新媒体时代下大学生群体性事件的特征及其应对措施

伴随着新媒体时代的到来,新媒体的广泛应用给大学生思想政治教育工作,尤其是对高校群体性事件的防控带来了新的挑战。新媒体的个性化、匿名性、即时性、互动性等特征与群体性事件被传播的信息需求相一致。新媒体所蕴含的反权威性和对民主文明的诉求也使它们成为了高校群体性事件的催化剂。高校可以从加强高校师生的新媒体素养教育、主动搭建新媒体学生工作平台和培养高校里的“意见领袖”等方面进行防控和应对,共同营造和谐健康的校园环境。     

试论大众传媒助力和谐社会建设的有效途径

党的十六届四中全会明确提出,要不断地提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力,建设民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的和谐社会。大众传媒是社会系统的有机组成部分,是构建和谐社会不可或缺的力量。大众传媒应从构建传媒系统内部的和谐、高度重视危机传播、积极化解社会矛盾、正确处理媒体宣传中的负面效应四个方面有效地担负起构建和谐社会的历史使命,以自由而又负责任的姿态积极参与和谐社会的构建。     

Clinico-Biochemical Correlation Between Psoriasis and Insulin Resistance

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with an increased insulin resistance, obesity and cardiovascular risk. The present study was aimed to assess insulin resistance and pattern of body fat deposition in psoriasis. Body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) were measured in 40 psoriatic patients and 46 age- and sex-matched control subjects. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and serum insulin level were measured by standard photometric method and ELISA respectively. HOMA-IR (homeostatic model of insulin resistance) was calculated by appropriate software. The results indicated that case and control groups were comparable in terms of age and sex (p = 0.934) with an increased prevalence of psoriasis among male subjects (60 %). FBG and mean WC between the two groups were statistically not significant (p value = 0.271 and 0.21 respectively). BMI was significantly higher in case group compared to the control group (p = 0.049). Serum insulin level and insulin resistance in the psoriatic patients were significantly higher (p value <0.001). Multiple regression analysis revealed that insulin resistance (measured by HOMA) was dependent on BMI and WC at a significance level of p < 0.001 and 0.043 respectively. Therefore, the psoriatic patients in this region have significantly high amount of fasting serum insulin level along with an increased IR though their FBG level remains normal. Furthermore, these abnormalities are significantly dependent on total body fat as well as abdominal fat deposits. We suggest that psoriatic patients need to be evaluated for metabolic syndrome and managed accordingly.     

环境群体性事件的应急响应协同研究

引入环境群体性事件应急响应协同理论模型。以"厦门PX项目事件"为例,从权力、合法性与紧急性3个维度和7组利益相关者(包括单重属性的潜在型、随意型、苛求型,双重属性的支配型、依赖型、危险型,以及三重属性的决定型)的角度,对该理论进行实证分析,并从运作和政策层面对各利益相关者所处地位、行为模式进行探讨,以动态视角分析利益相关者的演变态势及其可能性。     

Tracking of physical activity in pubertal boys with different BMI over two-year period

We examined the tracking of physical activity (PA) measured by accelerometers and subjective self- and parental reports in normal weight and overweight and obese pubertal boys over two-year period. In total, 156 boys with mean (±SD) age of 11.53 ± 0.76 at baseline and with mean age of 13.94 ± 0.74 at 2 year follow-up were studied. At baseline and approximately two years later, the boys completed self-report questionnaire and wore an accelerometer for seven consecutive days. On the basis of first year assessment’s body mass index (BMI), the children were grouped as normal weight and overweight and obese groups according to BMI cut-offs. Tracking correlations of objectively measured PA and subjectively measured PA were fairly similar across the 12–14 year-old-boys weight groups over two year period. Tracking correlations of objectively measured PA and subjectively measured PA were not significantly different over two-year period between both BMI groups. The results of the study show that pubertal boys objectively measured PA decreased over two-year period and so the boys started to be less active in their pubertal period.     

基于黑龙江省农村冬季群众性体育的撑橇运动推广研究

我国北方具有宝贵资源与先天的气候优势,开展各类冰雪运动的条件充足。冬季的群众性运动数不胜数,撑橇源自于北方民间历史悠久、覆盖地域广阔的“冰爬犁”,是极具民族特色的民间传统体育活动,是我国北方一种特有的民族体育资源,为我国北方民众传承和享用,承载着我国北方民众悠远深厚的冰雪运动文化。农村地广人稀,江河颇多,一到冬季江河结成冰就可以作为撑橇运动的场地,场地充裕,而且撑橇是由黑龙江省体育局批准在黑龙江省率先推广新兴冰上橇类运动,填补了我国世界橇类运动空缺的项目。经调查和研究表明,农村群众性撑橇运动的推广存在着很多制约因素,根据这些制约因素给出相应的解决方案,为更好地推广撑橇运动提供借鉴。     

大众传媒与体育生活的融合--从大众传媒的工具性作用到功能性影响

大众传媒作为一种传播工具对体育的传播以及发展提供了方便高效的渠道,随着大众传媒的快速发展,它也越来越作为一种重要的外部力量进入到体育的内部世界,使得大众传播时代体育生活方式与模式有了新的变化。大众传媒对体育生活具有工具性作用和重要影响。在当今传媒高度发达的年代,大众应该保持审慎的态度对大众传媒中的元素进行合理的甄别;同时大众传媒应该承担起相应的责任,对体育文化进行正面的传播。     

Television—the Housewife's Choice? The 1949 Mass Observation Television Directive,Reluctance and Revision

This article considers the responses of women, many of whom describe themselves as housewives, in the 1949 Mass Observation Television Directive, in order to interrogate some of the broader assumptions around television's relationship with ‘the housewife’ as key to its success. Against the backcloth of social histories revising ideas about gender, modernity and suburbia in the post-war period, this article considers some of the ways in which initial reluctance towards television was recorded and negotiated. It presents three themes around tensions between home and leisure, the domestication of entertainment and ‘going out’, and the appreciation of particular genre, which suggest that the adoption of television as mass entertainment by women might not have been as smooth a process as we have come to understand.
