Study of Cellular Experiment of Electric Pulse Imposed on Cancer Cell

The objective of the study is the cytocidal and inhibitory effect of energy-controllable pulse on ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3.Ovarian cancer cell suspension were treated by electric pulse with different parameters,.The inhibitory rate(IR) was assayed by modified colorimetric MTT methods,the growth curves of two test groups and one control group were also measured.and the ultrasturctureal changes were observed under electron microscopy(EM) and scan electron microscopy (SEM),It was found that the treated SKOV3 cell proliferated more slowly.IR was increased with the enhancement of pulse paramters,The ultrastructural study showed that morphological changes occured obviously.Swollen mitochondria,fracutured ridges,cytoplasmic vacuoles and membrane holes appeard in most of the processed cells,and a part of bilayer membrane was ruptured.It is indicated that irreversible electric breakdown occurred in some of the treated cells,and the electric pulse could kill cancer cell and inhibit its recovery and growth.     

采油微生物对原油清防蜡机理及矿场应用

稀土联吡啶配合物对黑曲霉活性的影响

实验采用平皿培养法和抑菌圈法测定了稀土三元配合物RE(2-Cl-4-FBA)3bipy(RE=Nd、Sm、Ho、Eu)以及配体2-氯-4-氟苯甲酸(2-Cl-4-FHBA)、2,2‘-联吡啶(bipy)对黑曲霉生物活性的影响.通过比较抑菌圈直径的大小,发现合成的四种配合物对黑曲霉生长都存在选择性抑制,其中Sm的三元配合物抑制作用最明显;在相同条件下继续培养,每两周测量抑菌圈直径,其结果表明配合物的抑菌效果稳定持久.初步推测可将这种稀土配合物应用于那些具备适宜黑曲霉生长和繁殖条件的工业器械的灭菌.

In vivo inhibition and recovery of brain acetylcholinesterase in topmouth gudgeon (Pseudorasobora parva) following exposure to fenitrothion

Freshwater fish, topmouth gudgeon (Pseudorasobora parva), were pretreated with piperronyl butoxide (PBO) or triphenyl phosphate (TPP) and then exposed to different concentrations of fenitrothion (FNT) in a static system. Evaluation of brain acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity after 24, 48 and 96 h pesticide exposure indicated that AchE activity decreased as the concentration increased. Fish pretreated with TPP exhibited significantly decreased AchE activity whilst in the PBO pretreated group, increased activity was observed as compared with those exposed to FNT alone. The pattern of AchE recovery was also assessed in fish previously exposed for 96h and then transferred to clean (chemical free) water. Following 8 days of recovery period, the AchE activity of those exposed to FNT alone and pretreated with TPP was still lower than that of the control. This study showed that FNT may cause hazard to fish after field application.     

Systematic review of the acute and chronic effects of high-intensity interval training on executive function across the lifespan

ABSTRACT

Research regarding the effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on executive function has grown exponentially in recent years. However, there has been no comprehensive review of the current state of literature. Therefore, the aim of this systematic review is to summarize previous research regarding the acute and chronic effects of HIIT on executive function across the lifespan and highlight future research directions. The results indicated that acute bouts of HIIT has a positive effect on inhibition in children/adolescents and adults, and further that chronic HIIT benefits inhibition and working memory in children. More research employing chronic interventions, focusing on middle-aged and older adults, and examining the effects on the working memory and cognitive flexibility domains of executive function are needed. Future research should also focus on a) the use of stronger research designs, b) the effects of HIIT dosage/modality, c) consideration of individual differences, d) possible underlying mechanisms, and e) examining the feasibility of translating HIIT to real-word settings.     

数学学优生与学困生两种抑制能力的比较研究

以小学五年级学生为被试,选取数学学优生30名,数学学困生32名,通过设计不同条件的负启动实验,对两组被试的分心抑制能力和记忆提取抑制能力进行了比较。结果表明：（1）数学学困生在特性抑制和记忆提取抑制上显著差于学优生;（2）与学困生相比,数学学优生对存在于知觉水平的干扰物反应更快。     

语言理解中的抑制机制研究

抑制是一种对无关信息进行阻止和压抑的认知加工过程,是语言理解中不可缺少的认知机制。抑制现象发生在词汇、篇章和修辞性语言等多个层面,它影响语言的理解过程。该文通过对抑制机制的认知阐释和作用分析,指出在语言教学中必须正确认识抑制机制,学生的培养和抑制能力,无疑将极大地促进学生的理解能力和学习效率。     

注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的抑制控制与转换

目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的抑制控制和转换功能.方法:采用图形选择测验、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、昼夜Stroop测验和字色Stroop测验,以23例ADHD儿童和22例普通对照儿童为研究对象,对其抑制控制能力、转换能力进行测试比较.结果:1.ADHD儿童完成图形选择测验转换任务时间较普通对照组儿童明显延长,犯错误数明显增多;2.ADHD儿童完成威斯康星卡片分类测验的错误应答数、持续性错误数明显比普通儿童多,差异极其显著;3.两组儿童完成昼夜Stroop测验时冲突任务平均时上有显著性差异,ADHD儿童的反应时多于普通儿童;4.ADHD儿童完成字色Stroop测验的干扰任务反应时较普通对照组儿童显著延长.结论:ADHD儿童的抑制控制能力和转换能力显著低于普通儿童.     

三丁基锡对黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）的致死效应与生殖阻碍

[目的]研究三丁基锡（Tributyltin,TBT）化合物对黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）的致死效应和生殖阻碍作用。[方法]先进行TBT对黑腹果蝇的半致死剂量测定．再利用初次产卵时间、产卵数量和孵化率指标衡量TBT的生殖阻碍作用。[结果]TBT对野生型黑腹果蝇的24h、48h、72h和96hLc50分别是441μM、270μM、220μM和191μM。随着TBT浓度的升高。野生型、残翅型和白眼型果蝇的初次产卵时间均呈现推延现象,并且产卵数量和孵化率也呈现递减趋势。[结论]黑腹果蝇对TBT具有高耐受力。TBT具有显著的生殖阻碍作用,必须禁止TBT的使用以降低生态危害。
