信息时代教师专业知能发展及评价研究

在教育信息化的境域中,教师专业知能的发展与评价可依据发展性评价理念,以图谱评量系统为平台,绘制个人专业发展路线图,并以此为蓝本在行动学习中实现教师专业发展与知能评价的整合。     

在线反思性交互的评估

交互是在线学习的关键要素，同(异)步交互工具可拓展教学交互的深度与广度，而科学、有效的评估能促进交互。本在比较多种异步交互评估方法后，以建构主义学习理论为基础，引用Simmons的反思性思维评价量规，详尽地描述了反思性交互的激励式评估在案例中的实施过程。     

师范院校英语专业英语能力培养的多维互动模式探讨

本文针对我国师范院校英语专业英语教学现存的一些问题进行反思,在充分认识到传统英语教学法及交际法利弊的基础上,主张采用多维互动的培养模式.该模式具体体现在：英语课堂内外的相互促进,教师和学生之间的相互推动,知识和能力的相互带动,内容与方法的相互牵动,以及以多维的方法对学生进行培养,使之产生多种互动模式,从而培养和提高学生的跨文化交际能力.     

模糊数学在实验教学质量评价中的应用

叙述了模糊综合评价法在实验教学质量评价中的应用，指出采用M(∧，∨)模糊算子计算合成值时的不合理性，提出采用分层的二级模糊综合评价的思想。     

浅论早期干预措施在英语教学中的应用

为了提高有学习障碍的学生的英语成绩，教师需要对学生的学习过程进行适当的干预，以防止学生英语学习失败或学习过度吃力。本文将讨论一些早期干预措施，以发掘学生的学习潜力，提高学生的英语学习成绩。     

“Excellent Library”—A Holistic Quality Model and Certificate for Libraries: Concept and Experiences from Germany

In Germany, more than 15 libraries are operating successfully with the quality model Excellent Library. They are part of a research project at Stuttgart Media University where the quality model and certificate have been developed since 2008. The article reflects the experiences of the project: A short introduction to the German library system and quality projects in German libraries will be followed by an overview over the model and certificate. Furthermore, the challenging process of becoming an Excellent Library and related effects will be described.     

Assessing Use and User Needs for Content Management Systems in the Canadian Federal Public Sector

Canadian public sector organizations require users to make use of content management systems. Symptoms of low adoption include misuse and inefficient workarounds. This research project, through the use of a survey, investigates perspectives of end users in the Canadian public sector; it focuses on assessing users' needs and incorporating their feedback. A goal for this research was to explore and interpret the challenges related to needs assessment in content management projects.     

Video tutorials revisited: The relationship between their use and library assessment quiz scores

There is considerable literature evaluating video tutorials. By the first decade of the twenty-first century, research established that online video tutorials performed as well as traditional face-to-face instruction. However, there is little evidence that students actually viewed the tutorials. This study compares postinstruction assessment quiz scores from one class over four semesters with usage statistics for five video tutorials during the same time frame. The data indicate that students do view the tutorials. However, the results also show that usage statistics, together with quiz scores, declined as students progressed through the five tutorials. Additionally, the study determined that there was no positive correlation between the number of viewings and postviewing assessment scores.     

贵州省榕江县宰荡村侗汉双语教学实验项目再考察

2000年由世界少数民族语文研究院和贵州大学西南少数民族语言文化研究所共同合作。一个为期9年的侗汉双语教育实验项目在贵州省一个名叫宰荡的侗族村寨举办。项目推行至今已有5年。一年前。笔者对项目进行考察，考察结果认为。双语教学成果较好，它在保护侗族传统文化方面是一种有效形式。如今，又一年过去，双语教学进展如何。桐、汉双语教学接轨成效怎样，项目是否继续发挥其保护传统文化功能。带着这些问题，笔者再次前往宰荡进行考察，本文即为此行的考察报告。
