发扬中华体育精神努力实践"三个代表"--学习江泽民同志关于发展社会主义体育事业的重要论述

新时期，江泽民总书记高度重视发挥体育在建设有中国特色社会主义事业中的作用和功能。他深刻地指出，要充分发挥体育的育人育德功能，弘扬中华体育精神，努力提高中华民族的素质；他精辟地阐明，要充分发挥体育的经济和社会功能，推动国民经济发展和社会进步，加快实现社会主义现代化；他积极地主张，要大力发展体育事业，充分发挥体育的外交与合作功能，加强与世界各国的友好交往，促进人类的和平与发展。认真学习和贯彻这些重要论述，对于发扬中华体育精神，实践“三个代表”的要求，具有重要的意义。     

浅议《合同法》中代位权的法律适用

《合同法》及最高法院《关于适用合同法的解释》中关于代位权所涉及的实体问题及诉讼程序问题的规定不是非常明确，《解释》的表述与传统理论又有一定矛盾，这些都可能对当事人行使代位权产生一定影响。所以从实体和程序两方面对代位极及其行使过程中应注意的问题加以探讨很有必要。     

用基于模糊聚类的Kruskal算法构建进化树

对线粒体DNA序列可通过图形表示及计算曲线的散度均值来构造模糊论中的相似矩阵，基于这些，提出一种新的方法：用模糊聚类图论法中的Kruskal算法来进行系统进化树的重构，并选取了8个物种的线粒体DNA序列来说明此方法．

Critiques of socio-economic school compositional effects: are they valid?

Abstract

School socio-economic compositional (SEC) effects have been influential in educational research predicting a range of outcomes and influencing public policy. However, some recent studies have challenged the veracity of SEC effects when applying residualised-change and fixed effects models and simulating potential measurement errors in hierarchical regression models. We review the residualised change and fixed effects methods in critical studies and find limitations in their capacity to demonstrate null compositional effects. We show this with an adjusted residualised change model finding significant SEC effects. We show structural equation models can address concerns that measurement errors inflate SEC effects by comparing hierarchical regression models to structural equation models. We find that structural equation models can detect SEC effects free from measurement error. We conclude that the reviewed critiques of SEC effects were due to methods unlikely to detect compositional effects. Future research would benefit from the identification of mediators of SEC effects.     

Vapor Pressures of Di-n-Butyl Phthalate and Di-iso-ButylHexahydrophthalate at Reduced Pressures

In this paper the measured values of the vapor pressures by ebulliometer method of two important maleic anhydride recovery solvents, di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) and di-iso-butyl hexahydrophthalate (DIBE),between 0. 63-17. 79 kPa and 0. 49-30. 95 kPa,are reported respectively. A comparison of the data of DBP with the published data has been made, which shows good consistency. For the convenient use of these vapor pressures, Cragoe equation, Antoine equation and Kirchhoff equation are selected to correlate them. The correlating results show that Antoine equation is the best one of the three equations to fit for the vapor pressures of the two solvents. According to Clausius-Clapeyron equation, the linear relationship between natural logarithm of pressure and reciprocal of temperature is used to calculate the molar latent heats of evaporation of the two organic solvents. The molar latent heats of evaporation of DBP and DIBE are 75.1 kJ/mol and 67.7 kJ/mol, respectively.
