目的:探讨悬吊下进阶式闭链运动训练法对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者平衡能力的影响。方法:选取40例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组(n=10)和实验组(n=30);40例患者均接受常规物理治疗和药物治疗,实验组患者增加悬吊运动训练,如股四头肌和腘绳肌肌力训练、关节活动度训练、本体感觉训练等。治疗4周后,对两组患者膝关节健、患侧平衡能力进行了对比研究。结果:对照组健侧稳定指数中前、后轴、A2-A6轴的稳定指数有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组健侧各项稳定指数均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对照组患侧稳定指数中前、后轴的稳定指数具有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患侧的各项稳定指数显示均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊下进阶式闭链运动疗法能够明显改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的平衡能力,可以提高患者对关节位置的控制及运动感觉能力。  相似文献

依据应激理论、消极训练应激反应模型理论,采用心理健康测查表(PHI)、运动员运动疲劳问卷、社会支持评定量表以及领悟社会支持量表对163名一级以上优秀运动员进行调查,运用SPSS10.0软件进行可靠性分析、皮尔逊相关分析和多元线性逐步回归分析(stepwise法)。结果显示:优秀运动员心理健康水平与运动疲劳程度密切相关,且多数因子之间相关系数达到了显著性水平,运动疲劳中的体力(情绪)耗竭是优秀运动员心理健康水平的重要预测因子;年龄、运动等级、经济条件、领悟家庭支持和心理健康是优秀运动员运动疲劳的重要预测因子;社会支持是训练应激过程中重要的外部"缓冲器",其中领悟家庭支持和主观支持起主要的调节作用。  相似文献

A patented kinetic uricase method was evaluated for serum uric acid assay. Initial absorbance of the reaction mixture before uricase action (A0) was obtained by correcting the absorbance at 293 nm measured before the addition of uricase solution, and background absorbance (Ab) was predicted by an integrated method. Uric acid concentration in reaction solution was calculated from AA, the difference between A0 and Ab, using the absorptivity preset for uric acid. This kinetic uricase method exhibited CV〈4.3% and recovery of 100%. Lipids, bilirubin, hemoglobin, ascorbic acid, reduced glutathione and xanthine 〈0.32 mmol/L in serum had no significant effects. △A linearly responded to 1.2 to 37.5 μmol/L uric acid in reaction solution containing 15 μl serum. The slope of linear response was consistent with the absorptivity preset for uric acid while the intercept was consistent with that for serum alone. Uric acid concentrations in clinic sera by different uricase methods positively correlated to each other. By Bland-Altman analysis, this kinetic uricase method accorded with that by quantifying the total change of UV absorbance on the completion of uricase reaction. These results demonstrated that this kinetic uricase method is reliable for serum uric acid assay with enhanced resistance to both xanthine and other common errors, wider range of linear response and much lower cost.  相似文献

In order to design and predict the dechlorination processes for remediating the halogenated aromatic compounds in the biobarrier system applied in situ,an anaerobic continuous-flow column was set up with the introduction of an enriched 2,4,6-trichlorophenol(TCP) reductive dechlorinating consortium.The fates of TCP and its metabolites were simulated according to the first-order sequential dechlorination kinetic model.The enriched TCP anaerobic dechlorinating consortium dechlorinated 100 μmol/L TCP to 4-chlorophenol(4-CP) via 2,4-dichlorophenol(DCP) in 10 d.The consortium was predominated with the phylum of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes,based on the PCRdenaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) analysis.After the consortium was applied to the column,the experimental data in the steady state were fitted by the least square method,and the first-order dechlorination kinetic constants from TCP to 2,4-DCP,from 2,4-DCP to 4-CP and from 4-CP to phenol,were 1.58 d-1,2.23 d-1 and 0.206 d-1,respectively.According to the fitting results,the required biobarrier width for the complete remediation of TCP,2,4DCP and 4-CP were 126 cm,130 cm and 689 cm,respectively.The dechlorination/degradation of 4-CP must be increased when the technology is applied to the real site.  相似文献

气泡成核、长大与固化定型是泡沫塑料成型的三个基本过程,而气泡成核是最关键的一步。本文分析指出了经典成核理论对于动态聚合物熔体中气泡成核分析的局限性,对静态熔体和复杂流场熔体的气泡成核过程分别进行了能量描述,在此基础上建立了塑料发泡中复杂流场流体动能气泡成核理论,以期对塑料发泡中气泡成核过程进行更加全面的描述并更好地指导发泡过程。最后指出了气泡成核研究的发展方向。  相似文献

The piggyBac transposon has been long used to integrate foreign DNA into insect genomes. However, undesirable transgene expression can result from random insertions into the genome. In this study, the efficiency of chimeric Gal4-piggyBac transposase in directing integration onto a DNA target plasmid was evaluated in cultured silkworm Bombyx mori Bm-12 and fruit fly Drosophila Schneider 2 (S2) cells. The Gal4-piggyBac transposase has a Gal4 DNA-binding domain (DBD), and the target plasmid has upstream activating sequences (UAS) to which the Gal4 DBD can bind with high affinity. The results indicate that, in the Bm-12 and S2 cells, transpositional activity of Gal4-piggyBac transposase was increased by 4.0 and 7.5 times, respectively, compared to controls, where Gal4-UAS interaction was absent. Moreover, the Gal4-piggyBac transposase had the ability of directing piggyBac element integration to certain sites of the target plasmid, although the target-directing specificity was not as high as expected. The chimeric piggyBac transposase has the potential for use in site-directed transgenesis and gene function research in B. mori.  相似文献

根据稠密气体运动学理论,运用随颗粒速度而变化的自由程理论计算了两组分混合颗粒流的有效热导率.当Biot数小于0.1时,解析结果可适用Blot数和Fourier数的乘积(BiFo)的整个范围.在适当BiFo数的条件下,讨论了组分颗粒浓度、总的颗粒固体体积百分含量v和BiF0数对热导率的影响,结果表明增加小颗粒的浓度或减少小颗粒的尺寸可提高混合颗粒流的有效热导率.  相似文献

Under the optimum experimental conditions (i. e. ,pH = 1.6, cKI = 10.6 mmol/L, cH2O2 = 5.4 mmol/L, cC6H8O6 = 1.30mmol/L) derived from simplex operations, trace molybdenum(Ⅵ) was determined through the agency of its catalytic effect on the reaction of H2O2 with I- in acid medium. The detection limit and linear calibration range of molybdenum were obtained as 0.5 × 10-6 mol/L and 0.5 × 10- 6 ~ 120 × 10- 6 mol/L respectively. This method was appli ed to the examination of the industrial waste water, and the recovery ratios were found to be in the range of 101% and 107%.  相似文献
