Transformation and job creation in the cultural and creative industries in South Africa

The cultural and creative industries (CCIs) have been hailed as offering great potential to create jobs and to be socially inclusive. Since artistic success is defined by individual talent, or merit, the CCIs should be one sector that is especially open to, and appreciative of, social diversity in terms of race, class, cultural group and gender. However, as expected, recent studies in both the UK and the US have revealed that employment in the CCIs is heavily dominated by the middle classes, and is not as diverse in terms of other characteristics. Since the advent of democracy in South Africa in 1994, transformation of firm ownership, previously dominated by white people, to include more black, coloured and Indian/Asian-origin South Africans, has been an important part of achieving greater economic equality and social cohesion, as well as being more representative of the cultures of the majority of the population. Using data from a survey of 2400 CCIs firms in South Africa, this paper examines the extent to which the CCIs in South Africa have transformed in terms of ownership and employment. Results show some diversity in the industry, but significant differences between the Domains. Statistical analysis demonstrates that CCI funding policy in South Africa is sensitive to advancing the transformation agenda in that more transformed firms were shown to be more likely to have received some form of government grant as part of their income.

Changes in school mathematics knowledge in Greece: a Bernsteinian analysis

The purpose of this paper is to critically examine the changes that took place in school mathematics knowledge for pupils aged six and seven (first grade of Greek elementary school) and its pedagogical approach, which took shape following the reforms of the mathematics curricula in 1982 and 2003. Our analysis is based on Bernstein’s theoretical framework on pedagogic discourse and Dowling’s theoretical framework on textual domains. The results showed that there are differences between the 1982 and 2003 reforms, in terms both of the content of mathematics knowledge, as well as of the forms of pedagogic interaction between the teacher and the pupil.

采用前沿信息可视化工具VOSviewer对2010年知网中收录的档案学CSSCI来源期刊文献进行分析,以可视化图谱的方式展现中国档案学研究热点主题及其交叉联系,发现国内档案学研究热点主要集中在电子文件、档案学、档案法、档案馆、档案信息资源与档案网站、数字档案馆、档案安全等方面。     

中国极地研究知识图谱

利用前沿信息计量工具对维普数据库中《极地研究》13年载文进行分析,以可视化知识图谱的方式展示我国极地研究领域的研究热点与发文网络等。通过研究发现我国研究热点主要集中在南极、北极以及海冰等方面,同时极地研究领域学者间合作广泛。     

国内外智慧图书馆研究热点及发展趋势探究

[目的/意义] 研究国内外智慧图书馆的知识脉络和未来发展趋势,旨在为我国智慧图书馆发展研究提供参考。[方法/过程] 以CSSCI和Web of Science数据库中有关智慧图书馆研究的文献为数据来源,运用文献内容分析法和知识图谱可视化方法,通过研究国内外智慧图书馆的发展路径、核心作者、关键词共现网络,对关键词聚类知识图谱进行分析,梳理智慧图书馆的知识脉络、研究热点和未来研究趋势。［结果/结论］研究发现,智慧图书馆的研究热点集中在云计算、人工智能技术在图书馆的应用、智慧服务策略探索以及在智慧图书馆的具体实践。未来的研究将围绕技术的融合、智慧服务效能提升、以及智慧图书馆的具体实践3个层面展开。     

“五育融合”的时代价值及其教学实现

“五育融合”是德智体美劳“五育”在教育教学中的整体生成,是“五育并举”政策推动下的理论提升。对学生层面育人价值、学科层面教学价值以及社会层面发展价值的追求,构建起了“五育融合”的时代价值体系。促进“五育融合”的价值在教学中实现,需要从目标、内容、主体、环境四个方面推动由观念到行为的整体转变。它具体包括从国家、地方、学校三方着力,树立起正确的五育融通式教学基本理念;把握五育融通式课程结构体系的价值定位与侧重点,形成纵横交错的立体多维结构;发展好学校管理者、教师和学生等多元主体的融合育人能力;注重学校能力建设、搭建五育融合效果评价体系和采用五育融通式教学实践策略,营造出良好的五育融通式教学生态环境。     

听力障碍者职业教育研究热点及发展趋势

为了解我国听力障碍者职业教育领域的研究热点,把握发展趋势,笔者使用BICOMB 2软件和SPSS 25软件对来自CNKI的120篇有关听力障碍者职业教育的有效文献进行了计量可视化分析,绘制出了国内听力障碍者职业教育研究热点知识图谱。研究表明,我国听力障碍者职业教育研究主要集中在听力障碍在校生的职业教育、高等职业教育、中等职业教育、就业、课程设置、校本课程等方面,并形成了以课程研究为主,美术教育研究和职业技能培养研究次之的热点领域。研究热点领域呈现出三大发展趋势:日益重视听力障碍者职业教育课程改革与设置;日渐注重听障生职业教育综合素质培养;职业教育学校日益重视听障毕业生就业问题。     

基于KCI数据的韩国图书情报学科研究热点和前沿分析

采用CiteSpace可视化工具展开研究,对KCI中收录的韩国图书馆学情报学期刊论文的研究热点进行深入分析,揭示研究前沿及其演化。结果表明,韩国图情学科研究的重心是各类图书馆,研究热点主要包括信息素养、知识管理、图书馆服务、图书馆职业队伍和档案等。此外,结合研究前沿的内容分析,提出我国图情学科发展的五点建议:重视研究成果的营销推广、加强情报共享融合、加强校企联合、关注社会职能、重视学科边界等。
