了较好的实际应用效果。
