藏族地区构建和谐社会民族法制保障研究

13个藏族自治地方是我国建设全面和谐小康社会的重点和难点区域。民族法制、民族区域自治制度在藏族地区半个多世纪的实践和藏族地区社会经济发展中发挥了重要保障作用。藏族地区要实现构建和谐社会的战略目标,离不开民族法制的强力保障。本文从重视民族法制建设;树立法治理念;制定实施《民族区域自治法》的地方法规规章;加强和完善自治法规建设;普及法律知识,加强民族法制的实施监督力度等方面,探讨了如何保障藏族地区构建和谐社会的民族法制。     

中世纪英国地方自治初探

英国是地方自治之家，与英国的其他制度一样，它的地方自治制度可以追溯到中世纪。从地方政府的管理机制与地方社会的治理两个方面进行研究，有助于理清英国地方自治制度的发展历史。     

专业化视野下的教师伦理

比较起其他的职业,教师是一项对道德的要求超过对知识技能要求的职业.然而目前对于教师伦理的探讨,往往都集中在如何继承发扬教师的传统美德上,或出台一些禁令,忽视教师专业化运动现实下对教师伦理的新要求.全文从为专业负责、专业界限和服务意识方面论述了专业化对教师伦理的要求,并提出通过培养教师的伦理自主性来应对这些要求.     

‘To correct,punish and praise’ LRC leaders experiences and expressions of non-heterosexuality in Namibian schools

Learner representative councils (LRCs) have been constituted to foster democratic participation and citizenry in Namibian schools. Drawing on a larger UNESCO project that focused on gender violence and schooling, we report on focus group interviews with LRC members in schools in Windhoek. Working with how heterosexuality is normalised and constituted as dominant in schools, we explore how LRCs in Namibian schools respond to and confront non-heterosexuality. The findings show broader societal heterosexism and heteronormativity reflected in the attitudes and responses of the LRC leaders who draw on heteronormative discourses to regulate, silence and rehabilitate non-heterosexuality. Invoking Foucault’s use of pleasure, our article provides insights for how the role of the LRC can be broadened to create socially just and inclusive schooling for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.     

How autonomy support mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and approaches to learning

Abstract

The significant interplay between self-efficacy, autonomy support and approaches to learning in adolescent students is widely recognized. However, less is known about whether substantial differences exist between early and middle adolescent students from schools with different environments. To close this research gap, this study used latent mean comparison and multigroup structural equation modeling with questionnaire data from a sample of German adolescent students (N?=?1153; M_AgeT1?=?13.97, SD = 1.37; M_AgeT2?=?14.27, SD = 1.25) in two waves. Multigroup structural equation modeling reveals that autonomy functions as a mediator in the association between self-efficacy and approaches to learning only for students from schools with a student-centered learning environment based on competence-matrices in contrast to a teacher-directed learning environment, particularly for early adolescent students. More specifically, adolescents’ approaches to learning can be enhanced through autonomy-supportive learning independently of their self-efficacy.     

Power and the ‘autonomous’ principal: autonomy,teacher development,and school leaders’ work

ABSTRACT

One aspect of instructional leadership is the work principals undertake in supporting and developing teachers’ skills and capabilities. This paper examines this aspect of school leadership within a climate characterised by increased principal workloads, heavy external accountabilities, pressure to improve student results, and heightened autonomy which included discourses regarding principals’ increased freedom in staffing decisions. The case studies within this paper focus specifically on principals’ work in relation to the recruitment and development of staff. Policy and discourse suggests that principals have the autonomy to recruit and build staffing teams to meet school needs and improve outcomes, though questions have been raised about how autonomous public schools can be a part of a wider system. This paper explores the role autonomy plays in leadership practices relating to staff recruitment and development. The findings contribute to a body of knowledge regarding the ways principals make sense of and enact their work under highly pressurised school improvement policy conditions.

文章探析了在建构乡村社会法治秩序过程中,应着重考虑的因素及其路径选择。如何构建国家法与民间法的良性互动关系,是建构乡村社会法治秩序应考虑的关键因素。因此,文章着重探讨了在乡村社会中,构建国家法与民间法的良性互动关系及其具体路径选择。     

库玛语言教学思想对新疆汉语教师培养的启示

新疆少数民族汉语教学是一门历史悠久的教学形式,新时期随着新疆双语教育的推进,汉语教师在培养上亟需改革.库玛(Kumaravadivelu,B.)教授作为当代世界知名的第二语言教学专家,语言教学"后方法"时代的重要代表人物其语言教学思想具有时代性特点.结合新疆汉语教师培养存在问题的基础,认为库玛教授语言教学思想在教师角色新定位、突破对教学法的传统认识和语言教学策略的宏观构建上,对新疆汉语教师培养具有一定的启示,可以结合新疆汉语教师培养实际进行借鉴,以期为汉语教师培养提供新的发展方向与路径.     

公司法与公司自治

公司法的性质是公司法上一个很重要的问题,有人认为其是单一性的,有的则认为是综合性.本文通过一个案例,在对其与公司章程(公司自治)进行了比较之后认为,公司法的性质应是综合性的.     

Learner profiles in secondary education: Occurrence and relationship with performance and student characteristics

The authors explore the occurrence of different learner profiles in secondary education, as well as their relationship with test performance and student characteristics. Based on a cluster analysis of 1,931 secondary school students’ self-reported text-learning strategy use and study traces, the authors identified and validated four distinct learner profiles: integrated strategy users, information organizers, mental learners, and limited strategy users. Integrated strategy users engaged in different text-learning strategies and obtained the highest scores on the performance test. Limited strategy users generally used only a limited number of text-learning strategies and scored the lowest. In addition, a significant difference was established in gender and reading ability distribution across learner profiles, but home language distribution was not found to be significant.
