间歇性低氧训练对大鼠心肌、骨骼肌有氧代谢酶与运动能力的影响研究 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
本实验借助于动物模型,探讨间歇性低氧训练后心肌和骨骼肌有氧代谢酶的变化与运动能力的关系。实验结果显示:经低氧训练后,大鼠心肌和骨骼肌的线粒体氧化酶SDH和CCO活性明显高于平原对照组和平原训练组,低氧训练后的大鼠运动时间延长。提示心肌和骨骼肌有氧代谢酶活性增高是提高有氧运动能力的重要物质基础。 相似文献

为研究循序渐进运动疗法对慢性疲劳症的治疗情况,将70名患者随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组进行循序渐进锻炼,对照组休息,记录治疗前后睡眠时间、生活质量问卷评分和心理、躯体症状问卷评分。结果发现循序渐进锻炼疗法能够有效和改善慢性疲劳症患者的症状,延长其睡眠时间、眼耳、肌肉骨骼系统和神经系统的症状明显好转,生活质量得到提高。 相似文献

Contrary to the findings of Cossu, Rossini &Marshall [(1993a), Cognition 46: 129–138], the present experiment showed a clear link between phonological awareness and reading performance in children with Down syndrome. Although metaphonologicalperformance was lower in children with Downsyndrome than in normal controls of the samereading level, phonological awareness andreading were significantly correlated in bothgroups. However, children with Down syndromeremained deficient in skills such as rhymingwhich are not practised as a result ofliteracy. These results are discussed withinthe framework of Gombert's metalinguisticdevelopment theory where, on the basis of aninitial phonological sensitivity, alphabeticreading is a pacemaker for the development ofexplicit phonological awareness. 相似文献

The prevalence of metabolic syndrome increases rapidly worldwide, and its association with physical activity (PA) varies with race and lifestyles. Little is known about the association in rural China. The Nantong Metabolic Syndrome Study recruited 13,505 female and 6997 male participants in 2007 and 2008. Socio-demographic characteristics, and physiological and behavioural data were collected. Logistic regression model was applied to estimate associations of metabolic syndrome and its components with different PAs. The overall metabolic syndrome prevalence was 21.6% in current study. Increasing total PA or moderate-to-vigorous-intensity occupational PA was associated with decreasing 5%–60% risk of having metabolic syndrome and abnormal metabolic syndrome components in both genders. An association between leisure-time PA and blood pressure was found in men, but no associations between leisure-time PA and metabolic syndrome components were found in women. Commuting PA, such as walking and taking bus, by bicycle and walking only, was associated with decrease of 20%–45% risk of several abnormal metabolic syndrome components in women. This study provides information for future investigation into the nature of these associations so that recommendations can be developed to reduce the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its components among rural population in China. 相似文献

[目的/意义] 针对中国新闻出版研究院开展的全民阅读调查存在数据滞后的缺点,通过数据预测分析结果,为文化、教育、新闻、出版等部门进行文化供给侧改革与规划设计提供依据和重要参考。[方法/过程] 运用灰色预测模型,对2008-2014年全民阅读调查相关数据进行预测分析;经验证预测精度后,采用"新陈代谢灰色系统"改进模型再预测出2016-2023年相关数据。[结果/结论] 将2015年预测值与2015年实际调查值相比较,证明预测精度为优,表明通过系列模型预测的相关数据具有可靠性、实用性和创新性,可达到为相关部门提供依据和参考的要求。 相似文献

ABSTRACTSolving the issues brought forward in previous Hanna lectures and current discussion requires serious amounts of energy. This energy comes from individuals, working together, while also simultaneously working through internal struggles and challenges. Although small group and individual discussion can focus on mental health and burnout, these discussions have not been presented in public. There is little that kinesiology professionals do to discuss how self-care is approached, how to maintain or improve emotional well-being, and what happens when professionals burnout.
