目的通过17周大强度递增负荷运动训练,实现雌性大鼠动情周期渐进性抑制,研究大强度递增负荷运动对雌性大鼠骨代谢生化标志物BGP、TNF-α值的影响。方法以200只3月龄雌性SD大鼠为实验对象。分为对照组(N=100)和运动组(N=100),构建SD雌性大鼠动情周期抑制模型。随机选取训练4、9、13、15、17周运动组和同期对照组大鼠,用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组大鼠血清BGP、TNF-α值。结果17周大强度递增负荷运动对大鼠血清BGP、TNF-α值变化趋势有影响,但运动组与对照组间比较无统计学意义。 相似文献

This study investigated the effectiveness of a phonological awareness intervention for 4‐year‐old children with Down syndrome. Seven children with Down syndrome who attended an early intervention centre participated in the intervention. Their performance on measures of phonological awareness (initial phoneme identity), letter name and sound knowledge, and print concepts pre‐intervention and post‐intervention, was compared with that of a randomly selected group of age‐matched peers with typical development. The intervention involved print referencing techniques whereby the children’s parents were instructed to bring the children’s attention to targeted letters and sounds within words and to draw their attention to the initial phonemes in words during daily shared book reading activities. The intervention was presented for a 6‐week period. The results indicated a significant treatment effect on phonological awareness and letter knowledge for the children with Down syndrome. Additionally, above‐chance performance on the initial phoneme identity task was contingent on letter knowledge of the particular phoneme. Individual profiles of the children with Down syndrome pre‐intervention and post‐intervention are presented, and implications for the management of preschool children approaching the age of integration into mainstream primary schools are discussed. 相似文献

ABSTRACTImpostor phenomenon refers to an overwhelming feeling of being an intellectual fraud despite evidence to the contrary, and it affects highly capable individuals in many fields, including those in postgraduate education. This project sought to answer the following question: in what ways do postgraduate students enrolled in a large, American institution experience impostor phenomenon during their postgraduate education? Interviews and a survey showed that the majority of the participants experienced impostor phenomenon, and that many of those feelings related to the participants feeling academically-unprepared, including concerns related to reading, writing, and discussing academic work. This article explores this connection between impostor phenomenon and participants feeling like they lacked sufficient academic skill sets to succeed in their programmes. The results build a case for doing literacy work as a way to address impostor phenomenon among postgraduate students. 相似文献

We present a confession of Shaken Baby syndrome describing how the perpetrator severely injured a 3 year old with repeated bursts of acceleration-deceleration (shaking). The child sustained retinal and intracranial hemorrhage. Details of the confession and circumstances by which it was obtained lead us to believe its accuracy.Conclusions

This paper presents a phenomenographic analysis of perceptions of individuals with Asperger's syndrome in the Republic of Armenia. The primary objective was to apply and develop existing theory in a unique national context and across a broader respondent group than in previous studies. As such, the research compares and contrasts the views expressed by individuals with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEN/D), the parents of individuals with SEN/D and lay members of the public. Social comparison models developed by Hedley and Young (2006), Huws and Jones (2015) and Locke (2014) are utilised as lenses through which to analyse the conceptions, attitudes and beliefs of each respondent group. The particular social, cultural and political history of Armenia offers an insight into the challenges of, and opportunities for, autism research in the former Soviet Union. 相似文献

Low employment rates of individuals with intellectual disabilities in Australia stem from apprehensions about their abilities to engage in work, and employers’ low confidence in hiring them in paid positions. Drawing on principles of evaluative reasoning, this paper reports on findings from a mixed-methods formative evaluation. It was conducted to understand the need for a two-year Education-to-Work training program, the quality of its content, and the views that 8 parents, 5 facilitators, and 4 students had about changes attributable to the program after its first year. Program performance was assessed against the quality standards of excellent, good, satisfactory, marginal, and needs improvement. Findings from the evaluation highlighted the potential usefulness of post-secondary education (PSE) transitioning programs to secure longer term employment, for adults with Down syndrome. Specific recommendations are made to improve the quality of the program, and abstractions gleaned from the study are highlighted. 相似文献

目的探讨IL-18/IL-10比值在急性冠脉综合征中的临床意义。方法选取急性冠脉综合征(Acs)患者126例,采用ELISA方法检测全部病例动脉血IL-18与IL-10表达。并随访观察有无心脏事件再发。结果ACS组再次发生心脏事件43例(34%),83侧(66%)未发生。IL-18/IL-10比值0=0.002)较IL-18(p=0.022)和IL-10(p=0.019)单独评价心脏事件再发更有价值。结论IL-18/IL-10比值可作为预测ACS发生及预后判定的指标;前炎性与抗炎性反应失衡是ACS再发的重要性因素。 相似文献

对"城中村"老年患者4个月康复运动前后的相关指标作对比分析,观察个体化康复运动对"城中村"老年T2DM患者的糖、脂代谢系统的干预效果,在"城中村"这一特殊群体中普及运动防治代谢性疾病的健身意识,促进城市化的发展。选用正规医院确诊为T2DM患者为研究对象,进行4个月个体化康复运动。运动后受试者体质状况和糖、脂质代谢指标显著改善。有氧运动作为人们经济有效控制健身手段,长期坚持对T2DM患者的糖、脂代谢及身体成分都有积极的改善。尤其对于"城中村"老年T2DM患者,坚持长时间规律的运动有助于改善血脂质代谢,提高身体健康和生活质量,减轻患者和社会的负担,可作为T2DM患者治疗的有效手段进行推广使用。 相似文献
