重大科技事件纪念日题材展览创作手记——以“东方红一号发射成功50周年科学家精神展”为例

“东方红一号”卫星发射成功,拉开了我国探索宇宙奥秘、和平利用太空的序幕。中国航天事业从无到有、从小到大,走出了一条具有鲜明中国特色的发展道路,孕育积淀了深厚博大的航天传统精神、“两弹一星”精神和载人航天精神。在重大科技事件、科学纪念日日益受到社会关注的当下,本文以“东方红一号发射成功50周年科学家精神展”为例,探讨在科技馆中弘扬科学家精神主题展览的策展机制、展览策划与布展创作。     

期刊编辑感悟4题

大约1年前,我跟陈浩元主编建议《编辑学报》增设一个“编辑悟语”栏目,发表一些科技期刊编辑结合工作实践撰写的杂感、散文乃至诗词等有感而发的文字。前几天接到陈主编的电子函件,告诉我他们已决定开设《编辑感悟》栏目,并约我赐稿。我钦佩《编辑学报》的从善如流,欣然支持这一具有重要意义的举措,于是整理了一下我的博客,写就这篇“感悟”。     

高校图书馆员职业定位研究

文章运用现代职业生涯管理中的“职业锚”理论，分析了天津地区高校图书馆员职业选择的特征和由此反映出的职业生涯管理现状，进而为高校图书馆员自身的职业发展和组织的职业生涯管理，提供了参考性意见。     

重庆五校土木类专业艺术教育现状调查研究

土木类专业实施艺术教育具有非常重要的意义。为了对土木类专业的艺术教育现状进行深入的分析和研究,进一步推进艺术教育的发展,采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,选取重庆市5所设有土木类专业的院校进行调查研究。结果显示,重庆市高校土木类专业的艺术教育在课程设置、艺术活动的开展、师资力量等方面都存在问题,限制了艺术教育的健康发展,最后提出了加强土木类专业艺术教育的对策与建议。     

对我校体育大专生教学基本功的调查与分析

本文对我校体育大专生教学基本功调查中存在的组织教学、体育实践能力较差等问题进行了分析,并提出加强教学基本功训练的具体措施。     

‘Nowhere that fits’: the dilemmas of school choice for parents of children with Statements of special educational needs (SEN) in England

Giving parents a choice with regard to their children's education has been central to the political discourse of school reform at least since the 1988 Education Reform Act (ERA). With regard to children with a Statement of special educational needs (SSEN), a plethora of policies and laws have given parents the right not only to choose a school, but also to appeal to decisions in the best interest of their children. Yet, despite the discourse of school choice, the implementation and practice of such reforms is neither assured nor simple. Participants in this study indicated that they have little choice of suitable provision and are having to compromise either the academic or the social aspects of their child's schooling. This article argues that for many parents whose children have a Statement of SEN, the choice of a school is often a dilemma, as ‘nowhere seems to fit’.     

Challenges of assuring the development of graduate attributes in a Bachelor of Arts

All universities in Australia are asked to develop various attributes in their degrees. From 2011, the Australian Qualifications Framework has stipulated some of these attributes for the various levels of qualifications. There are many challenges that face assuring the development of graduate attributes in a Bachelor of Arts as the degree typically has very few core units (if any), a wide choice of subjects, a limited prerequisite structure and, unlike many professional degrees, the BA does not have an external accrediting body. This paper describes an approach used to identify the pathway undertaken by each individual student in a History major of the Bachelor of Arts. This pathway was used to identify the graduate attributes that each student should have developed, as articulated by the lecturers. Student perceptions were then compared with the graduate attributes that were intended to be developed through each individual's combination of units studied. In summary, through analysing the two methods (student perceptions and unit pathway) we found that they concurred with respect to only three-quarters of the graduate attributes. Possible reasons for the discrepancies and future research are discussed. The need for multiple methods of providing evidence of the development of graduate attributes is confirmed.     

河南地方本科院校英语专业人才培养模式刍议

摘要：全球化和中原崛起的战略使河南地方本科院校面临新的机遇和挑战。这些地方院校原有的教育模式已无法满足新时代的要求。河南地方本科院校必须积极有效地探索适合自身发展的外语专业人才培养模式。     

工程化素质培养:应用化学专业实践教学改革

工程化素质是本科生进入社会进行科研、工程设计、工程施工等工作必须具备的素质。文章结合许昌学院应用化学专业的办学实际,从实验课程、实习实训和毕业论文(设计)三个实践教学环节论述了工程化素质培养的创新做法及其实践效果,并提出了改进措施。     

输入理论在大学英语教学中的应用

针对体育、艺术专业学生的实际英语学习情况,该文作者尝试把输入理论应用到这两个专业的大学英语教学中。经过一个学期的教学实验,证明了强化优质输入、丰富输入途径、控制输入难度有助于提高学生总体英语水平,并有助于逐步培养学生的语言输出能力和自主学习能力。
