我国法学教育培养目标的重新定位——统一司法考试引发的思考

从今年开始，我国已正式进行统一司法考试。统一司法考试不仅有利于司法机关选拔精英法律人才，而且将成为检验法学教育的标尺。鉴于传统法学教育的培养目标和培养模式已不能适应法制发展的需要，因此，重新定位我国法学教育的培养目标，就显得尤为迫切。     

The use of touch devices for enhancing academic achievement: A meta‐analysis

Touch devices such as tablets and smartphones are widely adopted in educational settings and have many desirable features. However, research supporting the use of touch devices to improve academic achievement is emergent and has not been evaluated through a meta‐analysis. We conducted a meta‐analysis of 65 group and single case design research studies, published 2010–2018, to evaluate the effects of touch device implementation on academic achievement. The overall mean effect sizes were moderate for group design and single case design studies. Participant, intervention, and study attributes were also evaluated to describe the research and how these attributes may moderate the results. Overall, results suggest that touch devices may be an effective tool for enhancing academic achievement. The need to conduct additional, rigorous research on the use of touch devices as well as implications for researchers and practitioners are discussed.     

Epilepsy in Children with ASD: An Overview of Evaluation Procedures,Child Characteristics and Treatment Options

The rates of epilepsy among children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are higher than that of the general population. The exact prevalence and aetiology of the comorbidity of autism and epilepsy are not well understood; however, the connection is well-documented. This common comorbidity makes the treatment of epilepsy increasingly complex for children with ASD. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the relevant literature for individuals with epilepsy with a particular focus on individuals with both ASD and epilepsy according to the following framework: (a) evaluation procedures, (b) child characteristics and outcomes and (c) treatment options. Thirty articles met specific inclusion criteria. Several treatment options for epilepsy in children with ASD were uncovered, including medications, vagus nerve stimulation and surgery. Still, more research is needed to identify comprehensive treatments that have been empirically proven to be successful for children with ASD.     

谈唐代对官吏赃罪的惩治

唐代在总结前代立法的基础之上，对官吏赃罪的认识进一步深化，唐律对官吏赃罪的认定和惩罚规定得颇为周密与具体。但是唐代各个时期的执法力度是不平衡的，司法实践中惩治赃官的收效亦有较大的差异，这与统治者的立法思想和执法行为均有直接关系。封建法律严惩贪官污吏，对于保障社会经济的顺利发展与维持安定的政治局面，是非常重要的。     

美国中小学教师干预校园欺凌计划的分析与启示

教师是预防和干预校园欺凌工作的关键力量,研究其参与和干预校园欺凌治理具有重要意义。美国中小学教师干预校园欺凌计划研究结果发现"感知欺凌情境严重性"、"自我效能"、"同理心"是教师干预校园欺凌情境的三个显著因素,而大多数组织特征变量并未产生明显作用。该计划为防治和降低校园欺凌事件提供了可供借鉴的策略,即发挥教师旁观者正向作用,阻断欺凌情境的产生。     

Using an Ecological Framework for Understanding and Treating Externalizing Behavior in Early Childhood

This paper will review the literature on the rate, stability, and outcomes associated with externalizing behavior problems prior to kindergarten entry. Bronfenbrenners (The ecology of human development. Cambridge, MA: Harvard University Press) ecological framework will be used to present the factors related to the onset and persistence of externalizing behavior problems in young children. Behavior problems prior to school entry are somewhat developmentally appropriate and most can be resolved within the classroom or child care setting. Intervention for children with moderate to severe behavior problems in early childhood is crucial because behavior problems are likely to persist into elementary school leading to a variety of social and academic concerns. Steps will be presented to help teachers determine whether or not a referral to a specialist is needed and locate an appropriate specialist.

对比2007年《诉讼费用交纳办法》与1989年《人民法院诉讼收费办法》,指出了新《诉讼费用交纳办法》如何降低诉讼收费从而为普通公民更容易接近司法正义。概述宪政的含义,分析诉讼费用的降低与宪政之间的关系。

音乐治疗对自闭症儿童情绪障碍的干预研究

自闭症儿童的康复训练手段中,音乐治疗是目前的常用手段之一。课题组在对一例有情绪行为障碍的自闭症儿童干预过程中,应用音乐治疗方法开展阶段性干预,取得了一定的效果,同时也对治疗内容设计及计划做了思考和探讨。
