情商理论在科技期刊编辑流程中的应用

随着社会的进步与发展,情商的重要性越来越引起人们的重视.在科技期刊的编辑流程中,编辑在与作者和审稿专家进行沟通和交流时,也应当注重情商理论的应用.编辑在不同的阶段,对不同的交流对象,应采用不同的交流方式,但都应以真诚和尊重为基础、有同理心、多进行换位思考,这样在获得对方肯定和认同的同时,也会得到对方的支持与信任.融洽的人际关系、高尚的职业道德、高度的责任感和良好的交流态度能够帮助编辑更好地发挥职业作用,实现职业价值,也更有利于期刊长期、健康、稳定的发展.     

心理契约视域下社会化阅读用户的退出、建言、忠诚和忽略行为

社会化阅读是伴随着互联网特别是移动互联网而产生的一种具有虚拟社区特点的全新阅读模式。为了全面揭示和解释社会化阅读用户的情感和行为,本文将组织行为学中的心理契约理论延展到社会化阅读虚拟社区,通过构建研究模型,采用焦点小组访谈与问卷调查相结合的方法进行实证检验;探究了用户感知信息价值和感知社交价值对其心理契约违背的影响,以及用户在社群化阅读的情境下心理契约遭到违背后所引发的退出、建言、忠诚和忽略行为。研究表明:①感知社交价值和感知信息价值与用户的心理契约违背之间均有显著的负相关关系,但对交易型和关系型两种不同类型的心理契约影响有所差异;②社会化阅读用户的交易型心理契约违背与建言行为和忠诚行为均呈负向显著关系,但与忽略行为和退出行为并无显著关系;③关系型心理契约违背与建言行为和忠诚行为呈负向显著关系,与退出行为和忽略行为呈正向显著关系。图2。表6。参考文献 57。     

运用PDCA管理方法全面提升办刊质量——以《肿瘤影像学》杂志为例

通过PDCA 的管理方法,结合《肿瘤影像学》实际情况,全面分析杂志的现状与问题,从编委的履职能力、优质稿源的吸引、期刊推广、编校质量的提高等方面入手,分析原因,提出改进建议和策略,提升了杂志的影响力,成功进入中国科技核心期刊.本次PDCA 循环在学术期刊中的成功应用,具有良好的可操作性和实践性,以期为其他杂志的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴.     

郭沫若早期诗学与与西方文艺美学思潮（二题）

文章运用比较诗学的方法，对郭沫若早期诗学与弗洛伊德精神分析美论和柏格森生命美学的影响／接受关系进行了讨论。文章认为，郭沫若早期对这两种思潮的接受都不是照单全收的，由于时代(现实)与文化传统的制约，再加上西方不同思潮的交叉影响，这两种思潮在郭沫若那里均已发生了这样那样的改变，这种改变隐含了诗学建构的某些规律性现象。文章以郭沫若早期对上述两种思潮的接受为个案，探讨的其实是一种新型诗学何以建构的问题。     

高职院校"思想政治理论课"社会实践教学评估思考

加强对高职“思想政治理论课”社会实践教学效果的评估工作的研究，不仅能够更好地实现“思想政治理论课”教学目的，而且还能为社会提供所需要的合格的劳动者．     

Child protection workers dealing with child abuse: The contribution of personal,social and organizational resources to secondary traumatization

The present study compared secondary traumatization among child protection social workers versus social workers employed at social service departments. In addition, based on Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, the study examined the contribution of working in the field of child protection as well as the contribution of background variables, personal resources (mastery), and resources in the workers’ social and organizational environment (social support, effectiveness of supervision, and role stress) to secondary traumatization. The findings indicate that levels of mastery and years of work experience contributed negatively to secondary traumatization, whereas exposure to child maltreatment, trauma history, and role stress contributed positively to secondary traumatization. However, no significant contribution was found for social support and effectiveness of supervision. The study identifies factors that can prevent distress among professionals such as child protection workers, who are exposed to the trauma of child abuse victims. Recommendations are provided accordingly.

主要围绕机制设计理论中的目标确定、激励相容、显示原理、实施理论及机制设计的过程进行综述，为机制设计提供一个理论框架，促使机制设计过程的规范化、科学化．     

Expanding opportunities to learn to support inclusive education through drama‐enhanced literacy practices

This study examines how the Early Years Educators at Play (EYEPlay) professional development (PD) programme supported inclusive learning settings for all children, including English language learners and students with disabilities. The EYEPlay PD model is a year‐long programme that integrates drama strategies into literacy practices within real‐classroom contexts. Inclusive education refers to ensuring equal opportunities to access and participation in learning activities for all students. Cultural‐historical activity theory was used to understand and unpack the drama practices. Twelve semi‐structured focus group interviews were conducted with 19 preschool teachers. The data were analysed via constant‐comparative and interpretive methods. The study findings showed that EYEPlay PD practices enhanced inclusive learning settings for diverse groups of students by increasing access and expanding opportunities to learn, and supporting a positive learning environment.     

从优选论视角看非英语专业大学生汉英句子翻译错误现象

受母语汉语的影响，中国学习者在学习英语的过程中常常会产生负迁移现象。该研究调查了贵州师范学院非英语专业大学生汉英句子翻译的错误现象，并从优选论视角分析了错误翻译的成因。该研究对于大学英语翻译教学来说有很大的参考价值，同时有助于中国英语学习者了解汉英两种语言的异同，寻找汉英句子翻译的规律，以便在翻译中更好地传达句子意思，从而达到有效的沟通和交流。     

Meaning in Life in College Students: Implications for College Counselors

The authors examined the relationship between meaning in life and college adjustment in a sample of 96 college students. In line with previous research on meaning in life and positive psychosocial functioning measures, presence of meaning was positively correlated with adjustment, whereas searching for meaning was negatively correlated with adjustment. However, the degree to which students were actively searching for meaning moderated the relationship between presence of meaning and adjustment. Recommendations for college counseling services are discussed.
