复习教学是教学过程中重要的环节,针对目前初中语文复习教学中普遍存在低效现象提出:首先要确立新的教学观念,其次要有科学理论做根据,最后要结合具体实际情况,采取最科学有效的方法。     

论我国刑事庭前审查程序的欠缺及改造

庭前审查程序是刑事诉讼的一个重要组成部分,对于刑事审判活动的顺利进行以及刑事诉讼和谐、公正、效率价值的实现具有重要意义。我国现行刑事庭前审查程序中存在四大方面主要缺陷。在现阶段的大环境可以允许的范围内对目前我国的刑事庭前审查程序进行若干改造,可以对我国刑事庭前审查程序再修正有所裨益。     

合同效力体系重构

原则上，合同成立即应发生一定的形式拘束力，除非法律规定或者当事人约定阻却事由。对合同形式拘束力的限制包括外在限制和内在限制。通常情况下，合同产生形式拘束力的同时也产生实质拘束力．除非法律规定或者当事人约定延缓事由。合同实质拘束力延缓的情况包括法律规定须批准或登记的合同及附生效条件、生效期限的合同。     

A surprising discovery: five pedagogical skills outdoor and experiential educators might offer more mainstream educators in this time of change

This article draws from the experience of outdoor and experiential educators working in the context of a radical, long-term formal public education research project. One of the accidental findings from the research is that experienced outdoor educators may have particular pedagogical skills, likely honed by the contexts in which they work, that can be of use to mainstream educators trying to expand their pedagogical repertoire, teach outdoors or be more environmentally focused in their practices. The article begins by contextualising the Maple Ridge Environmental School Project, describing the researchers and methods and explaining how the research team came to their insights. A discussion follows of five pedagogical skills identified by the researchers that outdoor and experiential educators may possess which might be offered more clearly to classroom teachers and formal teacher training processes and/or be more clearly enunciated for those involved in formal and informal outdoor and experiential training contexts.     

Attitudes of special education teachers towards using technology in inclusive classrooms: a mixed‐methods study

The purpose of this mixed‐methods study was to explore special education teachers’ attitudes towards using technology in inclusive classrooms in Oman. The sample consisted of 428 special education teachers working in Omani public schools (250 teachers of students with learning disabilities (LD), 90 teachers of students with intellectual disability and 88 teachers of students with hearing impairment). Participants responded to the attitudes towards computers questionnaire. For the qualitative section of this study, three semi‐structured group interviews were conducted with a group of special education teachers: 15 teachers of students with hearing impairment, 15 teachers of students with intellectual disabilities and 15 teachers of students with LD). Also, the teachers responded to a survey of educational technology which encompassed seven questions about computer technology. Results of the study indicated that the special education teachers’ attitudes towards using computers were generally positive. The most notable positive attitudes were in the following subscales: special education considerations, staff development considerations, computers use in society, and computers and quality of instruction issues. The analysis of variance results showed that experience and type of disability did not have a significant effect on teachers’ attitudes towards technology.
